D、超聲波探傷

用規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
檢查周期

保質(zhì)期后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行周期性檢查。檢查周期為一年， 方法如下：
1、 外觀檢查；
2、 磁粉探傷；
3、 超聲波探傷；
4、 “染色-滲透”探傷；

如果外觀檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，則應(yīng)用磁粉探傷進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。也可用超聲波探傷檢測(cè)補(bǔ)充。

不能使用磁粉探傷檢測(cè)（MT）或超聲波探傷檢測(cè)（UT）的地方，可進(jìn)行“染色-滲透”法檢測(cè)。

外觀檢查裂紋或旋鎖板（1）的外形變化，盡可能每 6 個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次檢查（如上圖所示）。

Testing should be done in accordance with approved method.
Frequency of inspection
After the guarantee time a periodic inspection is required. The inspection period is one year
and the methods are:

Dye--Penetrant
If anything unusual is observed by visual inspection the observation should be confirmed with
Magnetic Particle test. Ultrasonic test can also be used to complete Magnetic Particle test.
Dye--Penetrant test can be used in such places where it is impossible to use MT or UT.
