6)附屬品
鼓形濾網(wǎng)供貨時(shí)必須包括附屬品有首次填充的潤(rùn)滑油。
所有的沖洗設(shè)備和管道系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該遵循 RCC-M 等級(jí)3, 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)進(jìn)行沖洗水系統(tǒng)的水錘分析。
每臺(tái)機(jī)組都帶有一個(gè)專門的沖洗水系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)包含以下部分:
1) 正常工況下的沖洗泵
沖洗泵為立式,4臺(tái)低壓沖洗水泵為核安全等級(jí),單獨(dú)設(shè)置,在SEC重要廠用水管道中取水;4臺(tái)高壓沖洗水泵為非核安全等級(jí),設(shè)置于SEN泵坑,并從SEN水管中吸水。每臺(tái)泵能為其相應(yīng)的鼓形濾網(wǎng)提供足夠沖洗水量。一臺(tái)低壓泵和一臺(tái)高壓泵為一泵組,低壓泵正常使用,高壓泵作為檢修時(shí)備用。電動(dòng)機(jī)能在泵的整個(gè)工作曲線范圍內(nèi)工作且不過(guò)載,并帶有防潮加熱器。泵室地面標(biāo)高-13.75m*,吸水管為DN700,管中心標(biāo)高-16.35m*。

3)管道系統(tǒng):
管道系統(tǒng)把水從重要廠用水系統(tǒng)的接口送到?jīng)_洗泵的吸水法蘭、從泵出水口通過(guò)一個(gè)共同的母管送到鼓形濾網(wǎng)的沖洗水管。供貨商還需提供從鼓形濾網(wǎng)反沖洗過(guò)濾器出口接到排污水溝的管子。管道的材料為316L不銹鋼。管子的長(zhǎng)度和配件適合在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接。泵、過(guò)濾器、閥門等和所有需要的聯(lián)接處采用法蘭連接。法蘭和緊固件采用不銹鋼,法蘭滿足ANSI B16.5-150標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。管道系統(tǒng)帶有必需的墊片、不銹鋼的支撐件和緊固件。
4)閥門:
4.1) 手動(dòng)蝶閥
蝶閥為圓板式,碳素鑄鋼閥體,不銹鋼閥板,可更換的粘接EPDM三元乙丙橡膠的、具有整體法蘭密封的閥座。并帶有缺口板和鎖緊桿。
4.2) 止回閥
閥門為彈簧加載雙圓盤,檢查閥,不銹鋼閥體、圓盤,托盤和氟橡膠密封座。
4.3) 手動(dòng)球閥
閥門為承插焊接端,三片閥體。不銹鋼閥體、球和閥桿,PTFE聚四氟乙烯閥座和密封。閥桿可鎖閉。
4.4) 控制閥
為蝶閥圓板式,碳素鑄鋼閥體,不銹鋼盤片,可更換的、粘接EPDM三元乙丙橡膠的、帶整體密封法蘭密封的閥座。帶有手動(dòng)脫扣輔助開(kāi)關(guān)的具有四分之一轉(zhuǎn)的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器。
5)自動(dòng)反沖洗過(guò)濾器
反沖洗過(guò)濾器安裝在管道系統(tǒng)內(nèi),在反沖洗泵出口側(cè),用于過(guò)濾鼓形濾網(wǎng)沖洗水。過(guò)濾器利用系統(tǒng)中工藝流體的壓力自動(dòng)沖洗,不對(duì)水流產(chǎn)生影響。
運(yùn)行時(shí),水從過(guò)濾器進(jìn)口進(jìn)入,通過(guò)過(guò)濾組件,水中的污物被截流下來(lái)。反沖洗過(guò)程由控制箱內(nèi)的循環(huán)計(jì)時(shí)器控制定時(shí)啟動(dòng)。但是在定時(shí)間隔中間當(dāng)配置在控制盤內(nèi)的壓差開(kāi)關(guān)收到超壓差信號(hào)時(shí),將會(huì)優(yōu)先進(jìn)行反清洗過(guò)程。電機(jī)啟動(dòng)后,旋轉(zhuǎn)安有過(guò)濾組件的轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)。同時(shí)反沖洗閥打開(kāi),當(dāng)過(guò)濾組件轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)沖洗管,被截留下來(lái)的污物就被反沖洗到排水溝中。所有電氣組件都被連接到安裝在過(guò)濾器上的控制箱中。

5.3)儀表
儀表直接安裝在允許直接安裝的地方,每個(gè)連接有一個(gè)單獨(dú)的隔離閥進(jìn)行隔離。當(dāng)不能直接安裝時(shí),他們將被安裝在一個(gè)鍍鋅碳鋼支撐上,并通過(guò)不銹鋼管與系統(tǒng)相連。
f) 水位差計(jì)控制設(shè)備技術(shù)規(guī)格
泵房前池(海水庫(kù))水位和鼓形濾網(wǎng)前后水位信號(hào)、水位差信號(hào)均為核安全3級(jí)。

6)Accessories
The delivery of drum-shaped filter screen must include accessory and lubricating oil for first filling.
e) Technical specification of backwashing equipment
All washing equipment and ductwork shall comply with RCC-M Grade 3, and the supplier shall perform water-hammer analysis on washing system.
Each unit has a special washing system which includes the following parts:
1) Rinsing pump in normal working condition
The rinsing pump adopts a vertical type, four low-pressure flushing water pumps are regarded as a key safety grade, which shall be set separately and intake water from SEC important water pipeline of plant; four high-pressure flushing water pumps is not the key safety grade which shall be set at SEN pump pit and intake water from SEN water pipeline. Each pump is able to provide adequate washing water quantity for corresponding drum-shaped filter screen. One low-pressure pump and a high-pressure pump form a unit and when the low-pressure pump is in the normal operation, the high-pressure pump is a standby for maintenance. The motor with moisture proof heater can work without overload in the whole range of working curve. The elevation of floor of pump room is -13.75m*,the suction pipe is DN700 and the elevation of pipe center is -16.35m*.

3)Ductwork:
The ductwork delivers water from the interface of an important water consuming system of plant to water-absorptive flange of washing pump, from outlet of pump to flushing pipe of drum-shaped filter screen through a common main steam pipe. The supplier shall provide pipes for connecting outlet of backwashing filter with drum-shaped filter screen and pollutant discharging drainage. The material of pipeline applies 316L stainless steel. The length of pipe and accessories shall be welded on site. All joints of pump, filter and valve are connected by flanges. The flange and fastener are made of stainless steel which shall comply with ANSI B16.5-150. The ductwork system must be matched with gaskets, stainless steel supporting parts and fasteners.
4)Valve:
4.1) Manual butterfly valve
The butterfly valve adopts round plate type with valve body of carbon cast steel and valve plate of stainless steel, replaceable EPDM as well as valve seat sealed with overall flange, being matched with a notched plate and a locking rod.
4.2) Check valve
The valve applies a spring added with double disc, check stainless steel valve body, disc, tray and seal housing of fluorine rubber.
4.3) Manual ball valve
The valve adopts a socket weld-end with three pieces of valve bodies with stainless steel valve body, ball and valve rod, PTFE valve seat and seal, and the valve rod is lockable.
4.4) Control valve
Round disc butterfly valve with valve body of carbon cast steel, stainless steel platter, replaceable EPDM as well as valve seat sealed with overall flange, being equipped with an electric actuator of quarter turn with manual tripping auxiliary switch.
5)Automatic backwashing filter
The backwashing filter is installed in ductwork on the outlet side of backwashing pump, which is used to filter washing water of drum-shaped filter screen. The filter performs automatic washing, utilizing pressure of process fluid in system without any influence on water flow.
During operation, water runs into the inlet from filter through the filter components and the dirt in water is stopped. The backwashing process starts by set time controlled by a cyclic timer in control box. However, when the pressure difference switch installed in control panel receives signal of excess pressure difference during timing interval, which will give priority to the backwashing process. After starting up the motor, it is necessary to rotate the rotary table being installed with filter modules. Meanwhile, backwashing valve opens, when filter modules rotates across the flushing pipe, the intercepted dirt will be backwashed into drainage. All electric components shall be connected to control box which is installed on the filter.

5.3) Instrument
The instrument shall be directly installed in the place that is permitted, and each instrument shall be connected with a single segregation valve for isolation. When the direct installation is unavailable, these units shall be installed in one zinc-plated carbon steel supports, which is linked to the system mechanism through stainless steel.
f). Differential liquid level gauge controls the technical specification of the equipment
The water level signal and water level difference signal in front and back of drum shape strainer and the water level of the pool in front of the pump house (sea water pool) shall be 3 grades of nuclear safety.
