◇安全生產(chǎn)例會(huì)制度
◇Regular Meeting System of Safety Production
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理每周一~五早上主持召開(kāi)項(xiàng)目部管理人員HSE例會(huì)，每周一、三、五由施工經(jīng)理組織召開(kāi)施工班組HSE例會(huì)，每周召開(kāi)一次分包、監(jiān)理、業(yè)主HSE例會(huì)，項(xiàng)目部每月主持召開(kāi)一次所有施工人員全部參加的職工HSE例會(huì)，總結(jié)前一階段的安全生產(chǎn)情況，布置下一階段的安全生產(chǎn)工作。
Project manager takes charge of HSE regular meeting for administrator of project department from Monday to Friday every week and construction manager organizes HSE regular meeting for construction shift-group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. Every week, a regular meeting is hold among subcontractor, supervisor and owner. The project department takes charge of the HSE regular meeting for staff of construction every month in order to conclude situation of safety production in last phase as well as lay out safety production next step.
根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際和工作需要，可另行召開(kāi)專題HSE會(huì)議。
Other special meetings about HSE could be convened according to actual situation and working requirement on site.
HSE例會(huì)及專題會(huì)議，必須認(rèn)真做好會(huì)議記錄，會(huì)后及時(shí)形成會(huì)議紀(jì)要。
During HSE regular meeting and special meeting, take notes carefully and form meeting minutes immediately after that.
◇安全技術(shù)交底制度
◇Announcing Safety & Technological Demand System
各施工項(xiàng)目必須有針對(duì)性的書面安全技術(shù)交底，并有交底人與被交底人的簽字。
Each construction project must have safety and technological demand in written form with signatures of both sides.
◇建立安全生產(chǎn)班前講話制度
◇Establish a system of giving a speech before each shift in safety production
安全工程師應(yīng)根據(jù)具體施工進(jìn)展情況及各階段施工特點(diǎn)，在施工之前及時(shí)對(duì)班組作業(yè)人員進(jìn)行安全講話。
Safety engineer shall give a safety speech to all operators of each shift before constructing according to specific construction process and character of each phase.
◇特種作業(yè)持證上崗制度
◇Going post with certificate for special work
施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的特種作業(yè)人員必須經(jīng)過(guò)專門培訓(xùn)，考試合格，持特種作業(yè)操作證上崗作業(yè)。
Operators for special work on site must go post with certificate through training and examining.
◇安全值班制度
◇The system for safety duty
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部及勞務(wù)隊(duì)伍必須安排負(fù)責(zé)人員在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)值班，不得空崗、失控。
The project manager and labor team must arrange responsible persons on site, vacant post and loss of control are not allowed.
◇日檢查、旬檢查制度
◇Daily check, ten days’ check system
日檢查：由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)理和安全工程師負(fù)責(zé)，按照無(wú)錫市建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全日檢表的內(nèi)容，在每天下午下班前進(jìn)行檢查，對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題立即定人員定時(shí)間進(jìn)行整改，為夜班或第二天施工創(chuàng)造條件。
Daily check: the manager and safety engineer are responsible for checking before off duty in the afternoon every day according to content of Wuxi Daily Safety Checklist on construction site and specifying suitable persons to rectify discovered issues so as to create favorable construction condition for night shift or the next day.
旬檢查：由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部召集現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)理、專業(yè)工程師、安全員、保衛(wèi)，消防、機(jī)務(wù)、料具、行政、衛(wèi)生等有關(guān)人員共同進(jìn)行聯(lián)合檢查，按照無(wú)錫市施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理規(guī)定的內(nèi)容檢查評(píng)分，評(píng)估工地的管理水平。
Ten days’ check: It is project manager’ responsibility to summon on-site manager, professional engineer, safety man, security, fire protection, machinery management, materials& tools, administrators and hygienic man, etc to have a joint inspection and grade administrative level of construction site according to the Wuxi Construction Site Regulations.
◇機(jī)械設(shè)備、臨電設(shè)施和腳手架的驗(yàn)收制度
◇ Acceptance procedure of mechanical equipment, electric facility and scaffold
各種機(jī)械設(shè)備、臨電設(shè)施和腳手架在安裝完畢后必須進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收，未經(jīng)驗(yàn)收或驗(yàn)收不合格嚴(yán)禁使用。
The specialized acceptance shall be performed after installation of different mechanical equipment, electric facilities and scaffolds and the unqualified or rejected ones are prohibited to apply.

6.1. “四口五臨邊”安全防護(hù)措施
6.1 Safety Guarantying Measure of “Four openings and Five Edges”
◇基坑四周防護(hù)欄桿做法：將立桿埋入地下0.5米，立桿間距1.80m，鋼管設(shè)水平桿兩道，總高1.50m，外設(shè)排水明溝。如下圖：
◇Protection rail around foundation pit is as following: insert vertical rails into earth for 0.5 m with a space of 1.80m, two horizontal poles on steel tube with a total height of 1.50m, and a drainage is set outside, as fig below:

◇本工程樓層周圈采用鋼管欄桿、密目安全網(wǎng)防護(hù)，鋼管立桿間距1.50m，立桿下部30cm設(shè)第一道水平桿，水平桿間距1.20m，內(nèi)側(cè)下口設(shè)擋腳板，外掛密目網(wǎng)，并與框架柱拉結(jié)及利用鋼管斜撐加固。如下圖：
