會(huì)員卡客戶須知-中英對(duì)照
已做預(yù)定的會(huì)員（會(huì)員公司）如需取消預(yù)定或變更預(yù)定時(shí)間，則須在離原預(yù)定時(shí)間不短于24小時(shí)告知預(yù)定中心；短于24小時(shí)通知預(yù)定中心取消預(yù)定，第一次予以善意的警告，第二次停止其預(yù)定資格兩周，第三次交納2000元取消預(yù)訂費(fèi)并停止預(yù)訂資格兩周，其發(fā)生的費(fèi)用將全部計(jì)入相應(yīng)的會(huì)員賬戶內(nèi)。
If the pre-booked member (member corporation) wants to make a cancellation or change the reservation, the member shall inform the reservation center 24 hours advance the original reservation time; if it fails to inform the reservation center 24 hours in advance, it shall receive friendly warning for the first time, stop it reservation qualification for two weeks for the second time, and pay 2000 fees for canceling the reservation and stop it reservation qualification for two weeks for the third time. All the relevant cost incurred shall be recorded in the corresponding member's account.
會(huì)員公司為使用其不記名會(huì)員卡的嘉賓預(yù)定打球，需滿足以下條件預(yù)定中心方可進(jìn)行預(yù)定、前臺(tái)方可進(jìn)行接待：攜帶不記名會(huì)員卡并發(fā)記名會(huì)員的簽字授權(quán)（會(huì)員公司的蓋章授權(quán)）或記名會(huì)員本人手機(jī)短信授權(quán)至預(yù)定中心；
As for the member corporation makes the reservation for the honored guest who uses its blank membership card to play the ballgame, it is required to meet the following conditions to implement the reservation in the reservation center and front desk: carry blank membership card and issue the signature authorization of registration member（sealing authorization of the member corporation）or issue the message authorization of cell phone of the registration member to the booking center;
會(huì)員公司如將其不記名會(huì)員卡長(zhǎng)期授權(quán)給嘉賓使用，需發(fā)書面授權(quán)書，且在授權(quán)期內(nèi)不得隨意更改。如取消授權(quán)，需以書面形式提交俱樂部審核。
If member corporations issue blank membership card of long-term authorization to the honored guest, it is required to issue the certificate of authorization in written, and shall not make any change at will in authorization period. As for the cancellation of authorization, it shall submit the application to the club for verification in written form.
記名會(huì)員到場(chǎng)時(shí)，其同組人員可使用不記名會(huì)員卡；
When the registration member is present, members in the same group may use the non-registration card;
記名會(huì)員未到場(chǎng)時(shí)，每組只允許使用一張不記名會(huì)員卡；
When the member the registration member is not present, each group may use only one non-registration card;
不記名會(huì)員卡每天限一人使用一次；
Each non-registration card can only be used by one person per day;
會(huì)員的費(fèi)用將直接轉(zhuǎn)入會(huì)員的賬戶，付賬形式可以是現(xiàn)金、信用卡等；
The member's expenses shall transfer to the member's account directly. The way of paying can be cash and credit card, etc.;
嘉賓必須在離開會(huì)所前將果嶺費(fèi)及其他費(fèi)用付清，否則這些費(fèi)用將轉(zhuǎn)入與其相關(guān)的會(huì)員賬戶；
Honored guest shall pay the hold fees and other expenses before leaving, otherwise these expenses shall transfer to the relevant member's account;
會(huì)員有責(zé)任承擔(dān)其嘉賓未結(jié)清的全部費(fèi)用。
The member has the responsibility to bear all outstanding expenses of its honored guest.
