一旦老板敲定展期及展位號，我們就可以安排展前邀約的準備工作：
我們可以通過郵件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)推文發(fā)出參展的消息以及展會的時間、地點及展位號等信息；然后做一份參展海報，包括一份展館平面圖，標(biāo)注你所在的位置，讓客戶一眼就能看懂并迅速找到你的攤位。
展會前一個月通過郵件、私信等方式邀請客戶來參觀展位，并告知具體的展位位置和聯(lián)系方式。展會前兩周電話聯(lián)系重點客戶，詢問他們是否會來展會，順便了解他們的需求和興趣展會前一周再次確認客戶的到訪日期和時間，并提供行程安排和交通指引的幫助。展會期間在約定好的日期客戶沒有出現(xiàn)時，及時電話聯(lián)系客戶，并極力邀請他們到展位。展會結(jié)束后及時跟進客戶，并發(fā)送感謝信或禮品，并邀請他們訪問公司網(wǎng)站或關(guān)注社媒平臺。即使只有很少部分客戶應(yīng)約而來，那些沒來的客戶也會經(jīng)過接觸加深對我們的印象。它不是單純的產(chǎn)品信息的推廣，而是公司實力的一次整體宣傳。
