操作員
安裝
操作員應(yīng)在遮光罩上安裝托架，除了建筑物內(nèi)的壁掛式外部門。
傳動裝置
操作員傳動裝置應(yīng)采用高效率的渦輪傳動裝置，在油浴器上運行，具有配套的彈簧設(shè)定380或 220 伏交流電螺線管電磁制動，完全放在一個具有IP53防護(hù)（如果位于室內(nèi)）或達(dá)到IPW55防護(hù)（如果位于室外）的封閉空間。
電機(jī)與控制
a. 電機(jī)
應(yīng)設(shè)計為戶外操作，高起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，葫蘆型，380 volt，三相，50 Hz. 籠型，有足夠的動力操作大門達(dá)到近似的速度每秒鐘0.3米。詳細(xì)的電氣要求參見第4部分，技術(shù)規(guī)格E-208。
b. 按鈕盒
除非另有說明，每個操作員應(yīng)配備有一個瞬時接觸重型三鍵按鈕盒，標(biāo)志著”開啟”-“關(guān)閉”-“暫停” 和限位開關(guān)，采用業(yè)主可接受的類型將在移動限位停止電機(jī)。扭轉(zhuǎn)磁接觸采用380/110-伏特控制變壓器和他人提供的熱過載。 按鈕盒應(yīng)為墻面安裝，除非另有說明。
c. 行程開關(guān)
重型、在IPW55所界定的IEC 60529 或NEMA 類型4適用于戶外操作，提供目標(biāo)業(yè)主的導(dǎo)線和導(dǎo)體電線。行程開關(guān)應(yīng)額定為220 伏直流電0.5A電感性電路。
d. 控制電路
應(yīng)適合于110伏的交流電操作。
e. 緊急連鎖操作
緊急連鎖操作，這將不會影響行程開關(guān)的時間；如果電力供應(yīng)中斷或移出電機(jī)進(jìn)行檢查及維修，應(yīng)緊急連鎖操作每個大門。
安裝
滾動架空鋼門和門框應(yīng)由制造商批準(zhǔn)的安裝商進(jìn)行安裝，嚴(yán)格按照制造商書面指示進(jìn)行操作。
鋁門
概述

材料
門、框和裝飾
a. 所有的門、框和裝飾應(yīng)采用擠壓鋁，陽極電鍍的合金6063，業(yè)主后期選擇顏色，不產(chǎn)生任何額外費用。
b. 框架的任何元件厚度應(yīng)最小3 mm。
緊固件
所有緊固件應(yīng)采用245鋁合金和鎘鍍黃銅或青銅，并應(yīng)密切配合鋁的表面處理。
玻璃
所有玻璃應(yīng)采用最低12 mm厚的淬火安全玻璃。
硬件
大門的所有硬件包括鎖、拉手、閉合器、門吸等應(yīng)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料。
架設(shè)
所有的門和門框應(yīng)定為鉛垂、水平正方并根據(jù)制造商的建議，應(yīng)在框架和石工或混凝土之間的所有接頭不斷提供硅橡膠密封膠的抗天氣密封條。
4.4.3.24.4 窗
概述
所有外部窗應(yīng)采用鋁制上懸窗、浮法玻璃釉、手輪操作。 除了辦公室區(qū)域應(yīng)采用陽極氧化鋁，與平板玻璃水平投影，俗稱“熱窗格”。
設(shè)計荷載
風(fēng)荷載
設(shè)計風(fēng)荷載為150千克/平方米 。
風(fēng)荷載設(shè)計
除非特殊說明，所有外墻的窗和窗框架，包括豎框，連接，扣件和其他零件的設(shè)計應(yīng)能承受每扇窗整個范圍的特定風(fēng)荷載，而不會出現(xiàn)永久性毀壞，過量的單位面積壓力和偏差�？稍试S的單位面積最大允許應(yīng)力應(yīng)符合建筑鋁結(jié)構(gòu)AA規(guī)范的要求。可允許的偏差不超過20毫米。
設(shè)計要求
高度與長度
任何懸窗區(qū)域的高度和長度應(yīng)由光照和通風(fēng)要求所決定，除非特殊說明，一扇單獨連續(xù)的窗戶高度不能超過1.5米，長度不能超過8米。
豎框
除非特殊說明，所有的豎框應(yīng)為同一種類型。
窗戶最大的水平間距：通常為60厘米。
通風(fēng)窗
除非窗戶是固定的，每扇窗戶的整個區(qū)域都應(yīng)該是可活動的，而且能夠打開45度角以保證能夠進(jìn)入75%的新鮮空氣。
窗戶部件
任何窗戶框架，通風(fēng)窗的結(jié)構(gòu)部件的的最小厚度不能少于3毫米。
材料
窗戶框架和鉸鏈
壓延鋁制品，合金6063，使用要求的T型回火，陽極化拋光作為最后一層。
遮雨板
鋁合金Alcad3034，厚度不少于3毫米。
OPERATORS Mounting
Operators shall be bracket mounted on hood except operators for exterior mounted doors shall be wall mounted inside the building.
Gearing
Operator gearing shall be high efficiency worm gearing, running in an oil bath, complete with spring-set 380 or 220 Volt AC solenoid operated brake, completely housed in an enclosure with a degree of protection of IP53 if located indoor and a degree of protection of IPW55 if located outdoor.
Motors and Controls
a. Motors
Shall be designed for outdoor operation, high starting torque, hoist type, 380 volt, three-phase, 50 Hz, squirrel-cage, of sufficient power to operate doors at an approximate speed of 0.3 m per second. For detailed electrical requirements see Part 4, Technical Specification E-208.
b. Pushbutton Stations
Unless otherwise indicated, each operator shall be equipped with a momentary contact heavy duty three-button pushbutton station, marked "OPEN" - "CLOSE" - "STOP" and with limit switches, of type acceptable to the Owner, which will stop motor at limits of travel. Reversing magnetic contactor complete with 380/110-volt control transformer and thermal overload elements will be furnished by others. Pushbutton stations shall be for wall mounting, unless otherwise indicated.
c. Limit Switches
Shall be heavy-duty type, in IPW55 as defined by I EC 60529 or NEMA Type 4 enclosures for outdoor operation, with provisions for terminating Owner's conduit and conductor wires. Limit switches shall be rated for 0.5A inductive at 220 V DC.
d. Control Circuits
Shall be suitable for 110 Volt AC operations.
e. Emergency Chain Operation
Emergency hand chain operator, which will not affect the timing of the limit switch, shall be provided to operate each door in case of power failure or removal of motor for inspection and servicing.

INSTALLATION
Rolling overhead steel doors and doorframes shall be installed by an installer approved by manufacturer, in strict accordance with manufacturer's printed instructions.
ALUMINUM DOORS GENERAL
Aluminum wide stile entrance doors fully glazed and the aluminum doorframes are only used as indicated in the approved drawings.
MATERIALS
Doors, Frames and Trims
a. All doors, frames and trims shall be extruded aluminum; alloy 6063
with anodized finish and the color will be selected later by the Owner
without any additional cost.
b. Thickness of any component of framing shall be minimum 3 mm.
Fasteners
All fasteners shall be 245 aluminum alloys and cadmium plated brass or bronze and shall closely match the finish of the aluminum.
Glazing
All glazing shall be minimum 12 mm thick tempered safety glass.
Hardware
Hardware for the door shall include locks, butts, closers, holders etc. of premium quality.
ERECTION
All doors and door frame shall be set plumb, level square and shall be continuously caulked to provide weather tight seal at all joints between frames and masonry or concrete with silicone rubber sealant per manufacturer's recommendation.
4.4.3.24.4 WINDOWS
GENERAL
All exterior windows shall be aluminum top hung windows having float glass glazing material and operated by a hand wheel except for the office areas shall be anodized aluminum, horizontal projected with Insulating
glass, commonly known as "Thermo pane".

DESIGN LOADS
WIND LOADS
Design wind loads shall be 150 kg/m2.
WIND LOAD DESIGN
Unless otherwise indicated, all windows and window frames in exterior walls, including mullions, connections, fasteners and other accessories shall be designed to withstand the specified wind loads over the entire area of each window without permanent distortion and without exceeding allowable unit stresses and allowable deflections. Allowable unit stresses shall conform to the applicable requirements of AA Specifications for Aluminum Structures. Allowable deflections shall be 20 mm maximum.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS HEIGHT AND LENGTH
Height and length of any top hung window section shall be determined by lighting and ventilation requirements, but not to exceed 1.25 m in height and 8 m in length for a single continuous window unless otherwise indicated.
MULLIONS
All mullions shall be of fixed type, unless otherwise indicated.
Maximum Horizontal Spacing of Window Maintains: 60 cm nominal.
VENTS
Entire area of each window shall be operable arid shall open out to an angle of 45 degrees to provide a free air opening of approximately 75%, except where windows are indicated to be fixed.
WINDOW COMPONENTS
The minimum thickness of any structural component of the window framing, vents etc. shall be not less than 3 mm.
MATERIAL
WINDOW FRAMING AND HINGE MEMBERS
Extruded aluminum, Alloy 6063, with T-temper as required for the service and with anodized finish.
FLASHING
Aluminum alloy Alcad 3004 and not less than 3 mm thick.
