Installation engineering requirements
1.1 基本要求Basic requirements
1. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)將擁有合格資質(zhì)的安裝施工隊(duì)伍（安裝分包商）及工程項(xiàng)目部上報(bào)招標(biāo)人認(rèn)可；項(xiàng)目部應(yīng)設(shè)置必要的管理崗位，配備相關(guān)工程技術(shù)人員。Bidder shall report the information of the qualified installation construction team (installation subcontractor) and construction project department to Biddee for his approval; the project department shall set necessary management positions, and arrange relevant engineering technical personnel.
2. 投標(biāo)人與其安裝分包商的供貨范圍劃分及安裝工程實(shí)施范圍劃分須在投標(biāo)文件中明確列出細(xì)節(jié)(應(yīng)包括施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)看管、技術(shù)及安全責(zé)任劃分、開(kāi)箱檢驗(yàn)責(zé)任處理等)；投標(biāo)人應(yīng)督導(dǎo)安裝分包商完成整個(gè)信號(hào)系統(tǒng)的施工安裝工作及相應(yīng)的伴隨服務(wù)；且無(wú)論范圍如何劃分，一切責(zé)任均由投標(biāo)人承擔(dān)。招標(biāo)人有權(quán)更改供貨及安裝范圍劃分。The supply scopes and the installation engineering implementation scopes of Bidder and his installation subcontractor shall be detailed listed in the bid documents (including construction site monitoring, technical and security responsibility scopes, unpacking inspection responsibility, etc.); Bidder shall administrate the installation subcontractor to complete the construction installation and relevant services of the whole signal system; and regardless what the scopes are divided, all the responsibility shall be carried by Bidder. Biddee can change the supply scopes and the installation scopes.
3. 安裝工程須充分考慮工程范圍和工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件，針對(duì)本工程的線路、車(chē)站建筑、橋梁、隧道結(jié)構(gòu)、車(chē)站線路配置、牽引供電方式、車(chē)輛配置及線路可能的延伸等總體情況，根據(jù)本《招標(biāo)文件》的要求為本項(xiàng)目提供系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備、材料、工器具、安裝施工及其它相應(yīng)的所有服務(wù)。Installation engineering shall make comprehensive consideration on the engineering scope and construction site conditions, according the conditions of line, station building, bridge, tunnel structure, station line arrangement, traction power supply type, vehicle arrangement and the possible extension of the line, based on the requirements of this Bidding document to provide the systems, equipments, materials, tools, installation construction and the relevant services to this project.
4. 安裝工程的服務(wù)包括提供系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備（設(shè)備主體、設(shè)備附件、各種輔助材料（含纜線等）、備品備件、通用儀器儀表和安裝及調(diào)試工器具等、安裝基礎(chǔ)、支撐架及附件、技術(shù)文件（含技術(shù)資料）、其它服務(wù)（含工廠監(jiān)造、運(yùn)輸和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、安裝、測(cè)試、測(cè)試聯(lián)調(diào)配合、培訓(xùn)、試運(yùn)行、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和技術(shù)支持、質(zhì)量保證期服務(wù)、本合同中所描述的其它類(lèi)似義務(wù)及工作）、相關(guān)的箱、柜、桌椅（桌椅的選購(gòu)應(yīng)得到招標(biāo)人的認(rèn)可，室內(nèi)計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)備桌椅及設(shè)備室內(nèi)的備品備件柜、工具柜及資料柜的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求及數(shù)量招標(biāo)人在工程后續(xù)階段提供）、利潤(rùn)和稅金等，投標(biāo)價(jià)已包括上述全部費(fèi)用。Installation engineering service includes the system, equipment (equipment, equipment accessories, all the auxiliary materials (including the cables), spare parts, general instruments and installation and testing tools, installation base, bracket and accessories, technical documents (including technical materials), other services (including plant supervision, transportation and storage, installation, testing, combined testing, training, commissioning, system maintenance and technical support, quality insurance period service, other similar duties and works described in this contract), relevant boxes, cabinets, tables and chairs (the purchasing of the tables and chairs shall obtain the approval of Biddee, the tables and chairs of indoor computer equipment and the indoor cabinets of equipment spare parts, the technical requirements and quantity of the tool cabinets and material cabinets will be provided by Biddee at the subsequent stages), profits and taxes, the bid price has included all the fees above.
5. 所選擇并提供的設(shè)備應(yīng)完全符合招標(biāo)人的要求，并在投標(biāo)文件中詳細(xì)描述其所供系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備、材料的規(guī)格、型號(hào)、數(shù)量、原產(chǎn)地、性能參數(shù)等。The selected and supplied equipments shall completely comply with the retirements of Biddee, and make detailed description in the bid documents including the specification, type, quantity, producing origin, performance parameters of the systems, equipments and materials.
6. 所供的設(shè)備、材料的計(jì)劃和方案應(yīng)報(bào)送招標(biāo)人備案，并應(yīng)得到招標(biāo)人的認(rèn)可方可實(shí)施。招標(biāo)人有權(quán)要求更換該類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格、型號(hào)及生產(chǎn)廠家，并不需為此增加任何費(fèi)用。The plan of the supplied equipments and materials shall be submitted to Biddee as a record, and the plan can be implemented after the approval of Biddee being obtained. Biddee has the rights to request to change the product specification, type and manufacturer without extra payment.
7. 安裝工程包括信號(hào)系統(tǒng)室內(nèi)外及軌旁設(shè)備、箱盒的專(zhuān)用安裝支撐架、基礎(chǔ)、安裝裝置及安裝附件的安裝，室內(nèi)機(jī)柜安裝支架采用鋼質(zhì)設(shè)備應(yīng)固定在土建結(jié)構(gòu)的地坪上，機(jī)柜安裝支架的安裝應(yīng)與室內(nèi)的架空地板相協(xié)調(diào)，軌旁設(shè)備的安裝支架應(yīng)在符合軌旁設(shè)備的安裝環(huán)境的前提下，方便設(shè)備的維護(hù)及維修。Installation engineering includes the installation of the indoor and outdoor wayside equipments of the signal system, special installation brackets of the cabinets, base, installation devices and installation accessories. The indoor cabinet installation brackets use steel equipments to fix onto the ground of the civil engineering structure, the installation of the cabinet installation bracket shall be compatible with the floating floor, the installation bracket of the wayside equipments shall comply with the installation environment of the wayside equipments, and be convenient for equipment maintenance.
8. 所供的設(shè)備及器材應(yīng)為國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)的成熟設(shè)備及器材，主要設(shè)備及器材須具備兩年以上良好的地鐵運(yùn)行業(yè)績(jī)。應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)采購(gòu)部分的設(shè)備進(jìn)行考察和評(píng)估，為本項(xiàng)目提供國(guó)內(nèi)有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的、通過(guò)相關(guān)權(quán)威部門(mén)鑒定（審查）的、行業(yè)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)占有率居前的優(yōu)質(zhì)和名牌產(chǎn)品。The supplied equipments and materials shall be international and national mature equipments and materials. The principle equipments and materials shall have good performance in the subway operation over two years. The purchased domestic equipments shall be inspected and evaluated to provide qualified, wide-used and famous products with the certification from the authoritative departments.
9. 所提供的設(shè)備及器材須滿(mǎn)足和適應(yīng)本工程的工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件，任何對(duì)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件的特殊要求和不合理的修改建議，招標(biāo)人將有權(quán)予以否決。The supplied equipments and materials shall meet the construction site requirements of this project. Biddee has the rights to reject any special demands and unreasonable modification suggestions regarding to the construction site conditions.
10. 本招標(biāo)文件所附圖紙、主要工程數(shù)量表僅供參考。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)根據(jù)本招標(biāo)文件及項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際需要自行計(jì)算并完善供貨內(nèi)容及技術(shù)服務(wù)內(nèi)容。This bidding document and the attached drawings, bill of quantities are only for reference. Bidder shall calculate and complete the supply contents and technical service contents according to this bidding document and project actual demands.
