合同雙方責(zé)任翻譯-中英對(duì)照
1、甲方
（1）甲方負(fù)責(zé)BT項(xiàng)目的前期準(zhǔn)備咨詢服務(wù)工作，組織協(xié)調(diào)勘測(cè)、設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)理等各方面工作，統(tǒng)一向“蛟河天崗石材開發(fā)區(qū)”領(lǐng)取工程開工證和技術(shù)文件按時(shí)提供給各施工單位；（2）合同生效后，雙方會(huì)同政府對(duì)乙方去年的尾巴工程進(jìn)行接收，對(duì)今年的工程進(jìn)行組織，甲方作為二業(yè)主擁有乙方及其勞務(wù)分包方在天崗石材園區(qū)路（管）網(wǎng)工程的所有權(quán)；（3）在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)期間，幫助乙方做好與市政府各行政管理部門的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)工作，并參與施工圖審查、項(xiàng)目施工期間的監(jiān)督、檢查和管理；（4）甲方指定并授權(quán)代表負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收、設(shè)計(jì)變更等現(xiàn)場簽證工作，以便作為結(jié)算依據(jù)；（5）工程結(jié)算由甲方根據(jù)乙方編制工程預(yù)算書,審核調(diào)整后負(fù)責(zé)與“蛟河天崗石材開發(fā)區(qū)” 進(jìn)行路(管)網(wǎng)工程的結(jié)算。
2、乙方
（1）嚴(yán)格按照國家法律法規(guī)、當(dāng)?shù)卣挠嘘P(guān)規(guī)定及“蛟河天崗石材開發(fā)區(qū)”下達(dá)的施工任務(wù)書,按照設(shè)計(jì)的要求，編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)或施工方案，負(fù)責(zé)組織該項(xiàng)目的施工，并按月向甲方及監(jiān)理報(bào)送工程的月度施工計(jì)劃、工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)、技術(shù)、質(zhì)量等有關(guān)報(bào)表、工程結(jié)算由乙方先編制工程預(yù)算書報(bào)甲方審核；（2）接受政府各行政職能部門及甲方、監(jiān)理對(duì)BT項(xiàng)目施工建設(shè)的管理和監(jiān)督，確保工程質(zhì)量和工期；（3）乙方應(yīng)做到安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工，在施工過程中發(fā)生的人員傷亡及質(zhì)量事故均由乙方承擔(dān)，甲方不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任；（4）如工程施工質(zhì)量問題，乙方自行承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的責(zé)任，若有驗(yàn)收不合格項(xiàng)，由乙方返工或修理，直至達(dá)到合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并負(fù)擔(dān)全部返修費(fèi)用；（5）乙方負(fù)責(zé)與各勞務(wù)分包施工單位間的協(xié)調(diào)和管理工作，及時(shí)支付各勞務(wù)分包施工單位的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，及時(shí)發(fā)放工人工資，不得托欠，因拖欠各施工方費(fèi)用引起的各種糾紛，責(zé)任自負(fù)；甲方不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。
八、為了更好地執(zhí)行本協(xié)議，甲方指定或在當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)立國內(nèi)公司作為甲方執(zhí)行主體全權(quán)代表甲方執(zhí)行本協(xié)議，并履行相關(guān)責(zé)任與義務(wù)。
九、未盡事宜，雙方面議。本合同在履行過程中發(fā)生爭議時(shí)，雙方協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成時(shí)，任何一方向上海市人民法院起訴。
十、本協(xié)議自雙方簽字蓋章后，需待甲方與蛟河市政府簽定BT合同生效后再生效，如果甲方不能與政府簽定BT合同則本協(xié)議視為無效。
十一、本協(xié)議一式四份，雙方各執(zhí)二份。

1, Party A
( 1) Party A responsible for BT is it consult services to plan earlier stage in project, is it survey , design , manage of various fields to work to organize and coordinate, the card and technological file are offered to every unit in charge of construction on time to get the project and go into operation to " stone material development zone in the hillock of day of Jiaohe River " in unison; ( 2) After the contract comes into force, both sides unite the government and receive Party B dragging-on construction project last year, carrying on the organization to the project of this year, Party A has Party B and subcontracting Fang of labor service in the ownership of the project of the network of the way of stone material garden of hillock on day (in charge of ) as two owners ; ( 3) During project construction , help Party B to do the communication and coordination work with every administrative service division of municipal government well, and participate in checking , project of the construction drawing and construct the supervision among the engineering one , check and managing; ( 4) Party A appoints and such on-the-spot visa jobs as the authorised representative is responsible for concealing the acceptance of work , designing altering live, in order to be regarded as and settled account to accord with; ( 5) Settle account to Party A works out the budget statement of the project according to Party B , is responsible for carrying on the settlement of the project of the network of way (in charge of ) with " stone material development zone in the hillock of day of Jiaohe River " after verifying and adjusting in project.
2, Party B
( 1) Strictly according to national laws and regulations, about regulation and " Jiaohe River day stone material development zone of hillock " construction task book assigned local government, according to the request designed, work out and construct to organize the design or construction scheme , is responsible for organizing the construction of this project, and and manage the monthly construction plan of sending the project to Party A monthly, project amount statistics , technology , quality relevant report form , project is it work out by Party B project budget books and newspapers Party A verify first to close; ( 2) Accept every administrative functional department and Party A of the government , manage the control over project construction of BT and supervision, guarantee project quality and time limit for a project; ( 3) Party B should make sure that the safety in production , civilization construct , the casualties taking place in the course of constructing and quality accident are undertaken by Party B , Party A does not bear any responsibility ; ( 4) Such as the construction quality problems of the project, Party B bears corresponding responsibility by oneself , if confirm one not up to standard, done over again or repaired by Party B , until reaching the qualified standard, and afford and all reprocess the expenses; ( 5) Party B is responsible for with the coordination and management among the subcontracting units in charge of construction of every labor service, pay the relevant expenses of a subcontracting unit in charge of construction of every labor service in time, grant worker's salary in time, can't is it owe to ask, arising from in arrears with the square expenses of every constructioning various kinds of dispute, conceited responsibility have; Party A does not bear any responsibility .
Eighth, in order to carry out an agreement better, Party A appoints or sets up domestic corporation to act as plenipotentiary of Party A and carry out an agreement as Party A carry out the main body in the locality, and fulfil relevant responsibility and obligation.
Ninth, unaccomplished matter, discuss on both side. Contract this when dispute in the course of fulfilling, both sides resolve through consultation, while resolving through consultation, either party brings a suit before people's court of Shanghai.
Tenth, an agreement have been since both sides sign and stamp, need to come into force after Party A signs BT contract with government of Jiaohe River and comes into force, if Party A can't sign BT contract with government an agreement is regarded as invalid.
11, This agreement is done in quintuplicate,each side hold two copy.
