Our company is located at Dajingta Village in Xinmin Town, Fugu County, which was founded in 2003 and put into production in February, 2004, with an annual output of magnesium metal about 10,000 tons. At present, our company owns 700 employees with an annual output of magnesium metal about 10,000 tons and has a fixed asset of 100 million Yuan, which is able to create a production value of 330 million Yuan every year and turns in more than 49.5 million Yuan.

Presently, the company mainly produces the basic material, magnesium metal among new light weight materials which has been widely popularized at home and abroad. Since the company was established, it has introduced domestic advanced production equipment and technology through digestion, assimilation and re-innovation to fit for actual situation of the company, including experience of producing and managing magnesium metal and to facilitate indexes of energy consumption and material consumption achieving the industrial admittance standard. The quality of product conforms to the National Standard and products are sold to European and American markets. Meanwhile, it benefits from byproducts as semi-coke and coal tar which are generated during magnesium smelting process, reducing production cost of main product, the magnesium metal.

Aiming at establishing a resource-saving type and environment-friendly enterprise, the company focuses on activities of energy saving and emission reduction and promotes ecumenical development, safe development and sustainable development. In order to further accelerate scale operation and implement sustained development, our company plans to construct a new production line in Gaoshan Semi-coke Concentrated Area with an annual yield of semi-coke about 600,000 tons, being matched with the 2×50MW Electric Power Workshop, 2×2.7KVA Ferrosilicon Alloy Workshop, the Magnesium Alloy Workshop with an annual output of 30,000 thons and a cement workshop with annual yield of 600,000 tons by using waste residue of processing magnesium metal. The total investment on this project is 768 million Yuan, which will achieve a sales volume of 1.3 billion Yuan and a taxation profit of 280 million Yuan per year. After the project has been completed, an economic industry chain that semi-coke—electricity—ferrosilicon—magnesium metal—magnesium alloy—cement by utilizing waste residue comes into being so as to reduce resource consumption and environmental cost as possible as we can and acquire the maximal economic output and minimal waste emission, implementing a consolidation of economy, society and environmental benefit.
