電氣裝置日常維護(hù)翻譯-中英對(duì)照
1. 在對(duì)相關(guān)電氣設(shè)備的檢查、保養(yǎng)/維修和清潔，以及對(duì)某電氣設(shè)備或附近的電氣裝置進(jìn)行日常/臨時(shí)維修工作時(shí)，應(yīng)該按照本服務(wù)規(guī)程附件一（“安全措施操作方法”）中的說(shuō)明，由受委托方對(duì)機(jī)器或電氣設(shè)備實(shí)行了安全防護(hù)措施后方能實(shí)施操作。并按照該附件的說(shuō)明，在機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備的電源控制箱上貼上“工作進(jìn)行中不得實(shí)行操作”的標(biāo)識(shí)牌。
1. The inspection, maintenance/repairing and cleaning of the relevant electric equipment and the daily or temporary repairing of same electric equipment or electric device around, shall observe the description of the attached appendix 1 of this service rules (“Operation Technique of The Safety Measure”). The operator shall start the operation before the entrusted party implements the safe safeguard procedure. And paste the identification card of “No Operation Will Be Admitted in Running Period” on the power control cabinets of the machine and/or electric equipment according to the explanation of this appendix.
特別是：
Especially:
a) 必須關(guān)閉電氣箱，并將標(biāo)識(shí)牌掛貼在電氣箱的外面；
a). Close the electric-control-box, and paste or hang the marking plate on external housing of electric-control-box;
b) “安全措施的受委托人”必須保證，放置在某房間（變壓器室、電氣柜室等）內(nèi)的電氣控制箱，其入口的門應(yīng)與房間的門保持同樣安全措施的狀態(tài)，即用鑰匙關(guān)閉。
b) “Entrusted Personnel of Safety Measure” shall guarantee that the entry of electric-control-box in some room (transformer room and electrical cabinet room, etc.) shall keep the same status of safety measure as the door of the room, namely use the key to turn off the equipment.
c) 對(duì)通過(guò)低壓（BT）或/和高壓 (AT) 進(jìn)行供電的機(jī)器或/和設(shè)備實(shí)施安全保護(hù)措施的受委托人員，將列舉在本服務(wù)規(guī)程的附件二中。
c). Entrusted personnel of safety measure for the machine or/and equipment which supplied by the low-voltage (BT) or /and high pressure (AT) shall be listed in the appendix 2 attached in service rules.
2 作為實(shí)施的負(fù)責(zé)人，有資格為機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備安全措施的實(shí)施提出書(shū)面申請(qǐng)，與該主題有關(guān)的技術(shù)員工包括操作技術(shù)組長(zhǎng)（CTE）和磚石磨碾工段的當(dāng)班組長(zhǎng)，車間負(fù)責(zé)人，維修服務(wù)的監(jiān)管人，以及將簽署專門安全措施登記表的新設(shè)備的操作人員，并明確如下：
2. As the person in charge of implementation, it has the quality to submit the written application for the implementation of the safety measure of machine and/or electric equipment. Together with the technological staff related to this subject including the group leader of the operating technology (CTE), the group leader on duty of the section of brick stone grinding, workshop director, superintendent of the maintenance, and the new equipment operator for signing the special registration form of safety measure shall be fixed on the following points:
a) 所有操作技術(shù)組長(zhǎng)和磚石磨碾工段班組長(zhǎng)有權(quán)實(shí)行未在計(jì)劃內(nèi)的操作（指緊急的，未預(yù)見(jiàn)的事件等）；
a) All group leaders of operating technology and monitor or brick stone grinding section have the right to implement the operation out of plan (mean the urgent and unpredicted incident, etc.);
b) 任何其他已制定計(jì)劃的操作，都必須經(jīng)實(shí)施操作的負(fù)責(zé)人批準(zhǔn)。

As for the partial or complete contract construction, it is allowable to sign the special registration form of safety measure and used as the remarks of safety measure of the machine and/or electric equipment participating in this subject. It can be regarded as the description of the duty of the director, director of construction site or their entrusted party. In accordance with the content in the attached appendix fax, it shall deliver to the construction director in written form.
4. 機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備的安全措施

在安全措施登記表上必須明確指明：
The items shall be clearly pointed out in the registration form of safety measure are as follows:
a ）安全措施申請(qǐng)的日期（第2列）和時(shí)間（第3列）;
a) Application date of safety measure (the second column) and time (the third column);
b ）申請(qǐng)安全措施為機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備實(shí)施安裝的車間（第4列）;
b) The workshop of the machine and/or electric equipment applied for the safety measure (the 4th column);
c ）申請(qǐng)安全措施的具體機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備（第5列），具體說(shuō)明如下：
c) The concrete machine and/or electric equipment apply for safety measure (the 5th column). The detail description is as follows:
c.1 ）申請(qǐng)人的責(zé)任，是評(píng)估是否有必要申請(qǐng)與機(jī)器或電氣設(shè)備有關(guān)的安全措施，以確保安全的工作條件;
c.1). The applicant responsibility is to assess whether it is necessary to apply for the safety measure related to the machine or electric equipment, so as to ensure the safety operation condition;
c.2） 需要對(duì)于每臺(tái)機(jī)器和/或電氣系統(tǒng)實(shí)行單獨(dú)申請(qǐng)，建議盡可能詳細(xì)地說(shuō)明需要申請(qǐng)安全措施的機(jī)器或電氣設(shè)備情況，以避免任何可能的誤解;
c.2) It is necessary to submit the application for each machine and/or electric system separately; it is suggested to describe the machines or electric equipment situations applied for safety measure in detail as much as possible, in order to avoid any possible misunderstanding;
d ）申請(qǐng)安全措施實(shí)施負(fù)責(zé)人的簽字（第6列）：該列需劃分為三個(gè)小列，以便在同一機(jī)器或同一電氣設(shè)備要求申請(qǐng)多項(xiàng)安全措施的情況下，各安全措施的申請(qǐng)人，能夠使用該三列中的一列清楚地實(shí)行簽字，以便使他人能容易地識(shí)別簽名人和他們所申請(qǐng)的安全措施，明確說(shuō)明如下：
d) The signature of the person in charge of implementation applied for the safety measure (the 6th column): This column may be divided into three small columns. Therefore, each applicant of safety measure may clearly sign in one of these three columns under the condition that the same machine or the same electric equipment applied for multiple safety measures. Thus the others may distinguish the signature and applied safety measure easily. The detail description is as follows:
d 1）每位服務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人，除了他的簽名外，還將在簽名的相應(yīng)列中，明確注明日期（第2列）和時(shí)間（第3列）；實(shí)施負(fù)責(zé)人必須通知操作技術(shù)組長(zhǎng)CTE或車間（裝袋車間，采石車間等）的負(fù)責(zé)人有關(guān)無(wú)法實(shí)行操作的機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備情況;
d 1) Each director in charge of service, except his signature, shall clearly note the date (the second column ) and time (the third column ); the the person in charge of implementation shall inform the group leader of operating technology CTE or workshop director (bagging workshops and quarry workshop, etc.) the relevant situation of machine and/or electric equipment fail to operate;
d 2）隨后，操作技術(shù)組長(zhǎng)CTE或車間負(fù)責(zé)人將該安全措施情況通報(bào)安全措施受委托人，即通知車間電氣設(shè)備員，或由他們的負(fù)責(zé)人（電氣服務(wù)組長(zhǎng)CSE ， 設(shè)備服務(wù)組長(zhǎng)CSA或聯(lián)合服務(wù)組長(zhǎng)CSR）通知其他安全措施受委托人;
d2). Later, the group leader of operating technology CTE or workshop director shall inform the situation of this safety measure entrusted person of safety measure, namely inform the operator of electric equipments, or inform the other entrusted person of safety measure by their director (group leader of electric service CSE, group leader of equipment service CSA or group leader of cooperative serves CSR);
e）由實(shí)施負(fù)責(zé)人按照實(shí)施措施（對(duì)機(jī)器或電氣設(shè)備及附近電氣設(shè)備的日常/臨時(shí)檢查，維修和清潔）的必要性，預(yù)先通知操作技術(shù)組長(zhǎng)CTE或車間負(fù)責(zé)人的簽字（第7列），必須注意機(jī)器和/或電氣設(shè)備不適于實(shí)施的情況，比如：
e) According to the necessity of implementing measure (daily and temporary inspection, maintenance and cleaning of electric equipment / electric equipment around), the person in charge of implementation shall inform the group leader of operating technology CTE or workshop director to sign in advance (the 7th column). e.1) Group leader of operating technology CTE or workshop director shall post the order identification card of “No Operation Will Be Admitted in Running Period” on the corresponding panel;
e.2 ）在需要時(shí)，通知在各車間的負(fù)責(zé)人必須在電箱控制面板上張貼“工作進(jìn)行中不得實(shí)行操作” 標(biāo)識(shí)牌;
e.2) Inform the directors of each workshop shall paste “No Operation Will Be Admitted in Running Period” on the electric control box;
