上屆展會回顧——2007年中國（北京）國際叉車及配件展（CIFPE2007）于2007年9月在北京成功舉辦：本屆展會共吸引了來自16個國家的203家國內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)參展，其中涉及叉車整車展商占57.82 %，配件及其它領(lǐng)域展商占42.18%。展覽會共吸引了近2萬參觀商到會，其中業(yè)內(nèi)人士占60%，包括貿(mào)易商、進出口商、分銷商、代理等，海外觀眾占20%，分別來自韓國、日本、意大利、德國、瑞士和中國香港以及臺灣等30個國家和地區(qū)。
Last exhibition review - - China (Beijing) International Forklift and Parts Exhibition (CIFPE2007) in 2007 were successfully hosted in Beijing in September of 2007: This exhibition has attracted 203 famous enterprises both at home and aboard which came from 16 countries to attend the exhibition. Of those visitors, the exhibitors of complete forklift account for 57.82; the exhibitors of parts and other domain account for 42.18%. It has attracted nearly 20,000 visiting traders to attend the exhibition. Of those visitors, the in-service personnel accounts for 60%, including traders, importers and exporters, retail traders and agents, etc. Overseas audiences account for 20%, which came from 30 countries and regions such as Korea S., Japan, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Chinese Hong Kong and Taiwan, etc. respectively.
在成功吸取上屆成功舉辦經(jīng)驗的同時，也為迎合叉車行業(yè)市場發(fā)展需求，2009年第二屆中國（北京）國際叉車及配件展覽會（CIFPE2009）將于2009年6月18日-20日在北京•中國國際展覽中心再次舉行，展會預(yù)計將再次取得新的增長紀錄。與2007年的展會相比，CIFPE2009預(yù)計參展商數(shù)量將從203家增長至270家，同時展會規(guī)模也將從15000平方米擴大至20000平方米。使CIFPE2009真正成為中國、亞洲和國際叉車行業(yè)之間開展技術(shù)交流、建立業(yè)務(wù)合作的平臺。幾乎所有重要的叉車設(shè)備制造商、配件商、供應(yīng)商、技術(shù)開發(fā)商、專業(yè)服務(wù)提供商都會在展會期間展出各自的最新產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和設(shè)備與服務(wù)。
On successfully absorbing the experience of succeeding in hosting previous exhibition, and catering the demand of the market of forklift trade, the 2nd China (Beijing) International Forklift and Parts Exhibition (CIFPE2009) in 2009 will be held again China International Exhibition Centre from June 18th to 20th, 2009 in Beijing. The exhibition is expected to achieve a new growth record again. Compared with exhibition in 2007, CIFPE2009 estimates that the number of exhibiter will rise to 270 from 203. At the same time, the scale of exhibition will be expanded from 15000 square meters to 20000 square meters as well, which shall make CIFPE2009 really become the platform for the exchanging of developing technology and establishing the cooperation in business among China, Asia and international forklift trade. Nearly all important forklift equipment manufacturers, parts traders, suppliers, technological developers and professional service will display each own latest products, technology, equipment and service during exhibition.

CIFPE2009 is expected to receive 3 ten thousand trader visitors. Of those visitors, the number of international audiences will account for 30%. ●Exhibition promotion and propagation in omni-direction will be implemented through specialist periodicals, newspaper, Internet, TV, radio station, advertisement post, E-mail, advertising inset, news flash before exhibition, special report of exhibition and telephone communicated, etc. It is planed to publish 430 of advertisement / time.
●通過與中國各相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會、專業(yè)學(xué)會、專業(yè)雜志共同合作推廣，至少將50萬張參觀券及5萬份請柬多渠道發(fā)至全國各地及港、澳、臺地區(qū)，并在全國及國際上相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)會議、專業(yè)展覽會及行業(yè)會上派發(fā)“展前快訊”、“展會專報”、“參觀券”與“請柬”推介本展，并邀請相關(guān)的人士到會。

It is planed to send 500,000 visiting tickets and 50,000 invitation cards to all parts of the country, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan area through various channels at least. And send the “News Flash before Exhibition” , “Special Report of Exhibition” , “Visiting Ticket” and “Invitation Card” to the relevant academic meeting professional exhibition and trade meeting in domestic country and aboard for popularizing and introducing this exhibition and invite the relevant personage to attend the meeting.

Technology exchange
展會期間，為配合參展企業(yè)的宣傳，組委會將協(xié)助參展企業(yè)舉辦技術(shù)交流會，內(nèi)容由參展企業(yè)自定，每場聽眾50-80人，由企業(yè)自己邀請，組委會協(xié)助組織。每場交流會1小時，收費標準為國內(nèi)企業(yè)RMB8000元、國外企業(yè)USD2000元。并提供音響、投影儀、幕布、礦泉水等相關(guān)服務(wù)，需要舉辦技術(shù)講座的企業(yè)請?zhí)崆芭c組委會聯(lián)系。
During the exhibition, in order to cooperate with the propaganda of enterprises participating in the exhibition, organizing Committee shall help enterprises participating in the exhibition to hold the technology exchange meeting. The content may be determined by enterprises participating in the exhibition. The audience of each meeting is about 50-80 personnel, which shall be invited by the enterprise itself. Organizing Committee shall assistant the organization. Each exchange meeting takes about an hour. The expenses standard is about RMB8000 Yuan for domestic enterprise and USD2000 Yuan for overseas enterprise, which may provide relevant services such as stereo, projector, curtain and mineral water, etc. Enterprises requesting to hold the technology lecture please contact Organizing Committee in advance.

Exhibition participating procedure
1、認真填寫«參展申請及合約»并加蓋公章傳真或郵寄至組委會；
1. Please fill in the “Exhibition Participating Application and Contract” carefully and stamp an official seal to fax or post to Organizing Committee;
2、申請得到組委會確認后，七日內(nèi)將參展費用[50%（預(yù)付款）或全款]電匯或交至組委會，款匯出后請將回單傳真至承辦單位以便查核；
2. After the application is confirmed by Organizing Committee, send a telegraphic remittance or hand in the expenses [50% (advance payment) or pays the account in full] participating in the exhibition to Organizing Committee in seven days. Please fax the receipt to the organizer in order to check after the fund is remitted;
3、組委會收到展商的參展費用后會將發(fā)票及«參展指南»郵寄給展商；
