6.5. Safety procedures of construction machines
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有機(jī)械設(shè)備必須按照施工平面布置圖進(jìn)行布置和停放，機(jī)械設(shè)備的設(shè)置和使用必須嚴(yán)格遵守施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)機(jī)械設(shè)備安全管理規(guī)定，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)機(jī)械有明顯的安全標(biāo)志和安全技術(shù)操作指示牌，具體要做到：
All mechanical equipment on site shall comply with the layout plan for arrangement and parking. The setting and application of the mechanical equipments shall strictly observe the safety regulation of management of mechanical equipment on construction site; the machinery on site shall have obvious safety sign and safety operation sign; the detail information as follows:
拉伸鋼筋時(shí)周圍要設(shè)防護(hù)欄桿，后側(cè)面設(shè)防護(hù)擋板；
Set up the guarding rail while drawing the reinforcing bar; the back side shall set the protecting board for guarding;
攪拌機(jī)應(yīng)搭設(shè)防砸、防雨操作棚；
The mixer shall equip with the construction shed for protection of falling objects and rain-proofing;
所有機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)經(jīng)常清潔、潤滑、緊固、調(diào)整、不超負(fù)荷和帶病工作；
All mechanical equipment shall be cleaned, lubricated, fastened and adjusted constantly. The overload and operating with the hidden safety trouble is not allowed;
機(jī)械在停用、停電時(shí)必須切斷電源；
Machinery must cut off the power while out of service or in a power failure;
對(duì)新技術(shù)、新材料、新工藝、新設(shè)備的使用，在制定操作規(guī)程的同時(shí)，必須制定安全操作規(guī)程；
It is necessary to establish the safety operational procedure as well as operational procedure for the application of the new technology, new material, new process and new equipment
對(duì)特殊工序，必須編制作業(yè)方案，提出確保安全措施。
As to the special procedure, it is necessary to work out construction scheme and the safety measure as well.
6.6. 施工用電安全措施
6.6. Safety measure of power consumption for construction
施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用電線路的設(shè)置和架設(shè)必須按江蘇省有關(guān)規(guī)定與用電布置圖（見附圖）進(jìn)行設(shè)置和架設(shè)。電纜線均應(yīng)架空，穿越道路除防護(hù)套管外，埋置深度應(yīng)超過0.2米，全部采用三相五線制。
The arrangement and erection of power consumption for construction site shall observe the relevant regulations and layout drawing for power consumption of Jiangsu Province (see figures). The cable thread shall be overhead installed and pass through external side of road protecting sleeve pipe. The embedded depth shall exceed 0.2 meters and all adopt the three phase five wire system.
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配電房醒目處掛有警示標(biāo)志，配備一組有效的1121干粉滅火器，配電房鑰匙由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電工班派專人保管。
Warning marks shall be arranged in the striking place of on site distribution substation, which equipped with a group of effective 1121 dry powder extinguishers. The key of distribution substation shall be specially assigned for keeping arranged by the on site electrical shift.
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配電箱設(shè)有可靠有效的三相漏電保護(hù)器和觸電保護(hù)器，動(dòng)作靈敏、動(dòng)力、照明分開，與配電房內(nèi)的漏電保護(hù)器形成二級(jí)保護(hù)，使施工用電人身更安全。
The on-the-spot distribution box equips with reliable and effective three phases protecting device for electricity leakage and electrical shock protective device, which have a sensitive movement; separated motive force and illumination; and a secondary protection formed by the leakage protector inside the distribution room, so as to ensure the personnel security of power consumption for construction.
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所配電箱應(yīng)統(tǒng)一編號(hào)、上鎖、專人保管，箱殼接地良好。施工用電的設(shè)備、電纜線、導(dǎo)線、漏電保護(hù)器等應(yīng)有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證。漏電保護(hù)器要經(jīng)常檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立即調(diào)換，熔絲要相匹配。
Distribution box on site shall have a unified numbers, locking, and personnel specially assigned for custody; the grounding of the unit housing shall maintain in a good a condition. The products quality certificate shall be available for construction equipments of power consumption, cable line, wire, and leakage protector, etc. Check the leakage protector and displace in case of abnormal condition; the fuse wire of leakage protector shall be matched.
使用安全色和安全標(biāo)志。
Apply the safety color and safety marking.
6.7. 卸料平臺(tái)安全保證措施
6.7. Safety Assurance Measure for Unloading Platform
制作時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照方案規(guī)定的尺寸及焊接要求施工，所有接縫均要求滿焊，焊縫高度不小于6mm
Strictly observe the size and the requirements of welding regulated in the scheme; full weld is required in all seams; the height of welding seam shall not smaller than 6mm
所選材料均應(yīng)有材質(zhì)證明，不合格產(chǎn)品堅(jiān)決不予使用。
Material quality certificate shall be available for the selected materials; the application of the subquality product is not allowed.
平臺(tái)腳手板及擋腳板均應(yīng)與主框架及欄桿用雙股8號(hào)鐵絲綁扎牢固。安全網(wǎng)應(yīng)連續(xù)與欄桿綁扎牢固。
Platform scaffold board and footplate guard shall be fixed with main frame and double 8 iron wires with main frame and railing. The safety net shall be firmly fixed with the railing in succession.
卸料平臺(tái)使用應(yīng)成立一個(gè)專門小組，由塔司、信號(hào)工、架子工組成，使用前進(jìn)行專門的安全交底，進(jìn)行安裝和提升時(shí)信號(hào)工與塔司應(yīng)密切配合。
The application of unloading material platform shall establish a special group, which comprised by tower department, signalman, and timberman. Before application it is necessary to perform special exchange procedure for security information; the signal worker and tower department shall cooperate closely in case of installation and hoisting procedure.
吊裝、拆除大平臺(tái)應(yīng)由專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行，鋼絲繩固定螺絲未連接可靠不得落鉤，同時(shí)未完全拆除不得起吊。
Hoisting and removing operation of large platform shall be performed by professional personnel; hook shall not set down while the screw of steel wire rope is not fixed; and the hoisting operation shall not be permitted in case of removing operation are not completed.
大平臺(tái)第一次使用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行堆載試驗(yàn)，合格后方可使用。
Pile-loading test is required in case of first application of large platform and engage in application after being qualified.
大平臺(tái)安裝時(shí)應(yīng)保證端部略上抬不超過100-200mm。
In case of large platform installation, it is necessary to ensure the end part shall not exceeds 100-200mm in upward direction.
