四、 安全使用維護(hù)說明

機(jī)器在接通電源之前，請你先閱讀下列說明：

安全說明
Safe instruction
1. 除遵照本說明外還應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行GB3883.7《手持式電動工具的管理、使用、檢查和維修安全檢查技術(shù)規(guī)格》的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
1. It is required to follow the descriptions of this instruction manual as well as the relevant regulations of GB 3883.7 “Technical Safety Code for Management, Operation and Inspection Maintenance of Hand-held Motor Operated Tools”.
場地必須整潔，操作場地也必須整潔；照明充分，腳下亂堆東西是比較危險的。
2. The working site shall be neat, operating field also requires a neat environment; sufficient illumination; cluttered or scattered things around may be dangerous;
2. 操作者應(yīng)穿合適的服裝，不戴紗手套，不穿寬大的衣服等，以免卷入機(jī)器的旋轉(zhuǎn)部分。戶外操作時建議穿絕緣鞋。
3. The operator shall wear the appropriate clothing; do not wear the gauze glove and spacious clothes, etc., so as to prevent possible personal injuries caused by being caught in the rotating parts of machine. It is suggested to wear insulation shoes for outdoors operation.
3. 操作時思想集中，使身體保持平衡兩手握緊手柄，避免在開槽作業(yè)時機(jī)器跳動，影響工作效果。
4. Concentrated on the operation; maintains the balance of your body and holds the handle with two hands, so as to prevent the possible machine jumping during the notching work and affect the operation effect.
4. 勿讓他人接近，除與作業(yè)不關(guān)的人員外，其他人不要接近作業(yè)現(xiàn)場。
5. Do not let other people approach the operation; unauthorized access is not permitted on the working site except the operating personnel;
5. 固定工作，如在可動工作上開槽，則工具必須固定。
6. As for the fixing work, if it is applicable to be notched on the surface of movable parts, the tool shall be fixed.
6. 避免電線及水、油，在裝設(shè)有電線的場所，開槽時切勿有損電線，并避免水、油進(jìn)入電機(jī)、開關(guān)等電器部分。
7. Avoid implementing the operation on the water and oil surface or the site arranged with wire cable. Do not damage the wire cable and avoid the water or oil entering into electric appliances of motor or switch, etc.
7. 禁止使用的場所，在特殊環(huán)境如濕熱、雨雪以及爆炸性或腐蝕性氣體的場所不能使用。
8. Do not use in following areas: it is prohibited to use in special circumstance of moist heat, snowy, explosive or corrosive gas area.
8. 正確使用插頭，不得任意調(diào)換插頭，也不能不用插頭而將裸導(dǎo)線直接插入插座內(nèi)。
9. Correctly use the plug; do not exchange the plug arbitrarily; do not insert the plug that directly connected with the bare conductor into socket.
勿濫用電源線，不得將電源線任意接長或調(diào)換，不能拉著電源線提拿機(jī)器，不能使電源線與電源、油接觸并隨時防止電源線擦破、割破和扎壞等現(xiàn)象。
10. Do not connect the power cord arbitrarily; it is prohibited to joint or exchange the length power cord arbitrarily; do not move the unit by pulling the power cord; do not contact the power cord with the power source and oil materials for preventing the phenomena of the damages of cable abrasion and shears broken.
9. 及時拔下插頭，機(jī)器不用或調(diào)換刀具及零件時，應(yīng)及時拔下插頭，避免觸電。
11. To disconnect the plug promptly; disconnect the plug in case of the machine is idle or replacing the cutting tool and components, so as to prevent the electric shock.
五、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)
V. Maintenance
警告！按時加油脂，機(jī)器累計工作時間約50小時加脂一次，每次在汽缸油腔內(nèi)加50克，油脂選用20號航空潤滑脂或廠家指定油脂。
Warning! Fills the grease in a regular interval; implements the grease filing procedure about every 50 hours of accumulated running hours; fills 50 grams grease into the cylinder each time; the grease shall select No. 20 aircraft greases or the grease specified by the manufacturer.
（1） 開蓋模式
(1) Flip open mode
用專用扳手打開油蓋，按照圖示方向打開（圖1）
Opens the cylinder cover with special-purpose spanner; it is required to operate as shown in the drawing (drawing 1);
（2） 旋緊模式
(2) Tightening mode
用專用扳手蓋緊油蓋，按照圖示方向旋緊（圖2）
Tightens the cylinder cover with special-purpose spanner; it is required to operate as shown in the drawing (drawing 2)
1. 清洗零件，機(jī)器使用一定時間后，由于灰塵等雜物卡住沖擊活塞，造成不沖擊及其它故障，這時一般只需將機(jī)械部分拆下，把各零件清洗干凈，加上新脂約50克即可。
1. Clean the components: after the machine had been used for a certain time, sundries as dust may block the impacting piston, which may cause the impacting failure and the other malfunction. In this case, it is required to dismantle the machine parts, clean the components and fill 50 grams grease.
2. 經(jīng)常檢查維修，工具應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查維修，須檢查外殼特別是手柄處有否裂紋，電源線、插頭，開關(guān)是否良好，絕緣電阻是否正常，機(jī)械零件是否有損壞等。
2. Implement the routine maintenance; frequently checks and maintains the tools; it is required to check the outer covering, specially whether o the handle place has crack; whether the power line, plug or switch is in a good condition; whether the dielectric resistance is normal, and whether the machine parts have damaged, etc.
3. 在拆檢工具時應(yīng)保存好每個零件。包括絕緣護(hù)墊及套管等，如有損壞必須調(diào)換上新的相同零件，裝配時應(yīng)將所有零件按原先位置裝好，不能遺漏。
3. Keep each components of tools in dismantling process, including the insulating sheath and bushing, etc.; replace with the same components when it was damaged; all components shall be installed to the original position in assembling process and shall not be missed.
注意保存，機(jī)器應(yīng)保存在干燥、清潔和沒有腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中。
4. Special care shall be taken to preserve the machine in dry, clean and no corrosive gas environment.
6. 防止過載，使用的刀具必須鋒利，開槽時不宜用力過猛、凡轉(zhuǎn)速異常降低時，立即減少用力、機(jī)器因故突然剎�；蚩ㄣ@時，必須立即切斷電源。
6. Overload prevention; the applied cutting tool shall be sharp; do not exert too much force while notching; immediately reduces the notching force while the rotational speed reduced abruptly; immediately shuts down the machine in case of sudden brake or jam;
7. 調(diào)換電刷，電刷磨損到一定限度時，應(yīng)調(diào)換電刷（二只電應(yīng)同時調(diào)換）;
7 Replace the electronic brush; when the electronics brush is worn to a certain degree, it is required to replace the electronics brush (two pairs of electronic brush shall be replaced at the same time);
8. 在下列情況下不得使用，在使用過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣損壞。電源或電纜護(hù)套破裂，插頭、插座開裂或接觸不良以及斷續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，或嚴(yán)重火花等故障時，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行修理，在未修復(fù)之前不得使用。
8. It is prohibited to be used the following situation: discovers the insulation damage in application process; the machine shall be repaired immediately in case of broken of power source, cable sheath and plug or plug dehiscence and bad contacting as well as intermittent working, or serious sparking, etc.,; it is prohibited to operate before repairing.
9. 經(jīng)常保持工具清潔，機(jī)器的通風(fēng)道必須保持清潔暢通，并防止雜物入內(nèi)。使用后應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行整修，使工具以常保持清潔和在最良好的狀態(tài)。
9. Maintain the cleanness of the tools at a regular interval; maintains the cleanness of passage and keeps it clear from the sundries. Inspects the machine immediately after using, so as to ensure the tool to maintain a clean status and keep the best condition.
六、保證
VI. Guarantee
1、 依照法律的規(guī)定，我公司生產(chǎn)的機(jī)器都有出廠保證。（請注意保管交貨單據(jù)或購買收據(jù)）。
1. In accordance with the provisions of law, the machine of our company produces are all attached with the documents of guarantee. (Please keep the delivery documentary evidence or purchase receipt).
2、 因非正常的磨損，超過機(jī)器負(fù)荷，錯誤的操作而產(chǎn)生的損壞，并不包括在出廠保證范圍內(nèi)。
2. The overload due to the abnormal attrition and the damage due to the wrong operation shall not be listed in the scope of this guarantee.
3、 不可將機(jī)器拆開，請將其送回供貨者或我司特約維修站，才能要求維修或退換。
3. Do not disassemble the machine, please sends it to the supplier or special maintenance station of our company for repairing or replacement.
七、操作模式
VII. Operation mode
警告！一般來說，電源開關(guān)處于停的狀態(tài)下，可以使用功能切換開關(guān)來選擇操作模式。
Warning! Generally, it is applicable to select the operation mode with the function switch under the shut down status.
使用說明：
Operation instruction:
1、 將款換套向后拉動，放入刀具后松開快換套，使刀具正確地插入機(jī)器的配合部位，見附圖01：
1. Draw back the sheath and loose the replacing sheath after inserting the cutting tool, so as to ensure the cutting tool inserts the coordinate spot of machine; see attached figure 01:
2、 根據(jù)需要開槽的深度，調(diào)節(jié)深度調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕并鎖牢，見附圖02-01，然后將快速鎖緊螺絲固定好，見附圖02-02.
2. Adjust depth adjusting knob and fix it according to the notch depth; see the attached figure 02-01; then lock the fixing screw quickly, see the attached drawing 02-02.

3、 將功能轉(zhuǎn)換旋鈕切換到錘擊功能“ ”（起步）處，見附圖03-01和03-02。
3. Turn the function transformation knob to the hammering function “ ” (start), see the attached drawing 03-01 and 03-02.

4、拿起機(jī)器，讓刀具與墻面成45°夾角，按動機(jī)器開關(guān)，機(jī)器開始錘擊墻面，直至刀具有2/3或者全部落入槽內(nèi)后停止操作。見附圖04.
4. Take up the machine; the cutting tool has a 45-degree angle to the wall; press the machine switch; the machine starts to hammer the wall surface; stop the operation after the cutting tool insert the north about 2/3 or completely inserted into it; see attached figure 04.

5、將功能轉(zhuǎn)換旋鈕切換至錘鉆“ ”（開槽）模式下（附圖05-01），然后將刀具放在上一步開好的槽形內(nèi)，底板緊貼墻壁，雙手按牢機(jī)器（附圖05-02），按動機(jī)器開關(guān)后，便可在墻面上開出理想的溝槽。
5. Press the function transformation button and select the hammering drill “ ” (notch) mode (attached drawing 05-01); then put the cutting tool on prepared groove of last procedure; the base plate shall closely contact the wall; press the machine firmly with both hands (attached figure 05-02); start cut out the required groove on the wall surface after pressing the machine switch.

注意：如果在不同的位置重新開槽，必須重復(fù)3-5的步驟。
Note: If prepares to notch in the different position, repeats the 3rd-5th procedure;
6、如果想用此款機(jī)器打接線盒的位置，必須換上扁鑿，見附圖06-01，并將功能轉(zhuǎn)換旋鈕切換到錘擊功能“ ”處（見附圖06-02），方可進(jìn)行操作，切記在此步操作時千萬不能讓機(jī)器旋轉(zhuǎn)起來，見附圖。
6. If this machine is used to notch the position of connecting box, it is required to replace the flat chisel; see the attached drawing 06-01; press the function transformation button to select hammering function “ ” place (see attached figure 06-02) for further operation; ensure not to rotate the machine in this procedure; see the attached figure.

八、可能發(fā)生的故障及其排除方法

一、 機(jī)器通電后電機(jī)不運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
1. Machine does not revolve after turning on; 1、 電源斷了
