1. 施工組織設(shè)計
“武漢市圖使館綜合節(jié)能改造工程”施工組織設(shè)計是按貴方提供的節(jié)能改造技術(shù)方案及初步設(shè)計圖紙，按現(xiàn)行的國家施工驗收規(guī)程規(guī)范、工程質(zhì)量評定標準、施工操作規(guī)程、成都市政府的有關(guān)規(guī)定，再結(jié)合我公司的施工能力、技術(shù)準備力量及多年智能建筑節(jié)能系統(tǒng)工程的設(shè)計施工經(jīng)驗和本工程的具體情況進行編制的。
施工組織設(shè)計作為直接指導施工的依據(jù)，在保證工程質(zhì)量、工期、安全生產(chǎn)、成本的前提下，對加強施工管理、有效的調(diào)配勞動力、提高施工效率、節(jié)約工程成本、保證施工現(xiàn)場的安全文明有積極作用。
施工組織設(shè)計一旦經(jīng)甲方和建設(shè)監(jiān)理公司審核認可后，在施工過程中，我公司一定嚴格按照本施工組織設(shè)計執(zhí)行。

1.2 編制范圍及內(nèi)容
1、本工程施工組織設(shè)計是嚴格按照本節(jié)能改造工程的要求進行質(zhì)量策劃后編制的，在人員、機械、材料供應(yīng)、平衡調(diào)配、施工方案、質(zhì)量要求、進度安排等方面統(tǒng)一進行部署下完成。
2、我公司高度重視本施工組織設(shè)計的編制工作，召集曾從事過類似工程工作的技術(shù)專家、有關(guān)負責人攻克本工程的重點、難點及特殊部位的施工技術(shù)，力求本方案重點突出，具有呼應(yīng)性、針對性和可操作性。
3、本著對建設(shè)單位負責和資金的合理使用、對工程質(zhì)量的高度責任感，針對本工程設(shè)計特點和使用功能要求，我們編制的原則是：“確保工程質(zhì)量優(yōu)、速度快、造價低、操作性強”。同時保證周邊和施工現(xiàn)場有良好環(huán)境。
1.3 工程概況
1.3.1  工程內(nèi)容
法國開發(fā)署貸款的武漢圖書館節(jié)能改造項目設(shè)計施工總承包項目，位于：武漢市漢口建設(shè)大道861號，該圖書館大樓地下一層，地上13層，局部14層。建筑總高51.6m，總建筑面積為32975m2，空調(diào)面積27580m2。
根據(jù)甲方要求，本次節(jié)能改造項目工程包括以下幾個項目：
① 暖通空調(diào)節(jié)能改造；
本建筑冷源由4 臺麥克維爾螺桿式風冷熱泵機組提供，安裝于屋頂，單臺機組的制冷量為1000kW，制熱量1050kW，額定功率313 kW�？照{(diào)循環(huán)水泵共6 臺，四用兩備，單臺功率37 kW，安裝于十四層設(shè)備機房，空調(diào)主機與循環(huán)水泵安裝于統(tǒng)一標高層面上。改造方案為，將空調(diào)循環(huán)水泵更換為5 臺臥式端吸泵，四用一備，更換后的單臺水泵流量為190m3/h，揚程為34mH2O,電機功率為30kW。
現(xiàn)有全空氣空調(diào)系統(tǒng)42 個，風機盤管加新風系統(tǒng)2 個�？照{(diào)機組單個系統(tǒng)風量從8000m3/h——40000 m3/h 不等。

1.3.1 Content of Construction
General contract of design and construction of Library of Wuhan energy-saving renovation project which the French development agency loans,is located in No. 861 Jianshe Avenue.:Hankou .wuhan: Construction of Wuhan City, the library building has underground floor, the ground floor 13, partial 14. The total building height is 51.6m, the total construction area of 32975m2, the air conditioning area 27580m2.
According to the requirements of your Party , the energy-saving projects include the following items:
1,Energy-saving HVAC
Cold source of the building is provided by 4 sets of McQuay screw air-cooled heat pump units, installed on the roof, the refrigerating capacity of one unit of 1000kW, heat 1050kW, rated power of 313 kW.Air conditioning circulating pump a total of 6 units, four with two prepared, single power of 37 kW, installed in the equipment room of the fourteen floor, air conditioning and circulating water pump is mounted in a uniform elevation level.Reconstruction program as the air conditioning circulating water pump replaced five sets of horizontal end suction pumps, four with a prepared, after replacing a single pump flow rate is 190m3 / h, head is 34mH2O, motor power is 30kW.
