Project Manager
為本公司工程總負(fù)責(zé)人，負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)目總體協(xié)調(diào)，確定項(xiàng)目管理運(yùn)作方式，為施工創(chuàng)造良好的外部環(huán)境。
As the general executive of the project in the company, the project manager is responsible for the overall coordination of every project, determining the management and operation methods, and creating a favorable external environment for construction.
(1) 全面主持項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的日常工作；
(1) Preside over the overall daily work of the executive organization for the project;
(2) 在投標(biāo)階段，組織編制投標(biāo)資質(zhì)審查文件和投標(biāo)文件;項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程的全職組織者和指揮者；
(2) During tendering, organize and establish the tender qualification evaluation document and tender document; the full-time organizer and commander during the project implementation;
(3) 組織編制項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃、各類施工技術(shù)方案、安全文明施工組織管理方案并督促落實(shí)工作;組織編制項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的勞資分配制度和其他管理制度;組織編制項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各類進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、預(yù)算、報(bào)表；
(3) Organize and establish the project quality guarantee plan, various construction technical program as well as the organization and management program for safe and civilized construction, and urge to implement the work; organize and establish the labor employment distribution system and other management system of the project executive organization; organize and establish all kinds of schedules, budgets and statements for the project operation;
(4) 組織項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各類供應(yīng)商的選擇工作；
(4) Organize the selection of various suppliers for the project implementation;
(5) 根據(jù)集團(tuán)公司的授權(quán)，處理項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中的重大緊急事件，并及時(shí)向集團(tuán)公司報(bào)告；
(5) Based on the authorization by the group company, dispose of the key emergencies during the project operation and report to the group company in time;
(6) 擬訂項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)組織和人員配制，提請集團(tuán)公司聘任或解聘項(xiàng)目主要崗位人員；
(6) Formulate the executive organizations and personnel arrangement for the project, and submit the application for the appointment or dismissal of the chief personnel at post to the group company.
(7) 具體負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、工期，安全目標(biāo)的管理監(jiān)督工作；
(7) Be responsible for the management and supervision of project quality, project duration and safety objective;
(8) 決定項(xiàng)目的各種獎勵分配方案并報(bào)集團(tuán)公司備案；
(8) Decide on various awards allocation schemes of the project and report to the group company for filing;
(9) 負(fù)責(zé)與建設(shè)單位、監(jiān)理單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位等協(xié)調(diào)和溝通的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作；
（9） Be responsible for organizing and leading the cooperation and communication with
the construction unit, the supervising unit and the design unit.
(10) 管理經(jīng)營部和設(shè)備材料部的工作；組織和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作;負(fù)責(zé)工程的竣工交驗(yàn)工作。
(10) Manage the work of Business Department and Equipment & Material Department; organize and lead the excellence creation in the project; be responsible for the acceptance work of the project after completion.
項(xiàng)目副經(jīng)理
Deputy Project Manager
(1) 協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理工作，具體負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目施工生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度的組織、控制和管理工作以及協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理分管工程部、安全部、質(zhì)量部、辦公室等部門的工作；
(1) Assist the project manager to work, take charge of the organization, control and management of technology, quality, safety and progress during the project construction, and assist the project manager to deal with the work in the Engineering Department, Safety Department, Quality Department and the office;
(2) 具體負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃、各類施工技術(shù)方案和安全文明施工組織管理方案的編制和落實(shí)工作；
(2) Be responsible for the establishment and implementation of the project quality guarantee plans, various technical schemes for construction and the management and control plans for safe and civilized construction;
(3) 負(fù)責(zé)總體和階段進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制、分解、協(xié)調(diào)和落實(shí)工作；
(3) Take charge of the establishment, analysis, coordination and implementation of the overall and phase schedule;
(4) 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、進(jìn)度目標(biāo)、安全文明施工目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量獎目標(biāo)的策劃、組織、管理和落實(shí)工作；
(4) Be responsible for the planning, organization, management and implementation of quality objective, progress objective, objective for safe and civilized construction and quality awards objective;
(5) 負(fù)責(zé)與建設(shè)單位、監(jiān)理單位等的現(xiàn)場協(xié)調(diào)和溝通的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作；
(5) Be responsible for organizing and leading the site cooperation and communication with the construction unit, the supervising unit;
(6) 參與供應(yīng)商選擇的組織工作；
(6) Get involved in organizing to select suppliers;
(7) 協(xié)助技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行新材料、新技術(shù)、新工藝在本工程的推廣應(yīng)用和技術(shù)總結(jié)工作；
(7) Assist the technical executive to implement promotion and application of new material, technology and process in the project and make technical summary;
(8) 具體負(fù)責(zé)工程的技術(shù)資料整理、階段交驗(yàn)和竣工交驗(yàn)工作的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作。
(8) Be responsible for organizing and leading the technical data arrangement, phase inspection and completion inspection.
