06.1.1.2. 吊具長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整功能如下：

•  通過(guò) Y916 閥門（前）和 Y917 閥門（后），滑動(dòng)梁上的鎖定銷被收起。

•  當(dāng)鎖定銷上的 S969（左） 和 S970 （右）上限位開關(guān)啟動(dòng)后， 吊具長(zhǎng)度立即開始伸長(zhǎng)。

•  當(dāng)滑動(dòng)梁的位置接近所選擇的長(zhǎng)度時(shí)，長(zhǎng)度限定開關(guān)S971 、S972 （左）、S973、S974 （右）發(fā)出指示，將鎖定銷放下到滑動(dòng)梁表面上；“滑動(dòng)位置”。

•  當(dāng)滑動(dòng)梁的下一個(gè)孔遇到鎖定銷時(shí)，銷栓靠彈簧力壓入孔中。

•  當(dāng)另一端的滑動(dòng)梁到達(dá)正確位置時(shí)，鎖定銷壓入孔中，鎖定銷下限位開關(guān)結(jié)束長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整動(dòng)作。同時(shí)，在司機(jī)室中所選定的長(zhǎng)度信號(hào)燈亮，此時(shí)吊具長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整完畢。

06.1.1.3. 在吊具長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的故障

1. 如果鎖定銷不向上收起，則應(yīng)檢查：

a  Y916 和（或）Y917閥；
b  Y801 減壓安全閥。

2、如果不能進(jìn)行伸長(zhǎng)／縮短操作，則應(yīng)檢查：

a  鎖定銷未觸發(fā)上限位開關(guān) S969 （左）和／或S970 （右）；
b  Y914閥 （伸長(zhǎng)／縮短）；
c  Y801 減壓安全閥；

當(dāng)鎖定銷處于其上限位置時(shí)，上限位開關(guān) S969 和 S970 應(yīng)觸發(fā)。只有這樣才能進(jìn)行伸長(zhǎng)／縮短操作。

當(dāng)鎖定螺栓在其下限位置（處于螺栓孔中）時(shí)，下限位開關(guān) S967 和 S968 無(wú)法被觸發(fā)，因?yàn)樯扉L(zhǎng)操作將會(huì)連續(xù)進(jìn)行。
06.1.1.2. During the length adjustm., the followlng funct. are carried out
S By means of valves Y916 (front) and Y917(rear), the locking bolts of the sliding beams
are moved up.
S The lengthening starts as soon as the upper limit switches of the locking bolts, S969
(Left) and S970 (Right) are activated.
S As soon as the sliding beam position approximates the choosen length, the length
definition switches S971 and S972 (Left) and S973 and S974 (Right) generate an
instruction to move down the locking bolts by spring force onto the surfaceof thesliding
beam; ”sliding position”.
S Asthenextholeof thesliding beammeets thelocking bolt, the boltis loweredin thehole
by spring force.
S As the sliding beam of the other end arrives at the correct position, and the locking bolt
is lowered to the hole, the length adjustment is stopped by the lower limit switches of
the locking bolts. Simultaneously, the signal lamp of the chosen length lights up in the
cabin, the length adjustment now being performed.
06.1.1.3. Possible faults on length adjustment
1. The locking bolts don’t move up. Check:
a Valve Y916 and / or Y917
b Pressure relief valve Y801
2. Lengthening / shortening doesn’t operate. Check:
a The upper limit switches S969 (Left) and / or S970 (Right) are not
activated by the locking bolts
b Valve Y914 (lengthening / shortening)
c Pressure relief valve Y801
The upper limit switches S969 and S970 shall be activated, as the locking bolts are in their
upper position. Only then the lengthening / shortening is possible.
The lowerlimit switchesS967 and S968 shallbe non--activated as the locking boltsare in their
lower position (in the hole). In the sliding position these lower limit switches are activated,
because the lengthening shall continue.
