第三節(jié) 酸堿系統(tǒng)泄漏的處理
一．系統(tǒng)泄露：
1．迅速查明泄漏部位。酸霧和刺激味太大時(shí)應(yīng)戴好防護(hù)面具，橡膠手套，穿好膠鞋和耐酸工作服，注意

將褲腳放在長筒膠鞋外面，用大量水清洗泄漏點(diǎn)后，進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行檢查。
2．管道系統(tǒng)泄漏應(yīng)迅速切斷酸堿來源，關(guān)閉高位酸、堿槽或者酸、堿計(jì)量箱出口閥，匯報(bào)發(fā)電運(yùn)行部，

聯(lián)系檢修單位迅速處理。
3．處理酸堿泄漏事故，應(yīng)按《電業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)程》有關(guān)要求執(zhí)行。
第四節(jié) 廠用電故障處理
一．故障處理原則
1．發(fā)生廠用電斷電故障，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行下列處理：
首先檢查系統(tǒng)受影響情況及備用設(shè)備受影響情況，穩(wěn)定系統(tǒng)。
按電氣部分廠用事故處理執(zhí)行。
報(bào)告值長，問明原因，要求有關(guān)人員迅速處理。
2．電源恢復(fù)后應(yīng)進(jìn)行下列工作：
●全面檢查本崗位所轄設(shè)備有無異常。
● 按照班長或值長命令恢復(fù)本崗位正常工作秩序。
● 補(bǔ)給水和凝結(jié)水系統(tǒng)如遇再生，按程控操作要求重新進(jìn)行。
做好故障及處理記錄。Section three Measures for leakage of acid and alkali system
I. System leakage
1. Check the leakage area rapidly. It is required to wear the protective mask, rubber

glove, rubber shoes and acid proof work clothes while the acid fog and stimulated taste is

too heavy. Places the bottom of pants leg outside the gum-boots; wash the leakage area with

a large amount of water and enter into the site for inspection.

2. The leakage of piping systems shall shut off the source of acid and alkali to

immediately, close the outlet valve of high position acid, alkali bath or acid and alkali

dosimeter. Report electricity generation operation department and contact the overhaul unit

for further procedure.
3. The process for handling the accident of acid and alkali leakage shall follow the

regulation of “electric power industry regulation for security”.

Section four: Measure for electricity failure of factory
I. Principle of management of failure
1. Implement the following processing immediately in case of the failure of the factory

electricity:
Check the system condition and the backup apparatus; stabilizes the system.
Implements the relevant measures according to the regulation of electric elements of power

plants accident;
Report to the shift supervisor, check the reason of the accident and request concerned

personnel take the relevant measures quickly.

2. Implement the following measures after the power is restored:
●Implements the overall inspection of the abnormal condition of equipment of this post;
●Restores normal operation order of this post according to the command of workshop chiefs

or shift supervisor;
●Resumes the procedure according to the requirements of program control in case that

regeneration situation is occurred for the water supply and condensation water system.
