華東微電子技術(shù)研究所是中國(guó)從事微電子技術(shù)研究的國(guó)家一類研究所，主要從事厚膜、薄膜混合集成技術(shù)（HIC）、多芯片組件技術(shù)以及相關(guān)電子材料、電路及專用設(shè)備的研究和制造。 East China Micro-electronics Technology Research Institute is China’s national first-class research institute which is mainly engaged in researching and producing of thick-film, thin-film hybrid IC (HIC), multi-chip module technology and related electronic material, circuit and manufacturing equipments. 我所已通過ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證，擁有國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的多芯片組件（MCM）、厚膜混合集成電路、薄膜混合集成電路以及金屬封裝外殼等四條研制生產(chǎn)線，混合集成電路可滿足GJB2438A-2000《混合集成電路通用規(guī)范》H級(jí)要求（相當(dāng)于MIL-PRF-38534的H級(jí)）。 We have already obtained ISO9000 Quality Management System Certificate, and have four research and product line, including MCM, thick-film hybrid integrated circuits, thin-film hybrid integrated circuits, and metal package, which are of the lead position in domestic level. 我所研制生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品有功率電路（包括DC/DC、AC/DC、DC/AC、EMI濾波器、脈寬調(diào)制放大器）、轉(zhuǎn)換器電路（SDC/RDC、DRC/C、F/V、I/F變換器）、精密基準(zhǔn)電路（電壓基準(zhǔn)源、精密恒流源）、信號(hào)處理電路、放大器電路、專用混合集成電路、多芯片組件、厚膜工藝設(shè)備以及相關(guān)電子材料等，廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)領(lǐng)域高可靠的電子設(shè)備中。
Our products include power circuits (including DC/DC, AC/DC, DC/AC, EMI filters, pulse width modulation amplifier), the converter circuits (SDC/RDC, DRC/ C, F/V, I/F converter), precision benchmark circuits (voltage reference, precision constant current source), signal processing circuit, amplifier circuit, hybrid integrated circuits, MCM, thick-film technological equipment and related electronic equipment, which are widely used in industrial highly reliable electronic devices.

1.第一代DC/DC變換器（厚膜電路）
DC/DC變換器產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過二十多年的不斷完善,目前已形成系列化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、供貨批量化。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、采用PWM推挽式技術(shù)
2、工作頻率：200kHz~300kHz(恒頻)
3、輸入電壓：18V~36V
4、輸出功率：5W、15W、30W、50W、70W、200W
5、具有禁止、短路保護(hù)等輔助功能。
6、工作溫度：-55℃~105℃

1. First-generation DC/DC Converter (thick-film circuit)
After more than 20 years of continuous improvement, DC/DC converter products currently are serialized, standardized and available for mass supply.
Features:
1. Using PWM push-pull technology.

10、納秒脈沖發(fā)生器(HPG296)

10. Nanosecond Pulse Generator (HPG296)
Features:

11、電荷放大器（HCA2）
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：其原理是將接收的電荷輸入信號(hào)，轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓信號(hào)，使加速度計(jì)等傳感元件產(chǎn)生的電荷轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓。該電路采用薄膜混合集成工藝、裸芯片組裝。金屬全密封圓形外殼封裝。技術(shù)指標(biāo)高，體積小，重量輕。工作溫度-55℃～125℃，質(zhì)量等級(jí)為H級(jí)。
11. Charge amplifier (HCA2)
Features:
Its principle is the amplifier will receive input charge signals, convert them into voltage signals, so as to let sensor components such as accelerometer create charges and convert them into voltage. The circuit makes use of thin-film hybrid integrated technology, bare chip assembly. It is packed with whole-sealed circular metal shell, with high technical specifications, small size and light weight. Working temperature is -55℃～125℃, with quality level of Class H
