一、輸水方案和生產(chǎn)工藝流程

1、輸水方式

采用二級泵房加壓輸水。

2、輸水主管線路

從凈水廠出水總管→沿信安公路→過信安公路大橋→再沿城信大道→(工業(yè)園管委會)與現(xiàn)有管網(wǎng)連接。管長11.5km,本項目完成管長1000m,兩根管徑DN800的輸水管,每根管輸水5萬m3/日。

Chapter Four   Content of Engineering Scheme

 

I. schemes of the water transmission and production process

 

  1. Water-carrying schemes

 

Adopt second pumping station for pressurizing and water-carrying schemes process.

 

2. Main pipeline of water transmission

From discharge main pipeline of water treatment plant →along the Xinan highway →Pass Xinan highway bridge →And then along Chengxin main road →(the management committee of industrial park) and connect with existing pipeline network. The pipe is 11.5km in length. The length of pipeline finished in this project is about 1000m; the diameter of two water transmission pipelines is about DN800; the water transmission capacity of each pipe is about 50,000m3 / day.

二、取水工程

1、取水頭部

工程采用新工藝的虹吸式“懸臂真空罐取水頭部”。懸臂真空罐取水拖部由鋼筋砼懸臂管架、真空罐、吸水管和岸邊片石擋土墻組成。

2、取水泵房

根據(jù)計算取水泵房需要安裝3臺水泵,每臺負荷2.5萬噸/日,二用一備。

桃江河取水泵房:泵房分為四大間,即配電間12m×5m,變電間6m×4m設在地面以上,自控、值班室6m×4.0m,與配電間一樣設在地面以上,核心的取水泵房20m×9.0m,地面以下部分深9.28m。水泵的擬選用規(guī)格型號:350S526型三臺,每臺電機功率132km。

龍井水庫取水泵房:泵房分為四大間,即配電間12m×5m,變電間6m×4m設在地面以上,自控、值班室6m×4.0m,與配電間一樣設在地面以上,核心的取水泵房20m×9.0m,地面以下部分深6.10m。水泵的擬選用規(guī)格型號:500S22三臺,每臺電機功率185km。

3、渾水管

桃江河總渾水管采用DN1200mm球墨鑄管,長175m;DN800mm管長為85m;龍井水庫總渾水管采用DN1200mm球墨鑄管,長33km,基本沿大橋鎮(zhèn)至信豐縣城公路路徑走向安裝。

三、凈水廠

1、平面布置

  1. Water intake head

 

Project adopts siphon type new craft for “cantilever vacuum pot water intake head”. The water transmit part of cantilever vacuum pot is consisted by the concrete cantilever pipe carrier of reinforcing bar, vacuum pot, suction duct and block of stones wall of bank side rubble.

 

2. Water intake pumping house

3 water pumps are required to install in water intake pumping house according to the calculation. The load of each pump is 25,000 ton per days. Two pumps are applied in application and one pump is furnished as stand-by pump.

 

The water intake pumping house of Taojiang river: The pump house is divided into four major room, i.e. distribution room is about 12m * 5m; power transformation room is about 6m * 4m and located on the ground; automatic control room and duty office is about 6m * 4.0m, which is located on the ground as distribution room. The central water intake pump house is about 20m * 9.0m. The part under the ground is about 9.28ms in depth. The three 350S526 type water pumps are to be adopted and the electrical power of each unit is about 132km.

The Longjing reservoir water intake pump: The pump house is divided into four major room, i.e. distribution room is about 12m * 5m; power transformation room is about 6m * 4m and located on the ground; automatic control room and duty office is about 6m * 4.0m, which is located on the ground as distribution room. The central water intake pump house is about 20m * 9.0m. The part under the ground is about 6.10ms in depth. The three 500S22 type water pumps are to be adopted and the electrical power of each unit is about 185km.  

 

3. Turbid water pipe

The total turbid water pipe of Taojiang River adopts the nodular cast iron tube of DN1200mm, which is 175m in length and 85m in type of DN800mm; the total turbid watepipe of the Longjing reservoir adopts nodular cast iron tube of DN1200mm, which is 33km in length. The pipe is installed along bridge town and towards highway route of Xinfeng County.

 

 

III. Water treatment plant

 

1. Plane layout

 

  1. Layout principle:

 

 

①滿足工藝流程要求,力求流程簡短,避免迂回;

②根據(jù)現(xiàn)有地形合理布置,節(jié)約用地;

③考慮近期相對功能完善,又考慮近遠結合;

④功能分區(qū)明確,交通順暢,管理方便;

⑤廠區(qū)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)美。

(2)布置方案:

按提供不規(guī)則梯形場地布置,東西較短,南北方向稍長,其西面是信豐至安遠公路,跨過公路往西20多米就是桃江,南面為山地。

本設計水廠大門設在西北角現(xiàn)有公路東側。入廠的主道路寬6米,設環(huán)行車道一圈,圍墻以內(nèi)為10萬噸/日水廠用地,共約53330m2。

水廠主要分為三個功能區(qū):第一功能區(qū)為生產(chǎn)和輔助生產(chǎn)區(qū):主生產(chǎn)含環(huán)行車道內(nèi)及廠區(qū)主道路以西的反應、沉淀池、濾池及清水池、送水泵房,輔助生產(chǎn)含家藥間、機修、校表和倉庫。第二功能區(qū)為污泥處理區(qū):含污泥池和污泥干化場,位于廠區(qū)西南山坡地上。第三功能區(qū)為辦公區(qū):含綜合樓、門衛(wèi)、車棚和停車場,位于大門邊的一側,廠區(qū)西北角。詳細布置方案見“信豐縣第二水廠平面布置圖”。

2、高程布置

(1)布置原則

①充分利用地形,盡量減少土方工程量:并保持場內(nèi)石方挖填平衡;

②滿足工藝流程的凈水和排水高差要求;

③滿足場地雨水排放,洪水期廠區(qū)不被淹沒;

2).Rational arranged according to the existing topography; economize the planning area;

3).Considers the perfection of relative functions recently; and combines with the future consideration as well;

4).Clearly divides the area of function; smooth transportation; and convenient management;

5) The factory environment is coordinated gracefully.

 

  1. Scheme assignment:

According to the irregular ladder-shaped place, the scheme assignment is relatively short in east and west direction and slightly longer in north and south direction; stretch from Xinfeng County to highway of Anyuan in the west; across the highway it is Taojiang in the west less than 20 meters; in the south is the mountain area.

 

In this design the water plant gate is located in the east of the existing highway of northwest corner. The main road entering into the factory is about 6 meters in width; has a circle lane; the planning land for 100,000 ton per days of factory is enclosed with wall and there are altogether 53330m2.

The water plant is divided into three function districts: The first function district is the production and production auxiliary area: The production area mainly includes reaction pool, sediment pool, filter pool, clear pool and water supply pump house, inside the circle lane and west to the main road of factory; the auxiliary area includes chemical room, mechanical repairing room, meter calibration room and warehouse. The second function district is the sludge disposal area: includes the sludge pool and sludge drying bed, which located in the southwest hillside of the factory. The third function district is the office area: Includes complex building, entrance guard, car shed and parking area, which located on one side of the gate in northwest corner of the factory. 2. Elevation arrangement

(1) Assignment principle

1).Fully utilizes topography; do the best to reduce the earthwork volume: and maintain the balance of the stonework digging and filling on site;

 

2).Meet the requirements of water purification and elevation of water drainage of technological process;

 

3). Meet the requirements of rainwater discharge on work site; factory shall not be flooded in flood period;
