11.4.1. 機(jī)器標(biāo)識

關(guān)于您的輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)，聯(lián)系制造商時，通常需要告知機(jī)器或部件的類型或序列號。序列號與/或類型可在下圖所示的銘牌上找到。

 
1． 輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)的銘牌
2． 禁止攀爬機(jī)器的警告牌
3． 吊具的制造商牌
4． 起升鋼絲繩牌
5． 防搖鋼絲繩牌（可供選擇）
而且，機(jī)器上的另一些制造牌未在上圖中顯示。例如，所有電動機(jī)與減速箱有其自己的牌子。

11.4.3.1.  銘牌
銘牌包含以下信息：

 YEAR（年份） = 生產(chǎn)年份
 NO（編號） = 序列號
 S.W.L = 安全工作負(fù)荷
 WEIGHT（重量）= 輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)的重量
 MODEL（型號） = 譬如 402315-MB8E-2040C
- 402315 = 吊具下的起重量，以噸為單位
- 402315 = 跨距，以米為單位
- 402315 = 吊具下的起升高度，以米為單位

11.4.2. 司機(jī)室
概述
司機(jī)室安裝于小車上，且跟隨小車行走。司機(jī)室由橡膠墊支撐，以減少噪音與振動。
司機(jī)室的門上裝有鎖。操作臺與司機(jī)座椅安裝在一個旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置上。

11.4.3. Machine identification
When contacting manufacturer in questions concerning your RTG, machine or component’s
type or serial number is usually required. Serial numbers and/or type codes are found from
identification plate as shown.

In addition there are several other plates of manufacture in the machine not shown in the

11.4.3.1. Identification plate
The identification plate contains the following information:
S YEAR = The year of the manufacture
S NO = Serial number
S S.W.L = Safe working load
S WEIGHT = Weight of the RTG
S MODEL = for instance 402315--MB8E--2040C

11.4.4. Driver’s cabin
General
The operator’s cabin is mounted on the trolley and with it travels across the width of the
machine. It is supported by rubber mountings to reduce noise and vibrations.
Cabin door is equipped with a lock. Control panels and operator’s chair are assembled to one
turnable unit.
