主控單元整體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)緊湊,須將電源系統(tǒng)、X射線發(fā)生器、安全保護(hù)裝置、循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)等全部集中于主控機(jī)箱內(nèi)。采用集成電路系統(tǒng)通過(guò)外接計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)整個(gè)操作、測(cè)試、計(jì)算、打印和故障診斷等進(jìn)行控制。主控機(jī)箱上配有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口、打印機(jī)接口、冷卻水管快速接口、緊急開(kāi)關(guān)等。主控單元應(yīng)為便攜式,裝在手提箱內(nèi)。

Adopt closed circulating water cooling system to cool X-ray tube and X-ray generator. Strongly cooling system is necessary which enable X-ray continuously work. Protection against overheating is necessary as well. It can automatically close X-ray system to protect device from damage if overheating.

X-ray tube is micro ceramic tube. Tube current: 0~10mA; tube voltage: 5~30kV, continuously tunable. Every tube has its own closed cooling pipe and high-pressure water jet and all of them are one closed body. No special tools to replace cause X-ray can fast connect. 應(yīng)采用高分辨率固態(tài)線性成像光電探測(cè)器(固態(tài)位敏計(jì)數(shù)管),精度不低于512像素(空間分辨率不低于25微米,2θ角精度:不低于0.029°/像素)。由兩個(gè)對(duì)稱(chēng)的探測(cè)器從兩個(gè)相反的方向來(lái)記錄衍射信號(hào),探測(cè)器可以使用互相關(guān)法來(lái)定峰。每個(gè)探測(cè)器也可以獨(dú)立使用。使用雙側(cè)對(duì)稱(chēng)安裝的MOS(金屬氧化物半導(dǎo)體)線性成像探測(cè)器。探測(cè)器應(yīng)無(wú)光纖傳送,直接曝光成像,直流低壓驅(qū)動(dòng),電壓不高于36V,功耗不高于10mW。信噪比高,對(duì)寬峰、弱峰也可精確定位,普通衍射峰在10秒內(nèi)可完成精確測(cè)量。完成一次測(cè)量時(shí)間小于60秒。

Two symmetrically installed detectors record diffraction signals from opposite directions and use cross correlation method to locate peak. Also, the two detectors can separately work. Adopt bilaterally-symmetrically installed MOS (Metal oxide semiconductor) liner imaging detector. Detector should meet requirement of no fiber transmission, direct exposure imaging, DC low-voltage drive. And the voltage can not be more than 36V, power consumption can not be more than 10mW. Detector is of High SNR that can pinpoint broad peak and weak peak and precisely measure general diffraction peak within 10 seconds. The detecting time is not more than 60 seconds.

Device should meet or surpass the requirements of ANSI-N43-3 and other open X-ray industrial standards. It should also have safety locks, sensor and software control. If there is an accident, device can shut off to protect safety of people and equipement.
應(yīng)力分析儀應(yīng)設(shè)置”X射線打開(kāi)”和”窗口打開(kāi)”指示燈。若準(zhǔn)直器窗口堵塞、打開(kāi)或移動(dòng),X射線管管殼松動(dòng)或被移動(dòng),冷卻液溫度過(guò)高或其流動(dòng)不暢通時(shí),能自動(dòng)關(guān)閉X射線。
Stress analyzer should have “X-ray open” and “window open” indicator lights. And it can automatically cut off X-ray when collimator is blocked, open or moved, when the shell of X-ray tube is loosen or moved or when coolant’s temperature is too high or its flow lack of fluency.

Industry standards can be adopted only when it is not in conflicte with above standards and regulations. If bidder’s design and produce executive standards contradict flowing standards, the execution should adopt higher standards.

2.7.1合同設(shè)備到達(dá)中國(guó)哈爾濱空港后,應(yīng)有投標(biāo)方中國(guó)辦事機(jī)構(gòu)人員與需方人員共同接貨,對(duì)合同設(shè)備包裝狀況予以確認(rèn)。在接到需方書(shū)面通知后7日內(nèi)派出有關(guān)人員到需方現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行交貨檢驗(yàn)及安裝調(diào)試工作。
2.7.1 After Contract Equipment arriving at Ha’erbin airport, China, bidder from Chinese office and demander should confirm the package of Contract Equipment together. Within 7 days after receiving demander’s notice, bidder side should arrange staff to complete on site delivery inspection, installation and adjustment.
2.7.2開(kāi)箱清點(diǎn)由需方與投標(biāo)方共同進(jìn)行。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)到貨與合同要求不符,包括運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中造成的設(shè)備損壞,由投標(biāo)方在24小時(shí)內(nèi)響應(yīng),并在7日內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)解決,由此發(fā)生的一切費(fèi)用由投標(biāo)方承擔(dān)。
2.7.2 Demander and bidder inspect together. If the product doesn’t comply with contract requirements (including damages during delivery), bidder should respond within 24 hours and solve the problem within 7 days. All expenses should be covered by bidder.
2.7.3 最終驗(yàn)收:設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試完成后,需方與投標(biāo)方共同按合同的項(xiàng)目、技術(shù)指標(biāo)及實(shí)際檢測(cè)無(wú)應(yīng)力鐵粉,進(jìn)行設(shè)備的最終驗(yàn)收。經(jīng)測(cè)試檢驗(yàn)合格后雙方簽署最終驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告。
2.7.3 Final acceptance: after installation and adjustment, demander and bidder should carry out final acceptance together to test zero-stress Fe powder according to contract articles, technical standards. If it pass the test, acceptance report is going to be signed by both parts.
2.8 設(shè)備的保修與售后服務(wù)

2.8.1設(shè)備的保修期,從雙方簽定最終驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告之日開(kāi)始計(jì)算,時(shí)間為一年。

2.8.2在保修期內(nèi)若設(shè)備發(fā)生非使用不當(dāng)?shù)墓收嫌少u(mài)方負(fù)責(zé)維修,受損零部件由投標(biāo)方負(fù)責(zé)更換,并對(duì)該件從修復(fù)之日起再保修1年,所發(fā)生費(fèi)用由投標(biāo)方承擔(dān)。如果出現(xiàn)確實(shí)屬于需方原因造成的非正常損壞,即人為錯(cuò)誤而導(dǎo)致的損壞,則由需方承擔(dān)受損零件的費(fèi)用,投標(biāo)方不另收取修理手續(xù)費(fèi)。設(shè)備在保修期滿(mǎn)(一年)后,除購(gòu)買(mǎi)零備件的合理成本外,不另收任何其它費(fèi)用,以降低用戶(hù)的使用成本。
2.8.2 Within warranty period, buyer should take responsible for all maintenance excluding improper use. Damaged parts will be replaced by bidder and enjoy another 12 months warranty since the repairing date. All expenses should be covered by bidder. If the damage is due to demander’s improper use, that is, human error, demander will cover the expense of damaged part, but bidder can not charge maintenance fee. After the warranty period (12 months), except for reasonable cost of components purchasing, bidder will not charge any other expenses in order to reduce use cost.
2.8.3 投標(biāo)方在中國(guó)境內(nèi)應(yīng)有制造廠家授權(quán)的技術(shù)服務(wù)中心和合格的專(zhuān)業(yè)維修人員, 充足的零備件供應(yīng),具有很強(qiáng)的技術(shù)維修能力。
2.8.3 Bidder should have technical service center and qualified professional maintenance personnel authorized by manufacturer, ample components and reliable technical maintenance ability.
2.8.4在設(shè)備保修期內(nèi),當(dāng)設(shè)備發(fā)生故障需方不能自行解決時(shí),投標(biāo)方在接到需方的通知后,應(yīng)在24小時(shí)內(nèi)響應(yīng),并盡快予以解決,所發(fā)生的費(fèi)用由投標(biāo)方承擔(dān)。
2.8.4 Within warranty period, if device goes wrong and can not be solved by demander, bidder should respond within 24 hours after receiving notice and resolve the problem as soon as possible. All expenses should be covered by bidder.
2.8.5保修期后,需方設(shè)備如發(fā)生故障,如需方要求投標(biāo)方對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢修、維修時(shí), 投標(biāo)方應(yīng)給予積極配合,排除故障, 投標(biāo)方可酌情收費(fèi)。
2.8.5 After the end of warranty, if device goes wrong and demander turns to bidder for help, bidder should cooperate actively to solve problem. Bidder can charge in accordance with condition.

2.9. Training
2.9.1在安裝和調(diào)試前,在設(shè)備制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投標(biāo)方技術(shù)服務(wù)人員應(yīng)向招標(biāo)方技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底,講解和示范將要進(jìn)行的程序和方法。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包括設(shè)備制造、檢驗(yàn)、軟件使用、設(shè)備操作、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)等方面,培訓(xùn)時(shí)間不少于10個(gè)工作日。
2.9.1Before installation and adjustment, technical service personnel from bidder side should train technical personnel from tenderee side about the technique and how to install and adjust on manufacturing spot. Training contents comprise device manufacture, inspection, use of software, maintenance and so on. The training period should be at least 10 working days.
2.9.2在設(shè)備到達(dá)用戶(hù)使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,投標(biāo)方應(yīng)在用戶(hù)使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(哈爾濱)免費(fèi)向需方有關(guān)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行操作、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)等方面不少于5個(gè)工作日的培訓(xùn)。
2.9.2 After device delivered to use spot (Ha’erbin), bidder should provide at least 5-working-day training for demander’s technical personnel on operation and maintenance for free.
2.10 運(yùn)輸方式:空運(yùn)至中國(guó)哈爾濱機(jī)場(chǎng)。
