Platform equipments
1. 發(fā)車指示器的安裝：Installation of the departure indicator;
1) 發(fā)車指示器安裝在列車發(fā)車方向站臺端頭的站臺吊頂?shù)陌惭b支架或站臺面上的鍍鋅鋼管立柱或墻上。發(fā)車指示器的安裝位置應(yīng)滿足司機了望方便的要求。如果采用墻上或站臺面上安裝，應(yīng)事先作好管線預(yù)留。Departure indicator shall be installed on the zinc-plated steel tube post or at the wall of the platform or on suspended ceiling of the platform of the departure direction. The installation site of departure indicator shall meet the requirements for the convenient of the vision of driver. If the indicator was installed on the wall or platform, it is required to reserve the area for pipeline in advance.
2) 安裝前應(yīng)定測安裝位置，調(diào)查站臺吊頂層內(nèi)的綜合管線的布置；Determine the installation site before installation; investigate the arrangement of comprehensive pipeline on suspended ceiling of platform;
3) 發(fā)車指示器在安裝前逐個進行檢測，工作正常方可安裝；Departure indicator shall carry on a strict quality inspection before installation; before installation, the operators shall inspect the components of equipment and confirm they are in normal conditions;
4) 吊裝方式、位置應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定；The hoisting method and position shall obverse the regulation of design;
5) 吊裝部件應(yīng)作防腐處理，采用不銹鋼管連接顯示屏；The hoisting components shall be treated with anticorrosive processing; adopt the stainless steel to connect the display screen;
6) 接配線的種類、防護、應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定；The types and protection of wiring accessories shall comply with the regulation of design;
7) 電源電纜與通信電纜同槽敷設(shè)時，電源電纜應(yīng)采用鋼管防護并可靠接地；The power cable shall adopt the steel tube to protect and reliable grounding in the installation of power cable and communication cable trough;
8) 電纜接頭應(yīng)有余量，電纜和電源線均應(yīng)固定，并不得用插頭承受電纜自重。The cable joints shall be left an appropriate cushion; the cables and power cables shall be regular, and it is prohibited to support the weight of cable with plug.
2. 車站站臺緊急停車按鈕箱、自動折返按鈕箱的安裝Installation of emergency stop button box and automatic turnaround button box;
1) 安裝前應(yīng)定測安裝位置，配合站臺裝修在車站站臺的構(gòu)筑物內(nèi)預(yù)留按鈕箱及其布線的管線預(yù)留條件，并負(fù)責(zé)按鈕箱的施工及安裝。Determine the installation site before installation, cooperate with the location of the structures of station platform and reserved the position for the arrangement of button box and pipeline; responsible for the construction and installation of the button box.
2) 在安裝前逐個進行站臺緊急停車按鈕、自動折返按鈕箱檢測，工作正常方可安裝；Carry on the strict inspection of the emergency stop button and automatic turnaround button before installation; the operators shall inspect the equipment components and confirm they are in normal conditions;
3) 接配線的種類、防護、應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定；The types and protection of wiring accessories shall comply with the regulation of design;
4) 電纜接頭應(yīng)有余量，纜線及防護鋼管應(yīng)固定；The cable joints shall be left the appropriate cushion; the cables and protective steel tube shall be fixed;
供電與接地的安裝，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。The installation of power supply and grounding shall comply with the regulation of design;
