打開(kāi)機(jī)械式鎖定，從而觸發(fā)感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)，則旋鎖可關(guān)閉。
只有機(jī)械式鎖定鎖完全打開(kāi)后，方可觸發(fā)該感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)。如若需要，則應(yīng)分別對(duì)每一個(gè)角進(jìn)行調(diào)整。從 S966 開(kāi)關(guān)開(kāi)始，向上提起定位銷(xiāo) A 。離開(kāi)這個(gè)箱角，使該定位銷(xiāo)向上，并可對(duì)下一個(gè)箱角進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

旋鎖采用機(jī)械方式鎖定。此時(shí)電氣功能無(wú)法使用。
當(dāng)?shù)跗鸺b箱時(shí)，定位銷(xiāo)A自由落下，鎖住旋鎖。感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)未被觸發(fā)：轉(zhuǎn)換指令是不可能的。

06.1.4. 微動(dòng)操作
伸縮式吊具可分別在前端和后端處進(jìn)行橫向微動(dòng)。通過(guò)司機(jī)室內(nèi)（左控制器）的S701－4（后）開(kāi)關(guān)和－6（左）開(kāi)關(guān)以及S701－3開(kāi)關(guān)和－5（右）開(kāi)關(guān)，對(duì)Y603（左）閥門(mén)和Y604（前）閥門(mén)進(jìn)行控制。
自動(dòng)回中心功能可以將集裝箱移動(dòng)到中心位置。通過(guò)司機(jī)室內(nèi)觸摸屏上的按鈕，對(duì)集裝箱進(jìn)行自動(dòng)定位。吊具以相應(yīng)的方向進(jìn)行移動(dòng)時(shí)，S608開(kāi)關(guān)（左側(cè)前）、S609 開(kāi)關(guān)（左側(cè)后）、S610開(kāi)關(guān)（左側(cè)前）以及S611開(kāi)關(guān)（右側(cè)后）被觸發(fā)。當(dāng)對(duì)吊具進(jìn)行定中心后，這些開(kāi)關(guān)均應(yīng)被歸零。
注意! 在操作過(guò)程中，如果起升機(jī)構(gòu)或左右傾機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)出任何故障信號(hào)（如荷載無(wú)法維持在設(shè)定的高度），則應(yīng)立即停止工作，并聯(lián)系維修人員。

Container in connection
Mechanical locking is open, the inductive switch is activated. Twist lock can be closed.
The inductive switch must not activate until the mechanical lock is completely open. If neces-
sary, adjust every corner separately. Begin with S966 by lifting the pin A upwards. Leave the
corner so that the pin is up and adjust the next corner.

Container hoisted
The twist lock is mechanically locked. Electrical function is impossible.
When a container is hoisted, the pin A is free to drop down and it locks the twist lock
mechanically. The inductive switch is not activated: turn command is not possible.

06.1.4. Side shift operations
The Top--Lift spreader can be shifted transversely at front and rear end separately. Valves
Y603 (Left) and Y604 (front) are controlled by means of switches S701--4 (rear) and --6 (Left)
and S701--3 and --5 (Right) in the cabin (Left Controller).
The automaticcentering can be carried out to move the containerin thecentered position.The
container is automatically centered by means of the push--button in the cabin Touch Display.
Switches S608 (Left side front), S609 (Left side rear) S610 (Right side front) and S611 (Right
side rear) are activated as the Top--Lift spreader is moved in the corresponding direction.
These switches shall be 0--activated as the Top--Lift spreader is centered.
Note! If the lift or trimmechanism shows any signof malfunctionduring
operation - - forexample,theloaddoesnotremainatthesetheight - - stop
working immediately and contact service personnel.
