第五節(jié) 轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)械的運(yùn)行操作
一．離心泵的啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)與停運(yùn)
1．泵啟動(dòng)前的檢查
●　泵、電機(jī)周圍清潔，不允許任何雜物存放、妨礙泵的安全運(yùn)行；
●　泵底座固定螺母牢固，電動(dòng)機(jī)接地線良好；
●　泵的各部件連接牢固，手盤靠背輪正常自如；
●　轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部位防護(hù)罩安全可靠；
●　軸承油室內(nèi)油位正常（約2／3處），油質(zhì)合格；
●　檢查水箱出口閥、泵的進(jìn)口閥應(yīng)在開啟位置，泵的出口閥應(yīng)在關(guān)閉位置；
●　檢查泵的冷卻水，并調(diào)整至冷卻水流量合適；
2．離心泵的啟動(dòng)、停運(yùn)   
● 離心泵的啟動(dòng)：   
按泵的“啟動(dòng)”按鈕（可就地/遠(yuǎn)方操作，選擇開關(guān)在MCC，啟停按鈕在MCC上或在就地電動(dòng)機(jī)旁）

；
檢查轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向正確，壓力表是否指示正常及泵的振動(dòng)正常；
待壓力穩(wěn)定后，緩慢開啟泵的出口閥并調(diào)整至所需流量。
● 離心泵的停運(yùn)
關(guān)閉泵的出口閥，按泵的“停止”按鈕（可就地/遠(yuǎn)方操作，選擇開關(guān)在MCC，啟停按鈕在MCC上或

在就地電動(dòng)機(jī)旁）；
水泵停運(yùn)期間，室溫不應(yīng)低于5℃，否則應(yīng)放掉泵內(nèi)積水，以防凍裂泵體。

3． 計(jì)量泵的啟動(dòng)：
●　打開所用計(jì)量箱出口閥，打開計(jì)量泵進(jìn)、出口閥，打開該計(jì)量泵管路系統(tǒng)上所有閥門；
●　按計(jì)量泵的“啟動(dòng)”按鈕啟動(dòng)計(jì)量泵（可就地/遠(yuǎn)方操作，選擇開關(guān)在MCC，啟停按鈕在MCC上

或在就地電動(dòng)機(jī)旁）；
●檢查出口壓力表指示是否正常；
待出口壓力穩(wěn)定后，調(diào)整泵的行程或脈沖頻率來(lái)調(diào)整泵的出力到所需流量。
● 計(jì)量泵的停運(yùn) ：
按計(jì)量泵的“停止”按鈕，停運(yùn)計(jì)量泵（可就地/遠(yuǎn)方操作，選擇開關(guān)在MCC，啟停按鈕在MCC上或

在就地電動(dòng)機(jī)旁）；
關(guān)閉計(jì)量泵進(jìn)、出口閥，如長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停運(yùn)還應(yīng)關(guān)閉計(jì)量箱出口閥及系統(tǒng)上所開啟的閥門。
Section five Operation of rotation machinery
I. Start up, operation, maintenance and shut down of centrifugal pump
1. Inspection before pump startup
●Clean the area around pump and motor; it is prohibited to pile up any miscellaneous

articles or objects to affect the operation security of pump;
●The pump foundation shall be firmly fixed with nut; motor maintain good ground

connection;
●The connection of pump components shall be tightly fixed, the stick coupling shall

be operated under a normal condition;
●The covering of rotation area shall be safe and reliable;
●Bearing oil chamber is in a normal level (2/3 of the oil chamber); the oil material

is qualified;
●Check the outlet valve of water tank; the import valve of pump shall be in open

position; outlet valve of pump shall be in close position;
●Check the cooling water of pump and adjust the cooling water flow to an appropriate

level;

2. Startup and shut down of centrifugal pump
●Startup of centrifugal pump:   
Press the “start” button of pump (implement the local/remote operation; select

switch is in MCC; startup and shut down button is on MCC or nearby the local motor);
Check whether the rotation direction is correct; check whether the pressure gauge and

pump vibration is normal;
After the pressure is stable, slowly opens the outlet valve and adjust the pump to the

required current capacity.
●Shut down of centrifugal pump
Close the outlet valve of pump; press the “shut down” button of pump (local/remote

operation, select switch is in MCC; startup and shut down button is on MCC or nearby

the local motor);
The room temperature shall not be lower than5℃ during the water pump shut down

period; otherwise, it is required to discharge excess water in the pump for preventing

the cracks of pump body due to freezing.
The startup and shut down of electromagnetism film metering pump start, suspends

shipment

3. Startup of metering pump:
●Opens all outlet valve of metering tank; opens the inlet and outlet valve of

metering pump; opens o all valves on this metering pump pipeline;
●Press the “startup” button of metering pump (local/remote operation, select switch

is in MCC; startup and shut down button is on MCC or nearby the local motor);
●Check whether the indications of outlet pressure gauge is normal;
After the outlet pressure is stable, adjust the travel or pulse frequency to adjust

required current capacity of pump output.
●Shut down of metering pump
Press the “shut down” button of metering pump (local/remote operation, select switch

is in MCC; startup and shut down button is on MCC or nearby the local motor);
Closes the inlet and outlet valve of metering pump; it is required to close the outlet

valve of metering tank and the opening valve of system when the unit is not in use for

a long time.
