管理機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營需要，本著精干、統(tǒng)一、高效的原則，體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代風(fēng)電場運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)，實(shí)行企業(yè)管理。根據(jù)原能源部頒發(fā)的能源人(1992)64號(hào)文“關(guān)于印發(fā)新型電廠實(shí)行新管理辦法的若干意見的通知”及原電力部頒發(fā)的電安生(1996)572號(hào)文件“關(guān)于頒發(fā)《電力行業(yè)一流水力發(fā)電廠考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(試行)的通知”的精神，結(jié)合工程具體情況，本風(fēng)電場和升壓變電站按少人值班的原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，當(dāng)風(fēng)電場電氣設(shè)備和機(jī)械進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行狀態(tài)后，可按無人值班、少人值守的方式管理風(fēng)電場和132kV升壓變電站。The establishment of the management organization is according to the needs of production and management, in line with keen-witted and capable, unify , high-efficient principle, reflect the modern wind electric field operation characteristic, implement business administration. 由于目前尚未頒布風(fēng)電場運(yùn)行人員編制規(guī)程，因此結(jié)合風(fēng)電場的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置和人員編制，本風(fēng)電場定員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為22人，管理人員6人，運(yùn)行維護(hù)人員16人。Because has not issued the wind electric field operation strength rules yet at present, the characteristic of combining the wind electric field carries on organization structuring and strength, this wind electric field staff's standard is 22 people, administrative staff is 6, operate 16 attenbants .

Adama(Nazaret)風(fēng)電場一期工程設(shè)有生產(chǎn)區(qū)和生活區(qū)兩個(gè)區(qū)域，生產(chǎn)區(qū)包括風(fēng)電機(jī)組、箱式變電站和132kV升壓變電站等生產(chǎn)設(shè)施，主控樓內(nèi)設(shè)有管理辦公室以及會(huì)議室(兼來賓接待室)，為保障生產(chǎn)基地的設(shè)施條件，方便工作人員生活，還配備有適量的休息、食堂與伙房、洗浴等廳室。風(fēng)電場管理基地是建成運(yùn)營后的管理中心，考慮到交通條件和便于信息管理，本期工程運(yùn)行期生產(chǎn)管理和辦公生活基地設(shè)在132kV升壓變電站。Adama (Nazaret ) wind electric field the first stage of the project consists of the producing area and two areas of biotope, the production area including wind-powered electricity aircrew , box transformer substation and 132kV step up production facilities , such as transformer substation ,etc., there are management offices and meeting room in floor of top management (and concurrently guest's reception room ), in order to ensure the facility condition of the production base , facilitate staff member's life , the room of allocating right amount rest , dining room and kitchen , washing the bath etc..
