吊具穩(wěn)定器
05.1.1. 介紹
在惡劣的大風(fēng)條件下,通過(guò)減少吊具的搖擺,Kalmar 穩(wěn)定器系統(tǒng)可提高輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)(RTG)的生產(chǎn)率。
05.1.1.1. 什么是穩(wěn)定器?
穩(wěn)定器可緩沖吊具的搖擺運(yùn)動(dòng)(圖 1)。 風(fēng)或其它外部力量(例如,在移動(dòng)伸縮式吊具時(shí),意外碰撞到一個(gè)集裝箱上)等有可能導(dǎo)致旋轉(zhuǎn)搖擺。

除旋轉(zhuǎn)方向以外,穩(wěn)定器幾乎對(duì)吊具運(yùn)動(dòng)不構(gòu)成任何影響。 這正是為什么穩(wěn)定器是一種適合吊具止擺的理想系統(tǒng)。
05.1.1.2. 工作原理
穩(wěn)定器由以下部件組成:
一臺(tái)穩(wěn)定器控制器(A901)和一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)傳感器(B901),安裝在吊具上的一個(gè)穩(wěn)定器機(jī)箱中;
可編程控制器中的附加軟件功能;
穩(wěn)定器機(jī)箱與可編程控制器之間的CAN/Profibus 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線網(wǎng)關(guān);
吊具側(cè)位移電機(jī)接觸器;
操作人員的指示燈和按鈕。
除使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型 Kalmar 車載可編程控制器以外,穩(wěn)定器無(wú)需其它附加可編程控制器硬件。正常的手動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn)控制沒(méi)有變化。圖 2 為穩(wěn)定器系統(tǒng)的方框簡(jiǎn)圖。

穩(wěn)定器啟動(dòng)后,控制器計(jì)算防止吊具轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的最佳反向運(yùn)動(dòng),并向側(cè)移電機(jī)發(fā)送控制命令。 根據(jù)控制器的命令,可編程控制器控制電機(jī)的接觸器,小車產(chǎn)生動(dòng)作減少,吊具轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)搖擺。
05.1. Spreader stabilizer
05.1.1. Introduction
Kalmar stabilizer system improves productivity of RTGs in difficult wind conditions bydamping
swinging motion of a spreader.
05.1.1.1. What stabilizer does?
Stabilizerdampsswingingmotionofaspreader(Figure1.)Therotationmaybecausedbywind
or other external sources such as unintentional collision to a container when moving the
spreader.

Stabilizerhaspracticallynoeffectonthespreadermovementsin otherdirectionsthanrotation.
That is why the stabilizer is a complimentary system for other electric spreader movement
damping systems.
05.1.1.2. Operating principle
The stabilizer is comprised of the following components:
• a stabilizer controller (A901) and a motion sensor (B901) in a stabilizer box on
a spreader,
• additional software functions in PLC,
• CAN/Profibus gateway (A650) between the stabilizer box and PLC,
• spreader side shift motor contactors and
• operator’s indicator light and button.
There is no additional PLC hardware required for the stabilizer but standard Kalmar onboard
PLCisused. Thereare nochangesinnormalmanualskewcontrol.Figure 2showsasimplified

When operator activates the stabilizer, the controller calculates the best counter--motion
against the rotating spreader and sends side shift motor control commands to PLC. Based on
controllercommandsPLCoperatestheelectricmotorcontactorsandtrolleymovementattenu-
ates the spreader rotation.
