SUBMITTALS
A. 總則： 除在下面列舉的提交文件之外，除非另有說(shuō)明，在購(gòu)買(mǎi)之前，承包商必須提供，所有購(gòu)買(mǎi)物品的目錄刪減和制造商數(shù)據(jù)，供皇室委員會(huì)審核。General: In addition to submittals listed below, unless otherwise directed, the Contractor shall provide, prior to purchase, catalogue cuts and manufacturers data for all items to be purchased, for review by the Royal Commission.
1.交通信號(hào)桿的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、柄長(zhǎng)、基桿，以1 60公里/時(shí)風(fēng)速為準(zhǔn)，以及標(biāo)桿、柄長(zhǎng)和基桿凈負(fù)載。Design calculations for the Traffic Signal Poles and Arms, based on wind velocity of 160 KPH and the dead load from poles, arms, and signal heads.
2. 制造商提供的材料證明與上述工作圖里的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、規(guī)格和詳細(xì)說(shuō)明相符。Manufacturer's Certification for the materials to be supplied conforming to the above design calculations, specifications and details shown in the shop drawings.
3. 現(xiàn)有的安裝中，制造商以前在沙特阿拉伯已經(jīng)提供相同材料目錄。List of existing installation that manufacturer has previously supplied with the same materials, in Saudi Arabia.
B.材料和設(shè)備的目錄：提交一份施工材料和設(shè)備的完整的目錄。List of Materials and Equipment: Submit a complete list of materials and equipment to be incorporated in the work.
C.工作圖：提交完整的工作圖和可能要求證明符合合同資料的其它數(shù)據(jù)，包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：Shop Drawings: Submit complete shop drawings and such other data as may be required to demonstrate compliance with the contract documents, including but not limited to the following:
1.交通信號(hào)控制人員。Traffic signal controller.
2.交通信號(hào)頭。Traffic signal heads.
3.交通信號(hào)桿混凝土基礎(chǔ)。Concrete foundations for traffic signal poles.
4.交通信號(hào)桿和支架。Poles and mast arms for traffic signals.
5.控制室的交通信號(hào)桿混凝土基礎(chǔ) Poles or concrete foundations for controller cabin
6.檢測(cè)器環(huán)和控制。Detector loops and controls
7.每個(gè)交叉處的定相圖解。Phasing diagrams for each intersection.
D.操作手冊(cè)：每位控制人員必須裝備有4)操作或者工作手冊(cè)，手冊(cè)中說(shuō)明有安裝的必要指示和圖解和維修、布線(xiàn)圖、設(shè)備零部件的目錄，以及附件描述。Operation Manuals: Each controller shall be furnished with four 4) operation or service manuals, complete with the necessary instructions and diagrams for installation and maintenance, wiring diagrams, catalogues of equipment components, and accessory descriptions.
1.4產(chǎn)品交付、處理和貯存PRODUCT DEUVERY, HANDLING AND STORAGE
A.交付項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品必須貼加標(biāo)簽并且按照合同說(shuō)明標(biāo)明領(lǐng)域。Deliver the fabricated items to the appropriate contract areas tagged and marked accordingly.
B. Au 材料和設(shè)備儲(chǔ)存在地下，并儲(chǔ)存在貯存棚中。AU materials and equipment shall be stored off the ground and in storage sheds.
部分2-產(chǎn)品PART 2-PRODUCTS
2.1材料、設(shè)備和制造MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND FABRICATION
A.耐腐蝕性：戶(hù)外暴露設(shè)備的金屬零件由制造商會(huì)議或者按照"抗腐蝕薄層"第09875增加部分的要求采取防銹處理和涂裝。Corrosion Resistance: Exposed metallic parts of outdoor apparatus shall be given a rust-inhibiting treatment and standard finish by the manufacturer meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 09875, "Corrosion Resistant Coatings".
B.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品：材料和設(shè)備必須滿(mǎn)足制造商會(huì)議指定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的要求。Standard Products: Materials and equipment to be standard products of a manufacturer meeting the specified requirements.
C.交通和人行道信號(hào)頭：Traffic and Pedestrian Signal Heads
1.交通信號(hào)頭：
a.每個(gè)信號(hào)頭向由3組成或者4個(gè)相同部分剛性固定裝置組成一個(gè)連續(xù)的外表面。每個(gè)部分的外表面采用整體鑄模鋁；前側(cè)、邊和頂部采用整體鑄造。信號(hào)頭滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)前"可調(diào)整交通車(chē)輛控制信號(hào)頭1lE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"說(shuō)明的要求。鋁鑄模必須滿(mǎn)足SC-84A、SC -84B、100A SG、SC-BOOB、S-12A、S-128和ASTM.1 B 85的規(guī)定。交通信號(hào)燈采用菲利浦86310AD模具或者工程批準(zhǔn)的同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。Each signal head to consist of three or four identical sections rigidly fastened together to present a continuous appearance. Housing of each section shall be one-piece, die-cast aluminium, with front, sides, top, and bottom integrally cast. Signal heads to meet the requirements of the current 1lE Specification titled "A Standard for Adjustable Face Vehicular Traffic Control Signal Heads." Die-cast aluminium shall meet specification for alloys SC-84A, SC-84B, SG 100A, SC--BOOB, S-12A, S-128, per ASTM.1 B 85. Traffic signal lights shall be Philips model 86 AD 310 or engineer approved equal.
b.信號(hào)垂直桿臂，頂部為紅色，中心為琥珀的，底部為綠色，如有要求標(biāo)明箭頭方向，符合ANSI 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)D10.1規(guī)定。透鏡直徑為300毫米Signals shall be arm vertically with top-red, centre-amber, bottom-green and arrows when required, conforming to ANSI standard D10.1. Lens diameter shall be 300 mm.
c.全部硬件包括鎖閂螺絲、絞鏈銷(xiāo)釘和蝶形螺帽；墊圈要求為不銹鋼材料。All hardware including the latching screws, hinge pins, wing nuts, and washers shall be stainless steel.
d.入口處采用氯丁橡膠墊片密封，提供不受氣候影響和防塵封條。Access openings shall be sealed with neoprene gaskets to provide weatherproof and dustproof seal.
e.信號(hào)頭必須安裝有遮陽(yáng)板。Signal heads shall be equipped with visors.
f.提供后擋板，適合信號(hào)頭設(shè)計(jì)，防止背景光干擾信號(hào)。Backplates shall be provided, designed to fit the signal heads in a manner to prevent background lighting from interfering with the view of the signal.
g. 后擋板在120 公里/小時(shí)的風(fēng)速時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生變形。后擋板采用直立方式附在信號(hào)頭，超過(guò)上述風(fēng)力禁得住，允許任何信號(hào)們開(kāi)啟，并獨(dú)立于其它信號(hào)門(mén)。Backplates shall riot become distorted in 120 km/hr wind. Backplates shall be attached to the signal heads in a manner to withstand in excess of the above windload and permit opening of any signal door independent from other doors.
2. 人行道信號(hào)頭： 為行人提供信號(hào)，兩個(gè)相同部分的信號(hào)采用剛性固定到一個(gè)連續(xù)外表面。 施工作業(yè)必須符合本文指定的交通信號(hào)頭。Pedestrian Signal Heads: Provide pedestrian signal heads of two identical sections rigidly fastened together to present a continuous appearance. Construction shall conform to traffic signal head specified herein.
