控制器常見(jiàn)故障分析翻譯-中英對(duì)照
Analysis of typical troubles
出現(xiàn)異常狀況時(shí),請(qǐng)首先檢查I/O(輸入/輸出)板工作是否正常(即看各個(gè)燈是不是該亮的亮該滅的滅),排查是否有雜信號(hào)干擾。
1,原點(diǎn)位置異常
①接近開(kāi)關(guān)本身不正常工作②接近開(kāi)關(guān)接線異常③感應(yīng)物接觸面太小④兩個(gè)原點(diǎn)位太近⑤控制器內(nèi)部參數(shù)不正確(包括原點(diǎn)速度參數(shù)設(shè)置太高、控制器解析度參數(shù)設(shè)置錯(cuò)誤等)
In case of abnormal condition, please check I/O board whether worked in a normal condition at first (check each light whether in a regular operating condition), arrange and check whether there is a disturbing signal.
1. The abnormal of origin position
① Approaching switch works abnormally ②Approaching switch works abnormally in wiring③The contacting surface of inductor is too small④Two pieces of original position are too close⑤The parameters within the controller are incorrect ( Including speed parameters of original position is too high , controller resolution degree setting mistake, etc.)
2,按“復(fù)位”鍵馬達(dá)會(huì)動(dòng) 電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)設(shè)定不正確。
2. Press the “reset” key the motor shall be moved The driver parameter of the electrical machinery is established incorrectly.
3,開(kāi)電腦馬達(dá)會(huì)自動(dòng)跑
3. Turning on the computer motor and it shall run automatically.
控制器到驅(qū)動(dòng)器的控制線焊接錯(cuò)誤或馬達(dá)到驅(qū)動(dòng)器的編碼器線焊接錯(cuò)誤。
The welding mistake of controller to the control line to driver or the welding mistake of motor to the encoder line of driver.
4,探針不靈敏 I/O板負(fù)極未與機(jī)器導(dǎo)通或?qū)ú涣? 探針?biāo)俣仍O(shè)置不匹配。
4. The probe is not sensitive negative pole of I/O board has not been contact with the machine or contact badly, the mismatch with the speed of probe.
5,汽缸打不出 本系統(tǒng)是用24V汽缸,檢查O板接線是否正常。
5. The cylinder can not be opened This system uses 24V cylinder, check whether the wiring of O board is normal.
6,倒線或者出線頭 電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)設(shè)定不正常。
6. Backwinding or the end of a thread appears The driver parameter of the electrical machinery is established abnormally.
7,檢測(cè)與自動(dòng)差別太大 檢測(cè)時(shí)沒(méi)有使用手搖輪高檔速度或點(diǎn)動(dòng)高檔速度。
7. The difference of measuring and automatic testing is too large Have not used the hand wheel or clicked the top-grade speed while measuring.
8,馬達(dá)噪音太大 電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)設(shè)定不正常。
8. The noise of the motor is too loud The driver parameter of the electrical machinery is established abnormally.
9,電腦主IC被拆下再裝上后所產(chǎn)生的差異
9. The differences produced after main IC of computer is pulled down and loaded onto again
系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)到出廠值(燒錄到IC里的數(shù)據(jù))
The system resumes to ex-factory value (record the data into IC)
10,送線不準(zhǔn) 線輪不標(biāo)準(zhǔn),或機(jī)構(gòu)有問(wèn)題。
10. Inaccurate for line feeding The line wheel is nonstandard, or the organization is problematic.
11,機(jī)器在正常運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)“暫停”狀態(tài)
11. The state of "suspends" in normal running of machine
有兩種情況①當(dāng)線料用完、I13斷開(kāi)或斷線時(shí),會(huì)在電腦右下角出現(xiàn)“線料用完請(qǐng)?zhí)幚?rdquo;提示,并停機(jī)在“暫停” 狀態(tài)。②當(dāng)有外部雜信號(hào)干擾到I13(即本來(lái)是常亮的I13號(hào)燈會(huì)出現(xiàn)有時(shí)亮有時(shí)滅就是有干擾)或者線架沒(méi)有能夠通過(guò)鋼線與機(jī)器形成良好的回路(即有短暫的線架與機(jī)器沒(méi)有導(dǎo)通現(xiàn)象),不會(huì)出現(xiàn)“線料用完請(qǐng)?zhí)幚?rdquo;提示,只是停機(jī)在“暫停” 狀態(tài)。
There are two kinds of situations ① When the line material is used up or I13 disconnection, the lower right corner of the computer will appear “line material is use up, please make further procedure”, and stay in “suspend” status. ②As there is miscellaneous signal of outside that interferes I13 (whether namely bright lantern I13 sometimes appears on or off is the interfere t) or line shelf does not through copper wire so as to form a sound circuit (have short time disconnection of line shelf and machine) of machine; “line material is use up, please make further procedure” shall not display, just stay in “suspend” status.
