各工種穿插作業(yè)，不同工種的插入對(duì)上道工序所遺留的工作環(huán)境不是很熟悉，必須在施工技術(shù)交底將工作環(huán)境尤其是具有安全隱患的內(nèi)容加以著重說(shuō)明；

分包商對(duì)所進(jìn)入的工作范圍內(nèi)的安全防護(hù)不得任意拆改，我方作為總承包管理將對(duì)分包商負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全標(biāo)志的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行圖示明確，嚴(yán)禁分包商拆改，將安全內(nèi)容專門(mén)納入合同簽訂的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容；
The subcontractor shall not dismantle and change the safe protection in the working range. We as general contracting management party shall clearly mark the on site safety sign in graphic presentation for each subcontractor and director. It is forbidden for the subcontractor to dismantle and change for the on site safety sign. It is necessary to place the safe content as an important content in contract;
分包商對(duì)安全防護(hù)影響工作的，應(yīng)及時(shí)向我方匯報(bào)，由我方安全負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)安全防護(hù)進(jìn)行拆改方案的編制或?qū)彾�，未�?jīng)同意的安全拆改視為對(duì)工程的藐視，我公司將視情節(jié)嚴(yán)重程度給予分包商處罰，嚴(yán)重的將予以清除出場(chǎng)并追究該分包商的相關(guān)責(zé)任；
The subcontractor construction influenced the work of safe protection shall report to us in time. Our safe director shall responsible for the auditing and approval of removal project of safe protection device. The removal operation without approval shall be treated as contempt of project. Subcontractor shall be penalized by our company in accordance with its severity; if the circumstances are serious, the subcontractor shall be dispelled from site and investigated for their relevant responsibilities;
本工程工期很緊，對(duì)安全工作也是一種挑戰(zhàn)，總包單位負(fù)責(zé)人將每日對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行巡視，每層施工前對(duì)安全防護(hù)提前制定方案，如有變化，及時(shí)調(diào)整，不留安全死角，對(duì)容易隨時(shí)間發(fā)生狀態(tài)變化的防護(hù)如腳手架等，應(yīng)定期檢查；

安全防護(hù)的各項(xiàng)材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)是國(guó)家安全檢查機(jī)構(gòu)推薦品牌，嚴(yán)禁使用假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品；
Each materials of safe protection on site shall be recommended brands of national safety inspection organization. It is forbidden to use the fake and forged products;
每星期的生產(chǎn)例會(huì)，各分包商應(yīng)服從總包單位的檢查批評(píng)意見(jiàn)，獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)罰劣，以此促進(jìn)安全工作的改進(jìn)。
The production regular meeting of each week, every subcontractor shall observe the inspection opinion of general contractor unit; implement the principle of “reward the good and punish the bad” so as to promote the improvement of the safety work.
