We write to introduce as in above Mrs. Hassan Asebe, a Nigerian been Invited by our company as in the official Invitation approved by municipal government of Wuhan China, via our request whereby we are a registered company and member of association of commerce and industries, to visit our company and Wuhan City for an ongoing business discussions between her company and ours to purchase some industrial printing and packaging machines and training of their engineers in line with the use and process of this machines and further development in this sector.
茲介紹，尼日利亞籍Hassan Asebe女士來漢參觀我公司，我公司是一家注冊公司，屬工商聯(lián)會員，由我公司發(fā)出申請，經(jīng)中國武漢市政府批準，我公司正式邀請尼日利亞籍Hassan Asebe女士來漢參觀我公司進行商務洽談，商討其購買我公司的工業(yè)印刷品、包裝機械、對該公司工程師人員進行培訓事宜（相關產(chǎn)品的用途和生產(chǎn)工藝），并探討該領域的發(fā)展趨勢。
Mrs. Hassan Asebe, during her stay in China will be under the business safety and guide of our company for a period of two weeks where it is expected that her business discussion and arrangement would have been done with.
Hassan Asebe女士在中國的停留期間為兩周，在這段期間內(nèi)，在保證商務安全的條件下，由我公司負責安排，我公司確保完成與Hassan Asebe女士的商務洽談和相關事宜。
We therefor request that her entry visa and all other protocols be granted, to allow her visit our company to finalize our business discussions and arrangements for further partnership on behalf of her company.
我們請求批準Hassan Asebe女士的入境簽證和其它相關文件，允許Hassan Asebe女士代表其公司來漢訪問，完成與我公司的商務合作洽談和相關事宜。
We promise and affirm that during her stay in Wuhan City of China, she will abide by the laws of Peoples Republic of China and return back as at the expiration of her entry visa.
我公司許諾并確認，在Hassan Asebe女士來漢停留期間，Hassan Asebe女士將遵守中華人民共和國的法律，并在入境簽證期滿時返回。
