裝在天窗內(nèi)外的紗窗的網(wǎng)眼為19毫米。使用6毫米間隔混繞的直徑為2.3毫米的鋁線。
密封
管道和旁柱的密封須使用乙烯基。
固定
裝配天窗時(shí)使用的扣件須為不銹剛。
末道漆
一般條款
a. 每扇天窗須使用含氟聚合物作為末道漆,且顏色與連接墻相稱。
b. 天窗的豎框和外部紗窗須使用同樣的末道漆和顏色。
c. 所有的紗窗應(yīng)在天窗框架安裝之前進(jìn)行油漆。
d. 已裝好的角度和內(nèi)部紗窗須打磨完成。
含氟聚合物作為末道漆
末道漆須為一層含有至少75% Kynar500樹(shù)脂的聚偏二氟乙烯,而且要按照制造商的程序用烤爐烘焙。
安裝
天窗的安裝應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格按照制造商的安裝說(shuō)明。
天窗框架須不間斷地在外部和內(nèi)部堵縫以防漏;蛘咴趦(nèi)部涂上壓延乙烯基球狀墊圈或密封膠。
4.4.3.24.6 地面飾面
總述
以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),地面飾面適用于各個(gè)地點(diǎn)。
所有的機(jī)械和設(shè)備安裝完成后,同樣適用于單獨(dú)的混凝土地面飾面。
當(dāng)單片或隔離的地面需要排水管時(shí),在使用地面飾面時(shí)從高點(diǎn)到低點(diǎn)每30厘米傾斜3毫米的排水管。
地板飾面種類
單片飾面
要求
a. 單片飾面是指一次將所有的混凝土傾倒在結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土板上的做法。用來(lái)做單片飾面的結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土板的混凝土應(yīng)是最干燥的,能夠用立式振動(dòng)式整平板操作。
b. 表面應(yīng)首先整平,然后涂上一層光滑的,堅(jiān)實(shí)的表層。通過(guò)覆蓋上粗麻布或相似的材料,在上面灑上水泥或泥沙混合物,將平整過(guò)程中多余的水分去掉。不能直接將水泥或泥沙混合物灑在混凝土上。
c. 完成上述步驟后,混凝土表面應(yīng)覆蓋上地面硬化劑,并用鋼鏝將其鏟成光滑,平整的表面。在混凝土變硬到?jīng)]有灰泥留在鋼鏝上,并且當(dāng)鋼鏝鏟地時(shí)發(fā)出悅耳的聲音后,可以進(jìn)行最后的磨光。飾面的地面不應(yīng)有任何不平的痕跡。應(yīng)根據(jù)制造商的說(shuō)明,將地面硬化劑用在將永久性暴露的地面上。
使用
a. 單片飾面的結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土板須標(biāo)注在經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的圖紙上。
a. 使用彈性材料(瀝青,橡膠,乙烯基等)飾面的地面須按要求標(biāo)注。
隔離混凝土地面飾面(頂部板)
要求
a. 以下區(qū)域的隔離混凝土飾面適用于未修整的板。同單片飾面的地面一樣,隔離混凝土飾面須經(jīng)過(guò)平整,并用鋼鏝磨光,還要在28天內(nèi)至少有225千克/平方厘米的耐壓強(qiáng)度
b. 為隔離混凝土地面飾面提供10厘米厚的黏合劑。
c. 沙石材料,水泥,配筋和水等需符合混凝土作業(yè)的要求
d. 地面控制測(cè)試應(yīng)覆蓋所有的材料,混凝土測(cè)試須根據(jù)混凝土作業(yè)的要求來(lái)完成。
在上述完成后,通過(guò)使用薄膜修復(fù)化合物,樹(shù)脂基(不能使用蠟基),根據(jù)ASTM C 309,第一類型的應(yīng)用要求,以每立方大約7立方毫米的速度,完成混凝土地面飾面的修復(fù),密封和防塵。
使用
a. 所有安裝開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備的區(qū)域都必須有75毫米隔離的混凝土表面,并有焊接的電線以保證基座路線的準(zhǔn)確安裝,并為這些區(qū)域提供精確的水平表面。未修整的混凝土頂部應(yīng)低于通常地面海拔的75毫米

高架地板
要求
a. 高架地板須是自我支撐的,而且可以根據(jù)高度調(diào)整。
b. 高架地板須有足夠的力量來(lái)支撐統(tǒng)一的荷載1500千克/平方米和每塊中心的單個(gè)承重500千克
c. 應(yīng)保證施工質(zhì)量,如沒(méi)有特別說(shuō)明,尺寸為600*600毫米。
有釉瓷磚
要求
a. 瓷磚的質(zhì)量和顏色上乘,大小和樣式須由業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)。
b. 瓷磚應(yīng)浸泡和安置在準(zhǔn)備好的平板上,調(diào)配比例為1:3的水泥和沙灰,10毫米厚。并以3毫米的寬度成直角排列安放在攪拌好的沙泥中。
c. 提供前面條款中提到的黏合劑。
interior or exterior faces of louvers shall be 19 mm mesh. Wire shall be aluminum with 2.3 mm diameter intercropped at 6 mm intervals.
SEALS
Blade and jamb seals shall be vinyl.
FASTENERS
Fasteners used in the assembly of louvers shall be stainless steel.
FINISHING
General Provisions
a. Each louver shall have a fluoropolymer finish, with color matching
the adjacent wall.
b. Louvers mullions and exterior screens shall have the same finish and
color as the louvers.
c. Screen assembly shall be painted price to installation to louvers
frames.
d. Mounted angles and interior screens shall be mill finished.
Fluoropolymer Finish
This finish shall be a polyvinylidene fluoride coating containing a minimum of 75% Kynar 500 resin. The coating shall be oven baked in accordance with the manufacturer's printed procedures.
INSTALLATION
The installation of louvers shall be in strict accordance with the louvers manufacturer's printed instructions.
Louvers frames shall be continuously caulked externally and internally. An acceptable alternate to interior caulking is either extruded vinyl bulb gaskets or sealing tape.
4.4.3.24.6 FLOOR FINISH
GENERAL
Floor finishes shall be applied in the various locations based on this criteria.
Separate concrete floor finishes shall not be applied until all machinery and equipment is in place.

Where floor drains are required in monolithic or separate finish a 3 mm slope per 30 cm in the finish floor from high point of floor-to-floor drain shall be used.
TYPES OF FLOOR FINISH MONOLITHIC FINISH Requirements
a. Monolithic finish is one produced on structural concrete slabs which
are poured all at one time with one concrete mix. Concrete for
structural slabs with monolithic finish shall be of the driest
consistency possible to work with a sawing motion of screed.
b. Surface shall first be screeded and then be floated to a smooth,
compact surface. Any excess water shall be removed during floating
operation by covering surface with burlap or similar material and
spreading cement or a cement-sand mixture, directly on top of burlap.
Spreading of cement or cement-sand mixture directly on top of
concrete will not be permitted.
c. After floating, the surface of concrete shall be covered by floor
hardener and shall be steel toweled to a smooth, slate like surface.
Final toweling shall be done after concrete Is so hard that no mortar
accumulates on trowel and a ringing sound is produced as trowel is
drawn over surface. Finish surface shall not be marked off in areas or
scored in any manner. A floor surface hardener colorcorn shall be
applied in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for
permanently exposed floors.
Uses
a. Structural concrete floor slabs where monolithic finish is indicated on
the approved drawings.
b. Floor areas where resilient tile finishes (asphalt, rubber, vinyl etc.) are
indicated or as required.
SEPARATE CONCRETE FLOOR FINISH (TOPPING SLAB) Requirements
a. A separate concrete finish for the following areas shall be applied
over the rough slab finish. The separate finish shall be reinforced and
steel toweled concrete finish similar to monolithic finish and shall
have minimum 225-kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days.
b. Provide bonding adhesive for separate concrete floor finishes up
through 10 cm thick.

c. Material of aggregate, cement, reinforcing bar and water shall
conform to the requirements of concrete work.
d. Field control test shall cover all material and concrete test required
and shall be done in accordance with the requirements of concrete
work.
e. Cure, seal and dustproof surfaces of monolithic and separate
concrete floor finishes immediately after finishing by applying one
coat of membrane curing compound, resin base type (wax base not
permitted) at the rate of approximately 7 mm3 per liter, conforming to
applicable requirements of ASTM C 309, type 1.
Uses
a. All areas where switchgear equipment is to be installed shall be
provided with 75 mm separate concrete finish reinforced with welded
wire fabric to permit accurate setting of the base channels and
provide a true level surface in these areas. The top of the rough
concrete shall be set 75 mm below the nominal floor elevation.
b. Where specifically required for setting of Bidder's other equipment.
[RAISED FLOOR
Requirements
a. The raised floor shall be self-supporting and can be adjusted for
height.
b. The raised floor shall be of adequate strength to withstand uniform
live load 1500 kg/m2 and 500 kg individual load measured in the
center a panel.
c. The quality shall be prime quality and unless otherwise required by
the Owner, the size shall be 600 x 600 mm.
GLAZED CERAMIC TILE Requirements
a. Ceramic tiles shall be of prime quality and tile color, size and pattern
shall be approved by the Owner.
b. The tiles shall be soaked and bedded on a prepared screed, in a 1: 3
by volume cement/sand mortar with thickness of 10 mm. The tiles
shall be laid square and true with 3 mm wide joints grouted in
matching cement mortar.
c. Provide bonding adhesive as specified in Clause mentioned before.
