總則
這部分內(nèi)容涵蓋了吸聲天花板和百葉式網(wǎng)格頂棚的施工要求，包括支撐物和附件。
百葉式網(wǎng)格頂棚只用于業(yè)主要求的控制室區(qū)域和其它區(qū)域.
外用三通懸掛式防潮吸聲天花板可使用在在如洗手間和浴室的高潮濕水分區(qū)域。
外用三通懸掛式吸聲天花板使用可使用在其它區(qū)域(例如辦公室，廚房，餐廳等等)。

材料
百葉式網(wǎng)格頂棚
百葉式網(wǎng)格頂棚必須為漆飾面鋁制材料，必須為方形或長(zhǎng)方形并帶有活動(dòng)芯子。
外用三通懸掛式防潮吸聲天花板
下列類(lèi)型和面板鋪設(shè)，安裝在工廠外露式鋁懸掛百葉式系統(tǒng)。
懸掛系統(tǒng)：外用三通，直接懸掛。
瓷磚：陶器吸聲面板鋪設(shè)，60厘米x 60厘米x 1.58厘米石灰華設(shè)計(jì)，可清洗表面框邊白色拋光。
外用三通懸掛式吸聲天花板。
單位鋪設(shè)為下列類(lèi)型，安裝在涂裝的金屬網(wǎng)格懸掛系統(tǒng)上。
懸掛系統(tǒng)：
外用三通，直接懸掛，帶有連鎖橫桿和全部要求的附件。
外用三通，彈簧鎖，直接懸掛，帶有連鎖的梁橫桿和全部需要附件。
瓷磚
阻燃礦物質(zhì)纖維，60厘米x 60厘米x 1.90厘米，陰影線面板，水文模式，非直線鋁箔背面。
阻燃礦物質(zhì)纖維，60厘米x 60厘米x 1.90厘米，窗框邊緣，質(zhì)地音調(diào)圖案，非直線鋁箔背面。
吊架錨具
副鋼架：連續(xù)吊架可支持副鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)，吸聲天花板距離中心1.20米，和支撐件結(jié)構(gòu)焊接。
混凝土的吊架錨具不允許裝備有套筒式或自鉆式錨固裝置。
拉筋
軟土的蒙納爾合金或者18-8不銹鋼，1.587毫米；
吊架
所有吊架必須進(jìn)行電鍍，吸聲陶瓷天花板的退火電鍍電線吊架的最小尺寸為2.778毫米。每個(gè)位置的吊架尺寸必須根據(jù)懸掛天花板的重量和吊架的間隔確定。按照施工要求，為每個(gè)角落燈具提供額外吊架，常規(guī)電力系統(tǒng)吊架之外每1.20米處至少有二處吊架。
施工總則
所有吸聲天花板的安裝施工必須符合ANSI 適用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)說(shuō)明，并符合其中指定的要求。
天花板百葉欄和固定系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和安裝必須留有出入口方便維護(hù)。
懸掛系統(tǒng)
吸聲類(lèi)型天花板的鋪設(shè)不得對(duì)周邊造成影響，要求墻體的橫切面能夠自由移動(dòng)。
吊架
吊架必須有充裕的長(zhǎng)度并且和頂部結(jié)構(gòu)的連接方式為：天花板支持牢固，因此它必須不得下跌或者有向下的負(fù)荷或者向上的壓力。附屬裝置的承力部位必須施加到每個(gè)吊架上。
All supply piping for water shall be hot-dip galvanized butt-welded steel pipe with threaded fittings.
INSTALLATION
All plumbing fixtures and accessories shall be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer's printed instructions.
After installation is completed, the Bidder shall thoroughly clean all plumbing fixtures and accessories. Surface of ail fixtures and accessories shall be free of stains, markings, scratches and debris.
INSPECTION AND TESTING
The Bidder shall test all drainage systems and plumbing fixtures and accessories after installation to ensure the proper operation as follows:
a. Water Supply Pipes
A hydrostatic test of water supply pipes shall be carried out prior to coating and prior to shielding and backfilling, or after completion of piping. The minimum pressure retention time shall be 30 minutes.
The test pressure of piping below elevated water tanks shall be twice the pressure equivalent to the static head.
b. Drainage Pipes
The water-filling test of the drainage pipes shall be carried out prior to coating and prior to shielding and backfilling, or after completion of piping.
The water passage test of sanitary drainpipes shall be carried out after sanitary wares, etc. have been attached.
The minimum water retention time in case of water filling test shall be 30 minutes or more and that in case of the water passage test shall be 15 minutes or more.
Any adjustments or repairs needed, shall be made by Bidder at his own expense and shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Owner.
