保溫層施工說明-中英對照
Heat conservation layer
粘結(jié)50mm厚擠塑保溫板材。聚氨酯保溫板粘貼時采用廠家專用配套膠,涂抹膠時須在墻壁和保溫板兩面涂抹,再進行粘貼,粘貼時保溫板的縱橫縫須相互錯開,保溫板鋪設(shè)時,鋪設(shè)的保溫板應堅固、密實、平整。其平整度可用2米直尺檢查,允許空隙不大于5mm。
50mm extruding heat conservation plate should be adopted. In the operation of polyurethane heat conservation plates, speical glue should be adopted. When painting the glue, two sides of the wall and heat conservation plates should be coated. In the sticking operation, the vertical and horizontal seams of the heat conservation plates should be crossed to each other. In the laying operation of heat conservation plates, the plates should be solid, tight and plane. The planeness can be inspected by using 2m ruler. It is permitted to have a space no more than 5mm.
防水層
Water resistance layer
新型環(huán)保型號無毒無味環(huán)氧樹脂防水保護層(九布十膠),邊角處應加厚50%,然后做24小時閉水試驗;環(huán)氧樹脂和材料必須是環(huán)保、安全、無味、無毒,固化劑和其他填料及比例應報業(yè)主審核、認可;氧指數(shù)約為27.7%,沖擊韌性≥17.1J/cm2,固化時間不少于24小時。
As for new type environment-friendly innocuous and odorless epoxy resin water resistant protective layer (nine cloth ten rubber), the side and corner part should be thicker by 50%. Then 24 hours closed water test should be conducted; epoxy resin and materials must be environment-friendly, safe, odorless and innocuous; hardener and other filling materials & ratio should be reported to the employer for audit and approval; the oxygen index is about 27.7%, impact toughness ≥17.1J/cm2 and the hardening time should be no less than 24 hours.
玻璃鋼環(huán)氧樹脂施工前,要先檢查深為20 mm 厚的保溫層內(nèi)的含水率,若含水率不大于6%,便可進行施工,施工前,需清理保溫層表面的浮灰雜物,用砂輪或鋼絲刷等打磨表面,使基層形成均勻粗糙面,再用軟毛刷,壓縮空氣或吸塵器清理干凈各個表面、角落。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有油脂、化學藥品污染時,要采用溶劑洗滌劑、堿液等方法處理。
Before construction of glass steel epoxy resion, the water content in 20mm heat conservation layer should be first inspected. Once the water content is no higher than 6%, the construction can be conducted. Before the normal construction, surface dust and sundries of the hear conservation layer should be eliminated. Grinder or steel wire brushes should be adopted to clean the surface to make an even and coarse surface. Then soft brushes, compressed air or dust collector should be adopted to clean various surfaces and corners. In case of any grease and chemical medicines pollution, fluxing washing agent and alkali liquid should be adopted for settlement.

打底
Base
施工環(huán)氧玻璃鋼時,要首先涂刷打底料,以確保玻璃鋼與保溫層結(jié)合牢固。涂刷底料時必須涂刷均勻,不得有流淌現(xiàn)象,否則會造成表面不平整,影響玻璃布的粘襯。進行兩次打底處理后,樹脂膠料的滲透度可達0.1~0.3 mm。膠料固化后,可提高基層表面的強度。
In the construction of epoxy glass steel, operators should first paint the base materials to ensure firm connection between glass steel and heat conservation layer. When painting base materials, operators must paint evenly with no flowing phenomenon. Otherwise, it may lead to uneven surface which will affect the adhesive nature of glass cloth. After two base settlement, the resin material permeability can reach the level of 0.1~0.3 mm. After rubber mass hardening, the strength of base layer surface can be upgraded.
襯布
Lining cloth
在打底的膠料固化后,即可進行玻璃布的鋪設(shè),既可采用逐層間斷鋪襯,也可一次每層玻璃布連續(xù)鋪襯的方法,但都須使玻璃布全部被環(huán)氧樹脂膠料浸透而不留空白。每層玻璃布均要貼實,不留氣泡,不起皺折。每幅布之間的搭接寬度不小于50 mm,每層布之間的搭接縫要錯開50 mm,避免搭接縫在一處重疊而引起不平整。
After rubber mass hardening, the glass cloth can be laid. Layer-by-layer interval laying method or continuous laying method in every layer can be adopted. But both must dip the glass cloth into epoxy resin rubber mass completely with no blank. Every layer of glass cloth should be sticked tightly with no air bubbles or wrinkles. The lapping width between clothes should be no less than 50mm and the lapping seam between every layer of cloth should have 50mm to avoid overlapping which leads to unevenness.
面料

玻璃布鋪設(shè)完后的次日,即可涂刷環(huán)氧樹脂面層膠料,涂刷前要檢查襯布層有無氣泡,如果有氣泡必須進行修補,先把氣泡割開,表面涂刷膠料,局部補襯一塊小玻璃布,面料的涂刷要均勻,不流淌,確保表面平整光潔。
The next day upon laying construction complete of glass cloth, the epoxy resin surface rubber mass can be painted. Before the painting operation, the cloth should be checked for any air bubbles and revised if any. Air bubbles should be cut off, painted with rubber mass in the surface, added with a small block of glass cloth. The fabric painting should be even with no flowing to ensure a plane and polished surface.
