5. Responsibilities of Every Department
項(xiàng)目管理部
Project Management Department
(1) 負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)管理工作，包括與公司內(nèi)部各專業(yè)間、部門(mén)間的協(xié)作，保證施工用物料的及時(shí)組織供應(yīng)、技術(shù)支持、質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督等的順利開(kāi)展；
（1）Be responsible for the coordination and management work of every project, including the cooperation with every specialty and department within the company, ensure the smooth operation of the timely arrangement and supply, technical support and quality safety supervision of the materials used in construction.
(2) 定期向主管經(jīng)理匯報(bào)，保證對(duì)工程質(zhì)量、安全進(jìn)度的有效控制；
(2) Make regular report to the project manager, and ensure the effective control of project quality and safety progress;
(3) 參與公司組織的與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的合同變更評(píng)審工作；
(3) Participate in the evaluation work about the contract modification related to the project organized by the company;
(4) 負(fù)責(zé)工程計(jì)劃、進(jìn)度的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作；
(4) Take charge of making statistics about the project plans and progress;
(5) 負(fù)責(zé)工程款項(xiàng)結(jié)算及項(xiàng)目成本管理工作。
(5) Be responsible for payment settlement of the project and project cost management.
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部
Project Manager Department
嚴(yán)格按照公司的《項(xiàng)目管理辦法》進(jìn)行管理，以科學(xué)管理、高效工作為原則，確保機(jī)構(gòu)職能齊全、管理規(guī)范，使得整個(gè)施工過(guò)程始終處于受控狀態(tài)，并確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效完成工程，其主要功能如下所述。
Implement management strictly in accordance with the corporate Project Management Method, with scientific management and high-efficiency work as the principle, ensure that the functions are complete the management is standard in the organizations, so that the whole construction process is kept in a controlled state, and ensure the project is completed in a high-quality and high-efficiency way. The main functions are described as follows.
(1) 圍繞工程項(xiàng)目，全面地對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目合同以及施工全過(guò)程進(jìn)行管理；
(1) With the engineering project, implement the overall management of the engineering project contract and the whole construction process.
(2) 通過(guò)計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制等手段以及生產(chǎn)諸要素的優(yōu)化配置和動(dòng)態(tài)管理，確保項(xiàng)目合同目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。并調(diào)動(dòng)一切積極因素，采取一切可用的手段，滿足建設(shè)方對(duì)工期的要求；
(2) Ensure that the objective in the project contract is achieved through planning, organization, coordination and control as well as the optimal allocation and dynamic management of all the production factors. Besides, bring all positive factors into full play and take every possible measure to meet the requirements of the project duration proposed by the construction unit.
(3) 負(fù)責(zé)處理項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)外部關(guān)系；
(3) Be responsible for dealing with the internal and external relations for the project;
(4) 支持質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)人員行使質(zhì)量否決權(quán)；
(4) Support the quality inspector to exercise the veto over quality;
(5) 對(duì)工程安全進(jìn)行宏觀控制管理。
(5) Execute the macro control management of the engineering safety
