FLENDER齒輪傳動裝置故障，原因和補救措施-中英對照
注意事項： 在質(zhì)量擔(dān)保期間，齒輪傳動裝置發(fā)生的故障必須由FLENDER TUBINGEN GMBH的維護人員進行修理。即使在擔(dān)保期以外發(fā)生的故障，我們建議客戶聯(lián)系我們的分區(qū)維護人員，對不明原因造成的故障進行咨詢。
故障 原因 補救措施
支撐點的溫度升高。 在齒輪傳動裝置機架的油位過低。 油位檢查參見7.1.1；如有必要，對油位進行調(diào)整。
油位過高。 檢查上次油料更換的執(zhí)行情況；如果需要對油料進行更換，參見第10部分。
軸承有缺陷。 聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門。對軸承進行檢查； 如有必要，將其替換。
操作溫度過高。 在齒輪傳動裝置機架的油位過高。 關(guān)于油位檢查部分，參見第7.1.1 部分； 如有必要，對油位進行調(diào)整。
油位過高。 檢查上次油料更換的執(zhí)行情況；如果需要對油料進行更換，參見第10部分
油料太臟 更換油料，參見第10部分。
電動機風(fēng)扇罩和/或者驅(qū)動裝置太臟。 風(fēng)扇罩和驅(qū)動裝置表面的清洗；參見10.2.4。
后擋板運轉(zhuǎn)不靈活。 聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門。對后擋板進行檢查； 如有必要，將其替換。
齒輪傳動裝置的聲音發(fā)生改變。 對齒輪系統(tǒng)造成損壞。 聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門。對齒輪系統(tǒng)進行檢查； 如有必要，將造成損壞的齒輪裝置進行替換。
軸承支承游隙過大。 聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門。對支承游隙進行檢查； 如有必要，將過大的支承游隙重新調(diào)整。
軸承有缺陷 聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門。 替換有缺陷的軸承。
輸入和輸出的外部裝載太高。 修正裝載的公稱數(shù)據(jù)； 例如修皮帶的張力。
齒輪傳動裝置安裝裝置的噪音過大。 齒輪傳動裝置安裝松動。 采用建議的扭緊扭矩收緊螺栓/ 螺母。對損壞的螺栓/ 螺母進行替換。

外部加載輸出過高。 修正裝載的公稱數(shù)據(jù)。
電動機的制動裝置沒有松開。 檢查制動裝置的接通/ 連接，如有必要對其進行修正。
驅(qū)動裝置與后擋板方向相反。 聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門， 改變電動機或者后擋板的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。 檢查后擋板。
在速度或者力矩的下降 皮帶張力太低(在皮帶驅(qū)動裝置上) 修正皮帶張力， 如有必要，替換皮帶。
輸入和輸出的利用率太高 彈性元件太陳舊(連合)。 替換彈性元件；聯(lián)系FLENDER TUBINGEN 服務(wù)部門。

9. Disturbances, reasons and remedy
Note:
Malfunctions occuring during the warranty period which necessitate repair of the gear unit may only be repaired by FLENDER TUBINGEN GMBH service personnel. Even after the warranty period has elapsed, we recommend our customers to consult our Service Division concerning malfunctions whose cause cannot be clearly ascertained.

Fan cowl of the motor and/or drive is very dirty Clean fan cowl and surface of the drive, see 10.2.4.
Backstop does not run freely Call in FLENDER TUBINGEN Service. Repair backstop, replace if necessary.
Change in gear unit running
noises Damage to tooth systems Call in FLENDER TUBINGEN Service. Check toothed components; if necessary replace damaged components.
Excessive bearing play Call in FLENDER TUBINGEN Service. Adjust bearing play.
