DC AND INSTRUMENT CABLING
A.直流電纜必須符合BS6004 600/1000 V標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,或者批準(zhǔn)的類似等級電纜。電纜的最小橫截面積必須為10 mm2,動力送電電纜和監(jiān)控送電纜為2.5 mm2。電纜的絕緣材料采用高分子量聚乙烯(HMWPE)。可以考慮備用材料,包括聚偏氟乙烯(XLPE)和聚偏二氟乙烯(KYNAR)。DC cables shall conform to BS6004 600/1000V or approved equivalent grade cables. Minimum cross sectional area of the cables shall be 10 mm2 for power carrying cables and 2.5 mm2 for monitoring cables. Insulation for the cables shall be high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE). Alternate materials, which may be considered for approval, include XLPE and KYNAR.
B. 全部領(lǐng)域的正級和負(fù)級電纜必須標(biāo)有不同顏色。正的(陽極)電纜的顏色為紅色,負(fù)級電纜的顏色為黑色,采用單芯電纜(加固鋼)封套。參考電極和儀器的負(fù)級電纜應(yīng)該標(biāo)識有不同顏色,不得采用紅色或黑色。 推薦的顏色方案必須提交皇室委員會通過。Positive and negative cables shall be color-coded the same for all areas. Colors are RED for positive (anode) and BLACK for negative (reinforcement steel) in single core cables. Reference electrode and instrument negative cables shall have separate colors, not BLACK or RED. Proposed color scheme shall be submitted to the Royal Commission for approval.
C.,參考電極電纜連接裝置的鋪設(shè)參考元件必須采用低噪音的屏蔽電纜。The reference electrode cabling for connection to embedded reference elements shall be low noise screened cable.
1.導(dǎo)線采用7/0.2毫米的軟銅膠線,銅材編織物表面采用聚乙烯隔離。整體封套可以采用PVC材料。The conductor shall be 7/0.2-mm strand annealed copper, insulated with polyethylene over which shall be a layer of plain copper braiding. Overall sheathing shall be PVC.
2. 50°C溫度條件下的電容量少于103pF /米。電纜必須標(biāo)上不同顏色方便識別。The capacitance shall be less than 103pF/m at temperatures up to 50°C. Cables shall be color-coded for identification.
3.從分線盒到T/R電纜的參考電極必須設(shè)置在導(dǎo)管里內(nèi),并且采用多核心屏蔽,多股類型電纜的最小橫剖面的為1.25 mm2。Reference electrode cabling from the junction box to T/R shall run in conduit and may be screened multi-core, multi-strand type of minimum cross section of 1.25 mm2 per core.
D.所有電纜的終端必須卷邊,并適于安置在分線盒里。全部電纜和導(dǎo)線必須使用標(biāo)簽在25毫米的每個末端做好標(biāo)識其用途。電纜的標(biāo)識必須在圖紙中注明,那些應(yīng)該使用。不允許使用黏性標(biāo)識。All cables shall be terminated by crimped connectors suitable for the terminals provided in the junction boxes. All cables and wiring shall be appropriately identified within 25 mm of each end using permanent wire markers intended for the purpose. Where cable identifications have been given in the drawings, these shall be used. Adhesive type markers are not acceptable.
2.7分線盒JUNCTION BOXES
A.分線盒采用玻璃纖維加強(qiáng)聚酯或者類似材料制成,相關(guān)IP等級,符合附錄D,BS 4752 指定的要求,室內(nèi)最小水平將為1P55,戶外為IP66,適合位置為戶外,海上或者沿海暴露位置,1P 65不以海上或者沿海暴露位置IP 67為條件,申請為分線盒處于預(yù)期浸泡的條件下。Junction boxes shall be constructed from fiberglass-reinforced polyester or equivalent to comply with the relevant IP rating for the location as specified in BS 4752, Appendix D. Minimum levels shall be 1P55 for indoor use, IP66 for outdoor locations subject to marine or coastal exposure and 1P65 for outdoor locations not subject to marine or coastal exposure IP 67 shall be applied for those boxes anticipated to be submerged.
B.所有的門必須安裝襯墊,鎖具并且要求堅實可靠。全部鎖具可以使用同一把鑰匙開啟。電纜入口處必須采用合適的封蓋或密封導(dǎo)管。必須小心電纜入口處的裝置不得影響分線盒的IP等級。All doors shall be gasketed, lockable and stiffened. All locks shall be capable of being opened with the same key. Cable entry shall be through suitable compression gland or in sealed conduits. Appropriate precaution shall be taken to ensure that the cable entry system in no way compromises the junction box IP rating.
C.終端必須標(biāo)識有區(qū)域/附屬區(qū)域標(biāo)記,組件的型號和數(shù)目必須適合,同時也必須標(biāo)識有相應(yīng)各個特別裝置的標(biāo)記以便識別。控制面板的典型的控制布局必須在圖紙中標(biāo)識出來。所有終端必須清楚標(biāo)識其正確的功能,使用白色字體,采用黑色背景材料。材料可采用銘刻標(biāo)簽或同類產(chǎn)品。The terminals shall be clearly marked with the zone/sub-zone, component type and number as appropriate and shall also be marked with suitable identification corresponding to each particular unit. The typical control layout for the control panel shall be shown in the drawings. All terminals shall be clearly labeled with their correct function, using white engraved background on black surface. Material shall be traffolyte or equivalent.
D.電纜連接裝置必須采用德國工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(DIN)安裝終端護(hù)欄。每個終端只允許有一根導(dǎo)線。電路的擴(kuò)容必須采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的橋接帶、滾桶和螺釘。Cable connectors shall be DIN rail mounted terminals. Only one conductor per terminal shall be permitted. Circuit expansion shall be achieved by standard bridging strips, barrels, and screws.
E.分線盒內(nèi)的終端/面板的布局必須在詳細(xì)圖紙中標(biāo)明。提議的詳細(xì)布局必須在工程試運(yùn)行之前提交皇室委員會批準(zhǔn)。Layout of terminals/panels within the junction boxes shall be shown in the detail drawings. The proposed layout details shall be submitted to the Royal Commission for approval prior to commencement of work.
F.分線盒必須采用剛硬固定在適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢。The junction box shall be securely and rigidly fastened in place.
G.分線盒必須接地。The junction boxes shall be grounded.
部分3 – 執(zhí)行PART 3 - EXECUTION
3.1 準(zhǔn)備PREPARATION

The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all the steel reinforcement layers, including links, tie bar saddles, etc. and any other embedded metallic fixtures within the structure to be protected are electrically continuous. At a minimum, two locations per 100 m2 of concrete surface area shall be checked for continuity. If discontinuity exists, provide electrical continuity per Section 3.2.B. Unless alternative testing procedures and criteria have been selected in the design, the electrical continuity between reinforcing steel or elements of steel in concrete shall be tested by D.C. reverse polarity resistance measurement technique. This technique measures and compares the resistance using a D.C. resistance instrument and then reversing the polarity of the test leads. Another technique may be the D.C. potential difference measurement technique. The acceptance criteria for such testing shall be a resistance of less than I ohm or a potential difference of less than 1 mV and the value stable. All steel shall be continuity tested, and any bar or component
failing the test shall be continuity bonded to ensure long-term resistance of less than 1 ohm.
B.協(xié)調(diào)和保護(hù): CP系統(tǒng)的安裝必須通過皇室委員會的討論與協(xié)調(diào),主要承包商和其它分包商必須分階段進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),將混凝土的結(jié)構(gòu)的操作失誤保證在最小范圍。Coordination and Protection: Installation of the CP system shall be coordinated through discussions with the Royal Commission, the main contractor and other subcontractors and shall be conducted in stages to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the designated concrete structure.
1.必須特別小心,并做好安排防止隨后的操作引起的對安裝組件的損害。Special precaution and scheduling may be required to prevent damage to the installed components by subsequent operation.
2.必須考慮對混凝土安最后安裝和隨后安裝的所有電纜提供臨時保護(hù)的需求。Consideration shall be given to the need to provide temporary protection for all cables up to the time of final concrete installation and thereafter.

Since some movement may occur over the surface with installed anode, temporary protection considerations shall be detailed.

The insulation shall ensure that each power supply system works as an electrically independent unit, unaffected by electrical influence from other electrical sources. The power supply systems shall be designed to suppress external noise. The AC input and AC terminals shall be shrouded in accordance with lEE Wiring Regulations to prevent accidental contact. An electrical isolation switch shall be provided between the AC power input cable and the power supply to allow the safe disconnect of the power supply if required. Appropriate surge protection shall be provided in the DC output and AC input circuits.
