總則
給水，污水和衛(wèi)生間施工作業(yè)必須包括投標(biāo)商設(shè)計(jì)、提供、安裝、清掃、圖紙、涂層、檢查以及下文指定作業(yè)的測(cè)試：
1.給水設(shè)備作業(yè)
2.衛(wèi)生間設(shè)備作業(yè)
投標(biāo)商必須將設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的工作圖提交給業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)。工作圖必須清楚顯示設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、規(guī)格、尺寸、操作、錨固和任何其它有關(guān)的細(xì)節(jié)的方法要求，達(dá)到令人滿(mǎn)意的安裝效果。
設(shè)備和材料
高架水箱
a.高架水箱的類(lèi)型
高架水箱必須.具有防風(fēng)壓和抗震裝置，并且由夾層作業(yè)面板組成，表面材料包括玻璃纖維鋼筋(F.R.P)，采用泡沫塑料核心的不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂和玻璃纖維聚酯制成。
b. 材料
不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂必須使用在表面材料上，具有防水功能，不受氣候影響并對(duì)人健康無(wú)害。
玻璃纖維必須采用JIS RJ411-3417規(guī)定的非堿性玻璃纖維制成。
泡沫塑料核心材料必須使用堅(jiān)硬的閉孔類(lèi)型. 任何纖維和染色必須對(duì)人健康無(wú)害。
c. 附件
高架水箱必須配有足夠數(shù)量附件如下：
c.1 進(jìn)水連接管 (F.R.P)
c.2 出水連接管 (F.R.P)
c.3 排水連接管 (F.R.P)
c.4 溢出通道的連接裝置上必須裝備有防昆蟲(chóng)網(wǎng) (防昆蟲(chóng)網(wǎng)必須由可塑制成，并采用F.R.P連接)。
c.5 防昆蟲(chóng)網(wǎng)的通氣管和排氣孔 (防昆蟲(chóng)網(wǎng)必須由塑料制成，通路和通風(fēng)孔必須采用F.R.P連接) ；
c.6 將視察孔覆蓋 (塑料)
c.7.高架水箱的鋼筋材料，支持結(jié)構(gòu)和支架

d. 形狀，
尺寸和性能
投標(biāo)商設(shè)計(jì)的高架水箱形狀、尺寸和性能必須根據(jù)制造商的規(guī)格說(shuō)明提交業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)。
衛(wèi)生間設(shè)備和附件
a. 全部衛(wèi)生潔具測(cè)深鉛錘裝置必須具有高品質(zhì)并符合印度尼西亞制造規(guī)格圖表中指定參考或者批準(zhǔn)的同類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
b. 衛(wèi)生潔具的全部裝置都必須符合JIS 一5514標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
c. 全部附件和可見(jiàn)的衛(wèi)生潔具如水龍頭、沖洗閥和沖洗管都必須采用鍍鎳鉻材料。
管道輸送材料和管道裝置
a. 管道
a1. 給水管
給水管必須采用符合JWWA-K116標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的硬質(zhì)PVC鋼管。
a2. 排水和空氣通氣管道
排水和通氣管道必須采用JIS G3442鍍鋅鋼管；橡膠連接類(lèi)型鑄鐵管道符合JIS G5525 和HASS-210標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；硬質(zhì)PVC管類(lèi)型VP符合JIS K6741和/或離心鋼筋的混凝土并符合JIS A5303中的規(guī)定。上述管道可以在排水和通氣管道作業(yè)中使用。
b. 管道接頭
b1. 給水管接頭
給水管可以使用延伸性鑄鐵連接凸緣裝置并采用塑料涂裝，要求符合JIS B2301規(guī)定，凸緣接頭必須在鋼材表面按照J(rèn)IS B2211或者JIS B2212規(guī)定對(duì)鋼材末端表面的凸緣連接進(jìn)行焊接，按照鋪設(shè)鋼管的排列，在內(nèi)部的表面襯以相同規(guī)格的硬質(zhì)PVC管。

APPLICATION OF AGGREGATE SURFACING
The final finishing of the roofing shall be a triple weight application of coal-tar bitumen at a rate of 3.66 kg/m2. Aggregate shall be distributed into the hot bitumen at a rate not less than 20 kg/m2 of gravel.
Application of the coal-tar bitumen and aggregate shall be performed at the same time as lying of the roofing felts, except that in periods of hot and dry weather, the top surfacing may be delayed overnight. For work not completed on the same working day, Bidder shall glaze felts left exposed.
4.4.3.24.11 CARPENTRY WORK
GENERAL
Carpentry work shall include the supply, installation and finishing of all wooden doors, cabinets and other timber work as required and/or as indicated on the approved drawings.
MATERIAL LUMBER
a. All carpentry work shall comply with the requirement of P.K.K.I. "Peraturan Konstruksi Kayu Indonesia" 1961 - N.I.5.
b. Lumber for doors and frames shall be teak class I and shall be well
seasoned with moisture content not to exceed 15% before
preservative treatment.
c. Lumber shall be free treated of knots, shakes, cracks and not or other
defects which could affect its strength and durability.

d. All lumber shall be treated with approved preservative solution to
preserve against moisture penetration, fungal decay, insect and
vermin attack and to improve the dimensional stability of the wood.
e. All lumber shall be varnish finished.
NAILS, SCREWS, BOLTS AND NUTS
All nails, screw, bolts and nuts shall be of sufficient size and strength and be adequately spaced to ensure that all lumber work and joinery work is constructed in the best possible manner.
DOORS
All interior doors shall be flush teak veneered on both sides of the doors as indicated and varnish finished except in the toilet area where the doors shall have plastic vinyl lamination on the toilet side of the door.
All doors shall be 4 cm minimum overall thickness.
The Bidder shall supply and install all fixtures including door closers that shall meet prior approval of the Owner.
WORKMANSHIP DELIVERY AND STORAGE
Bidder shall be responsible for seeing that finish materials are not delivered until the building and/or storage area is sufficiently dry so that woodwork will not be damaged by excessive changes in moisture content.
PROTECTION
All finish materials shall be protected from weather and from damage of any sort during transit. After delivery at the Site, all such materials shall be protected, as approved, to prevent damage from excessive changes in moisture content, or from any other damage. Any material which is damaged shall be replaced to the complete satisfaction of the Owner at Bidder's expense.
JOINING FOR JOINERY
All joints shall be tongue and groove, mortise and tenon or rabbet and shall be glued, unless otherwise indicated, using glue suitable for the purpose of the complete work. Nails shall not be used in joints. Dowels shall be hardwood and at least two dowels shall be used in each joint. Complete joints shall be tight and so formed as to conceal shrinkage.
Glued joints shall be used where provisions need not be made for shrinkage or other movements in the connections. All glued joints shall be cross-tongued or otherwise reinforced. Surfaces to be glued shall have a
