儀表板按安全性可分為無氣囊儀表板和附氣囊儀表板(針對副駕駛)。目前國內(nèi)只有少數(shù)中高檔次的轎車配備氣囊儀表板,隨著人們對安全性的重視,客戶對附氣囊儀表板需求加大,主機廠也將此作為買點之一。氣囊打開在保護乘客的同時,也可能傷害乘客,尤其是兒童。因此,國際上部分新車型的儀表板氣囊已開始加裝開關(guān)。為氣囊的正常開啟,在氣囊上方多設(shè)計有氣囊蓋板,在其打開時釋放氣囊。但其與儀表板匹配處存在可視裝接線,影響整車美觀。為此,近年愈來愈多車型的儀表板設(shè)計為無縫氣囊儀表板。既能保證氣囊正常開啟,又無可視裝接線。
儀表板按舒適性可分為硬塑儀表板、吸塑儀表板和半硬泡軟質(zhì)儀表板。儀表板本體以注塑工藝制成的為硬塑儀表板,因其工藝簡單、投資低等優(yōu)勢而被廣泛應(yīng)用,尤其是中低檔車。其中有局部或全部涂裝飾漆或軟觸漆,以改善外觀、增加色調(diào)或提高質(zhì)感。吸塑儀表板是在注塑或壓制骨架外吸附并粘結(jié)或在注塑時復(fù)合表皮,使其外觀有皮質(zhì)感。半硬泡軟質(zhì)儀表板是在表皮和骨架之間填充有聚氨酯泡沫,既提高觸感又增加吸收能量的能力。目前半硬泡軟質(zhì)儀表板的表皮主要有真空熱成形表皮和搪塑表皮。前者是傳統(tǒng)的仿真皮工藝制成;后者在近年因其花紋均勻、無內(nèi)應(yīng)力、設(shè)計寬容度高等特點被廣泛應(yīng)用,并得到客戶高度認(rèn)可,將成為中高檔車主導(dǎo)。
隨著我國汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展和國民購買力的提高,預(yù)計在未來幾年我國采用搪塑儀表板的轎車比例會越來越高,中檔轎車使用搪塑儀表板的比例全提高到80%以上,部分中低檔轎車也將會使用搪塑儀表板,所以我國的搪塑儀表板的市場發(fā)展?jié)摿κ蔷薮蟮,?010年預(yù)計在150萬套以上,市場容量將超過10億元。

廣汽江森內(nèi)飾系統(tǒng)公司主要從事汽車內(nèi)飾設(shè)計開發(fā)和制造工程。作為合資企業(yè)建立初期,目前主要是為廣汽自主品牌項目提供汽車內(nèi)飾產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品主要包括儀表板及付儀表板
儀表板、副儀表板作為內(nèi)裝飾產(chǎn)品給乘員以及駕駛者提供舒適的操作環(huán)境以及人機工程界面;為電子器件以及相關(guān)功能零件提供安裝載體,滿足剛度、強度等要求;同時在車輛碰撞過程中對乘員提供適當(dāng)保護以最大限度減少乘員傷害程度。

產(chǎn)品采用聚丙烯注塑本體骨架、PVC粉末搪塑表皮以及發(fā)泡技術(shù),是目前國際上中、高級乘用車內(nèi)飾設(shè)計開發(fā)的主要潮流趨勢。該技術(shù)在確保表面紋理一致性的同時,提供了柔軟的手感并在碰撞過程中對乘員提供一定保護。該產(chǎn)品采用了無縫氣囊設(shè)計,運用表皮冷刀弱化技術(shù),使得乘員安全氣囊門在正常狀態(tài)下是不可見的,在氣囊起爆瞬間骨架、表皮以及泡沫斷裂打開,滿足氣囊在30毫秒內(nèi)完全展開的要求。此項技術(shù)也是目前乘用車內(nèi)飾開發(fā)的主要趨勢和方向。
產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程采用江森自控的工程設(shè)計同步開發(fā)管理流程,造型設(shè)計、整車設(shè)計、內(nèi)飾工程開發(fā)、制造以及零部件供應(yīng)商將協(xié)同工作。在設(shè)計開發(fā)初期充分利用各方專長和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,同步開發(fā),縮短開發(fā)周期,控制產(chǎn)品成本。

The instrument panel is a very unique part in the automobile, which incorporates security, functionality, comfortableness and decorating into an integrated organic. Except the good rigidity and absorption, the requirements for the feeling, leather line, color and luster call for increasingly higher requirement.
The instrument panel can be divided into instrument panel without gasbags and instrument panel of gasbags according to the security (For co-pilot). Only a few high-grade automobiles equipped with the instrument panel of gasbags in our country at present. As more and more people have the conscious for emphasizing the security, the customer request to enlarge the instrument panel, and the host computer factory regarded this demand as a buying point as well. The gasbag may protect the passenger while opening as well as injuring the passengers, especially children. Therefore, some instrument panel gasbags of new style have already begun to install the extra switch in the world. For normally opening the gasbag, the upper position of gasbag is arranged with a gasbag plate, which may release gasbags while opening. But it has a visible wiring on the instrument panel, which may influence the appearance of completed auto. For this reason, more and more instrument panel is designed as the seamless instrument panel of gasbags in recent years, which may not only guarantee the normal operation of gasbags but also has no visible connecting wire.
The instrument panel can be divided into the hard instrument panel, suck plastic instrument panel and semi-rigid foam flexible instrument panel according to the comfortableness. The instrument panel mould applies the hard plastic instrument panel with plastic injection process. Due to the advantage of simple process and low investment, etc. especially middle-and-low grade auto, some area is painted with decorative coating or soft touching coating in order to improve the appearance and increase the tone or improve the tactile impression. The suck plastic instrument panel is to adhere or absorb the compound coating in moldings process or frame pressing process, which make its appearance have the tactile impression. The semi-rigid foam flexible instrument panel is to pack the polyurethane foam between the cover surface and the frame, which may improve the sense of touch as well as the ability to absorb energy. At present the cover surface of semi-rigid foam flexible instrument panel is mainly applied the cover surface formed by vacuum hot and slush-molding cover surface. The former is made by the traditional emulation coating process, and the latter is widely used due to characteristic of its even pattern, none internal stress and high design tolerance extensive application in recent years, which is highly approved by customer and shall be the leading products of medium-to-high grade auto. With the development and improvement of the national purchasing power of the auto industry of our country, it is estimated that the proposition for adopting the slush-molding on the instrument panel of auto is going to be higher and higher in our country in the following several years. The proposition for adopting the slush-molding on the instrument panel of middle-grade auto shall rise to 80% or above. Some middle-and-low grade auto shall apply slush-molding instrument panel as well. Therefore the slush-molding instrument panel in our country has a great potentiality. It is estimated that it shall reach to 1,500,000 sets above by 2010, and the capacity of market will exceed 1 billion Yuan.

Due to the large volume and high transportation cost of instrument panel, the spare part supplier often establishes steady supporting relation through the property right tie and host computer factory. In the initial stage of a joint venture, which mainly offers the decorations products in the automobile for proprietary brand project of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. at present; the products mainly include the instrument panel and auxiliary instrument panel
The internal decorative products of instrument panel and auxiliary instrument panel is the for providing a comfortable environment and man-machine interface for the passenger and driver; offer a carrier for the installation of electronic device and relevant function parts, and meet the requirements such as rigidity and intensity, etc.; and provides the proper protection to the passenger so as to reduce injuring of passenger in maximum in case of vehicle collision at the same time.

This product applies the polypropylene injection molding frame, PVC powder slush-molding surface and foaming technology, which is the main trend for the internal decorations of middle and high grade auto in the world at present. This technology has offered soft feel and provided certain protection to the passenger in the course of colliding as well as guaranteeing the consistency of surface texture. This product applies the seamless gasbags design and uses the cryoprobe weaken technology, therefore the passenger's safe gasbag door may not be observed under the normal condition. The frame, surface and foam shall be opened in case of blasting, so as to ensure the gasbag may be totally launched within 30 milliseconds. This technology is also the main trend and direction of the internal decorations development of auto at present.
