火災(zāi)分類評定翻譯-中英對照
包括鋁箔飾面的隔熱層在內(nèi),所有隔熱層應(yīng)當(dāng)滿足以下由美國保險商試驗所(UL)提供的火災(zāi)危險性分類評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
火勢蔓延 = 10-15
可燃性 = 0-5
煙霧 =0
防火外墻:
其材料與帶石膏板的外金屬壁板一樣,其厚度和數(shù)量以兩個小時的防火等級為準(zhǔn)。
嵌板的厚度應(yīng)以3.75厘米為額度。
內(nèi)部的嵌板應(yīng)當(dāng)是在“金屬薄板飾面”中提到的鍍鋅類型的薄板。
隔熱內(nèi)墻
隔熱內(nèi)墻的嵌板厚度為整體為3.74厘米。
嵌板是預(yù)先涂好的鍍鋅類型的薄板,即在前面“金屬薄板飾面”部分中提到的內(nèi)金屬薄板。
遮雨板
外遮雨板:材料,式樣和涂層都與外壁板、屋頂?shù)谋“逡粯,其厚度至少?.7毫米。
內(nèi)遮雨板:其材料是鍍鋅金屬,厚度和涂層都與隔熱的壁板、屋頂中的內(nèi)薄板一致。
遮雨板的使用不限于下列場所,無論哪里需要,都應(yīng)當(dāng)提供遮雨板:
轉(zhuǎn)角、屋頂、棟木、柱頭等。
橫梁穿透處、墻壁或者屋頂套筒,管道開口處以及各種其他開口處等等。
扣件
扣件種類
用于連結(jié)金屬壁板、屋頂和內(nèi)墻的扣件應(yīng)當(dāng)是如下三種螺旋扣件中的一種:
類型A:類型A的薄板的金屬螺釘有一個尖頭,寬的斜螺紋。這種螺釘用于金屬板與金屬板之間的連結(jié)。
類型B:類型B是平底尖頭的自攻螺釘,這種螺釘用于連結(jié)金屬板與建筑物。
類型AB:類型AB既有尖頭又有寬的斜螺紋。這種螺釘也用于連結(jié)金屬板與建筑物。
材料:305類型或者是鍍鎘不銹鋼,螺釘?shù)念^顏色與壁板要一致。
扣件尺寸:12號或者更大。
扣件長度
類型A的扣件長度應(yīng)當(dāng)使它足夠?qū)蓧K金屬板連結(jié)在一起。板面突起不應(yīng)超過1厘米。
類型B或者類型AB的扣件長度應(yīng)當(dāng)足夠使它將一定厚度的支撐物固定到建筑上,使得扣件作用得到最大發(fā)揮。
護(hù)欄帽
與外遮雨板相同。
堵縫與封條
按照制造商標(biāo)準(zhǔn)施工。
搭接
壁板應(yīng)當(dāng)圍繞建筑物整隊搭接。
墻面和屋頂?shù)亩舜罱痈髯詰?yīng)當(dāng)是15厘米以上和25厘米以上。
側(cè)搭接應(yīng)當(dāng)不少于1/2肋。
屋頂外側(cè)的端搭接和側(cè)搭接都應(yīng)當(dāng)用粘膠帶封好。
金屬壁板和屋頂?shù)耐繉?br />
應(yīng)當(dāng)是有機(jī)涂層,并且符合“金屬薄板”部分的相關(guān)要求。
雨水排水管和屋頂薄板金屬部件
雨水排水管和支撐物包含鋼板且該鋼板由一層0.25千克/平方米的熱浸鍍鋅保護(hù)著。
出水渠道的表面應(yīng)當(dāng)有跟外遮雨板相同的彩色保護(hù)涂層,使其與壁板相匹配。
排水管的鋪設(shè)和尺寸應(yīng)當(dāng)按照該地區(qū)預(yù)計可能的最大雨量設(shè)計,且最小應(yīng)當(dāng)不能少于3毫米每分鐘的排水量。
每個排水區(qū)域至少有兩個屋頂排水管和一個溢流管。
所有金屬薄板項目都應(yīng)當(dāng)穩(wěn)固,鋪設(shè)路線正確合理,外觀整潔。其設(shè)計應(yīng)當(dāng)既能夠使得焊接點最少,又能使得安裝工作簡單易行。

排水管底部的縱向斜面應(yīng)當(dāng)不少于0.5%。
匣型排水管應(yīng)當(dāng)有適當(dāng)?shù)闹危移鋺?yīng)當(dāng)能夠在長時間大流量的強(qiáng)水流作用下仍然保持穩(wěn)固。
排水管的出水口的直徑在15厘米至20厘米之間,具體根據(jù)其連結(jié)的雨水下水管道決定。
不銹鋼的籃式粗濾器。
溢流管直徑10厘米,長度在50厘米至80厘米之間。該部分與外墻和/或壁板對其的無償應(yīng)當(dāng)不超過25厘米。鋪設(shè)中穿過混凝土或者砌石護(hù)欄的溢流管,應(yīng)當(dāng)用適當(dāng)?shù)陌飳⑵浒饋怼?br />
在匣型排水管、墻上遮雨板、套筒帶中應(yīng)當(dāng)預(yù)留接頭,以便以后擴(kuò)充。可擴(kuò)充的接頭應(yīng)當(dāng)適合相應(yīng)的項目。且它們之間的間隔不能超過10米。
FIRE HAZARD CLASSIFICATION RATING
The layer of insulation, including aluminum foil facing, shall meet the following Fire Hazard Classification Rating of Underwriter's Laboratories, Inc:
Flame Spread = 10-15
Fuel Contributed =0-5 Smoke Developed = 0 FIRE RATED EXTERIOR WALLS
The material shall be the same as insulated exterior metal siding with the addition of gypsum boards, the thickness and number of which shall be determined for a two-hour fire rating.
Panel thickness shall be 3.75 cm nominal overall.
Interior panel sheets shall be galvanized interior type sheets as refers to section 'Metal Sheet Finishes'.
INSULATED INTERIOR WALLS
Panel thickness shall be 3.75 cm nominal overall.
Panel sheets shall be galvanized interior type sheets, prime coated similar the interior metal sheets in section 'Metal Sheet Finishes'.
FLASHING
Exterior flashing: material, Pattern and finish shall be same as exterior sheet of siding and roofs with minimum thickness of 0.70 mm.
Interior flashing: material shall be galvanized Metal with thickness and finish same as interior sheet of insulated siding and roofs.
Flashing shall be provided wherever required but not limited to the following:
Corners, roofs, ridges, caps, etc.
Beam penetrations, wall or roof sleeves, duct openings and miscellaneous openings etc.

One of the following three types of screw Fasteners shall be used as indicated for the fastening of metal siding, roofs and interior walls:
Type A: Type A sheet metal screws are those having pointed ends and wide pitch threads. This type of screw is used for connecting gauge metal to gauge metal.
Type B: Type B self-tapping screws are those having flat ends and close pitch threads. This type of screw is used for connecting gauge metal to a structural member.
Type AB: Type AB self-tapping screws are those having pointed ends and close pitch threads. This type of screw is used for connecting gauge metal to a structural member.
Material: Shall be type 305 or approved stainless steel with cadmium-plated finish and the heads painted to match colour of siding.
Size of Fasteners: No. 12 or larger. Length of Fasteners
The length of type A screw shall be sufficient to engage gauge metal sheets together with a minimum projection of 1.0 cm beyond the sheet surface.
The length of the type B or type AB screws shall be such as to engage a sufficient thickness of supports to which they attached, to develop the full capacity of fasteners.

LAPS
Lap fines for siding shall line up all around the building.
End laps at walls and roofs shall be 15 cm minimum and 25 cm minimum respectively.
Side laps shall not be less than 1/2 rib.
Side and end raps in the exterior roof shall be sealed with mastic tape.

COATING FOR METAL SIDING AND ROOFS
Shall be organic coating and meet the detail requirement specified on Table in section 'Metal Sheets'.
RAINWATER GUTTERS AND ROOF SHEET METAL ITEMS
Rainwater Gutters and Supports shall comprised steel sheet plate and must be protected by beam hot dip galvanized with minimum weight of zinc coating of 0.250 kg/mz.
The outlet surface shall complete with and applied protective colour finish same as exterior flashing to match the siding.
The lay out and sizing of gutters and roof drains shall be designed for the maximum anticipated rain fill intensity at the site, but not less than of 3 mm in 1 minute.
Each dewatering section shall be provided with at least 2 roof drains and 1 overflow pipe.
All sheet metal items shall be rigid, true to line and neat in appearance. They shall be designed and manufacture in such a way that both soldering work on site can be reduced to a minimum, and need and easy installation will be allowed.
Provision shall be need for separating sheet metal items from wood boards and / or concrete / plaster surface by mean of adequate roofing felt.
Longitudinal slope of gutter bottoms shall not be less than 0.5 %.
Box gutters shall be adequately supported and be designed to support rigidly the loads and below permanent flow of water.
Gutter outlets of diameter between 15cm to 20cm shall be provided for connection to rain water down pipes.
Basket strainers of non corrosive wire
Overflow pipes of 10 cm diameters and of lengths between 50cm and 80 cm shall be provided. The projecting part from the outer alignment of exterior walls and / or siding shall not be less than 25 cm. Overflow pipes to be routed through concrete and / or masonry parapet walls shall be wrapped by means of adequate roofing felt.
Provision shall be made for expansion joints in box gutters, wall flashings and cap strips etc. The expansion joints shall be adequate for the type of works specified. They shall not be spaced more than 10.00 m.
