002.6.  小車傳動(dòng)鏈的調(diào)整

 

調(diào)整操作規(guī)程
1、 將小車開到扶梯一側(cè)開門位置（請(qǐng)參閱位置1）。
2、 用鎖定裝置2，將小車鎖定住。
3、 測(cè)定小車緩沖器和終點(diǎn)車擋之間的距離。兩端的尺寸應(yīng)相同（公差為±1厘米）。
4、 手動(dòng)打開起重小車的制動(dòng)器3。
5、 用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)軸4，直到傳動(dòng)鏈張緊，請(qǐng)參閱位置BⅠ。
6、 關(guān)閉制動(dòng)器3，用制動(dòng)器盤拉緊。
7、 擰緊螺母5，直到傳動(dòng)鏈張緊。請(qǐng)參閱位置CⅡ。從步行平臺(tái)擰緊左傳動(dòng)鏈，從維修平臺(tái)擰緊右傳動(dòng)鏈。
8、 打開鎖定裝置 2。

 

  注意!  調(diào)整傳動(dòng)鏈，使兩側(cè)的緩沖器和終點(diǎn)車擋間的距離相同。

002.7.  微轉(zhuǎn)牽引裝置的安裝操作規(guī)程

 

安裝操作規(guī)程

將法蘭支承 1 置于左端，尺寸 E 應(yīng)盡量小。 然后，徹底擰緊螺絲和螺母 2 和 3（約 200 Nm）。然后，定位右端的軸承，達(dá)到所要求的幾何公差。
 起升與小車運(yùn)行 

06.2.8.  小車的頂升及換輪

 
 1、拆下防落夾具，部件1。
 2、頂起小車架下的輪子。應(yīng)使用千斤頂，5（頂起能力＝10 – 20噸）。
 3、輪被頂離軌道后，在軌道和起重小車箱框之間放上支撐塊，4。
 4、拆下端板和緩沖器，2。
 5、拆下輪軸，3。［注意！軸重＝40kg（88lbs）］
 6、沿軌道將輪滑出，6。［注意！輪重＝148kg（326lbs）］

  應(yīng)設(shè)法避免維修環(huán)境中任何危險(xiǎn)。否則很容易造成人身傷害。

Adjustment instruction
1. Drive trolley to gate end, see point 1.
2. Lock trolley with the locking device 2.
3. Measure distance between trolley bumbers and end stop plates, measurement should be
equal on both sides (tolerance ±1cm).
4. Open the trolley brake 3 manually.
5. Rotate the propellershaft 4 by hand, until chains are tight, see point BI.
6. Hold tension with the brake disk by closing the brake 3.
7.Tightenthenut5untilchainistight,see point CII.Tighten leftchain fromthe walkingplatform
and right chain from the service hatch.
8. Open the locking device 2.
Note! Adjust chain so that measurement between bumbers and end plates
are equal at both sides.
