5  結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理
5.1  GIS系統(tǒng)
GIS系統(tǒng)一般包括進(jìn)線間隔、出線間隔、測量和保護(hù)間隔等,它可根據(jù)用戶的不同要求組成單母線、單母線分段、雙母線及橋形接線等不同的接線方式。
典型間隔單元布置如圖1所示。

在本GIS系統(tǒng)中,除主母線為三相共筒結(jié)構(gòu)外,其余元件均為分相式結(jié)構(gòu),利用這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)元件可以組裝成用戶要求的各種間隔。主回路導(dǎo)體由固體絕緣件支承在外殼中央,利用梅花觸頭作為過渡連接。可以通過套管與架空線連接,也可以與電力電纜或變壓器套管直接連接。
根據(jù)需要,GIS的氣體系統(tǒng)可以劃分為若干氣室。如斷路器室、母線室、進(jìn)出線氣室和電壓互感器氣室、避雷器氣室等。
一般每個(gè)間隔設(shè)有一個(gè)就地控制柜,各氣室的氣體監(jiān)視裝置和各元件的控制回路等二次部分都集中配置在控制柜中。
5.2部件結(jié)構(gòu)
5.2.1斷路器
a)總體結(jié)構(gòu)
斷路器為分相罐式結(jié)構(gòu),如圖2所示。每相用一臺CTB-I 型彈簧操動機(jī)構(gòu),電氣聯(lián)動。

b)單極結(jié)構(gòu)原理
如圖3所示,靜觸頭部分由兩個(gè)環(huán)氧澆注的絕緣筒支承在罐頂部。動觸頭由絕緣筒支承在罐底部,且與絕緣拉桿和拐臂箱相連。滅弧室為有熱膨脹室并帶有輔助壓氣室的自能滅弧結(jié)構(gòu),滅弧過程以自能吹弧為主,壓氣滅弧為輔。
在合閘位置,主回路從上出線端子經(jīng)靜觸頭、動觸頭、氣缸和中間觸頭到下出線端子。
分閘操作時(shí),絕緣操作桿在分閘彈簧的作用下,使動弧觸頭、噴口、氣缸、拉桿等一起快速向下運(yùn)動。在運(yùn)動中,靜主觸頭和動主觸頭首先分離,接著靜弧觸頭和動弧觸頭分離,產(chǎn)生電弧。在開斷短路電流時(shí),由于電流大,故弧觸頭間的電弧能量大,弧區(qū)熱氣流流入熱膨脹室,在熱膨脹室內(nèi)進(jìn)行熱交換,形成低溫高壓氣體;此時(shí),由于熱膨脹室壓力大于壓氣室壓力,故單向閥關(guān)閉。

當(dāng)電流過零時(shí),熱膨脹室的高壓氣體吹向斷口間使電弧熄滅。在分閘過程中,壓氣室內(nèi)的氣體開始被壓縮,但達(dá)到一定的壓力時(shí),底部彈性釋壓閥打開,一邊壓氣,一邊放氣,使機(jī)構(gòu)不必要克服更多的壓氣反力,從而大大地降低了操作功。開斷小電流時(shí)(通常在幾千安以下),由于電弧能量小,熱膨脹室內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的壓力小。此時(shí)壓氣室的壓力高于熱膨脹室內(nèi)的壓力,單向閥打開,被壓縮的氣體向斷口處吹去。在電流過零時(shí),這具有一定壓力的氣體吹向斷口使電弧熄滅。
合閘操作時(shí),絕緣操作桿向上運(yùn)動,推動動觸頭、氣缸及其它可動部件亦向上運(yùn)動,此時(shí),SF6氣體迅速進(jìn)入氣缸內(nèi),在合閘過程中,動靜弧觸頭首先接通,然后主動靜觸頭接通,完成合閘操作。
C) 彈簧機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)與原理
本斷路器配用CTB-I型彈簧操動機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)。
彈簧操動機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在底座內(nèi),其外形及工作原理見圖4
彈簧機(jī)構(gòu)原理:
1) 儲能操作  一個(gè)交直流兩用的電機(jī)帶動齒輪的旋轉(zhuǎn),通過90°¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬換向傳遞給大、小棘爪,大、小棘爪推動棘輪旋轉(zhuǎn),一端固定的合閘彈簧被聯(lián)動的拉桿壓縮而儲能;電機(jī)的停止由一個(gè)微動開關(guān)切斷電源完成。電機(jī)具備過流保護(hù)以及15S內(nèi)強(qiáng)制切斷電源功能。
2) 合閘操作  合閘線圈接受指令使操作桿推動脫扣器脫開,合閘保持掣子被頂起釋放棘輪,被保持的合閘彈簧釋放能量驅(qū)動凸輪旋轉(zhuǎn),凸輪撞擊滾輪使拐臂旋轉(zhuǎn)完成合閘操作。合閘末端油緩沖器吸收多余能量。
另外,合閘操作的結(jié)果是與拐臂連接的分閘彈簧被壓縮而儲能。
3) 分閘操作  分閘線圈接受指令使操作桿推動脫扣器脫開,分閘保持滯子被頂起釋放臂,拐臂在分閘彈簧的驅(qū)動下旋轉(zhuǎn)完成分閘操作。在分閘末段緩沖器吸收多余的能量。
4) 重合閘操作  在合閘彈簧及分閘彈簧均儲能狀態(tài)時(shí)(也是GCB/GIS的工作狀態(tài)),施加分-0.3S-合分指令便可以完成。

1. Scope
The contents of this documentation specified the installation and operation instruction of ZF19- 252 type gas insulated mental-claded switchgear after manufacturing.
This document is applicable to the ZF19- 252 type gas insulated mental-claded switchgear (hereafter referred to as GIS) and its spring operating mechanism (hereafter referred to as the mechanism).

3 Summaries
This manual is applicable to the GIS of Model ZF19-252, which introduce the relevant contents of the installation, operation and maintenance of GIS, as well as the security norm that should pay attention to and possible danger during the course. Any operator shall read this manual carefully before the installation and operation of GIS. It is required to be familiar with the relevant content before operation. Please contact manufacturer in case of doubt or need more detailed materials,
3.1 The GIS of Model ZF19-252 is suitable for AC power system of 50Hz and 252kV. It is the controlling and protection equipment of the power system.
3.2 The GIS unit is complied with the regulation of GB7674 and IEC60517.
GIS takes the SF6 gas as insulating and arc-quenching medium, which adopts the principle of self energy arc-quenching and cooperates with the spring operating mechanism. This unit is characterized by strong breaking performance, low operating power and high dependability.
3.3 Operational environmental condition
3.3.1 The normal operational environmental condition shall comply with the regulation of GB11022.
