4.4.3.23.6設(shè)計要求
投標人應當對壁板、屋頂和內(nèi)墻的荷載設(shè)計負全責,應當使其能夠承載不高于美國國家標準組織所制定標準的每單位最大允許應力,并且不超過下文段落所提到的最大允許偏位。所有隔熱的壁板中都應當使用次檁條,嵌板應當能夠銜接兩個或者兩個以上的檁條的跨度。
投標人應當任用合格的工程師實施或者監(jiān)督設(shè)計工作。
用于壁板、屋頂以及內(nèi)墻的各個組件之間的連結(jié)、組件與檁條之間的連結(jié)、以及組件與其他部件之間的連結(jié)的扣件,在不超過可容許的最大應力情況下,也應當能夠承載一定的重量。
無論是隔熱的還是非隔熱的壁板、屋頂以及內(nèi)墻,就其通常的平面而言,其負載的最大可容許的偏位是,兩個檁條之間的凈跨的承載應當不超過設(shè)計載重的1/180。
建筑物的風荷載應當完全負荷美國國家標準局所制定的A58.1荷載標準規(guī)定,其風荷載是基于120千米/小時 的風速而言,其最小活荷載應當不低于100千克/平方米。
對金屬板來說,其最大的纖維應力應當不超過前述的14千克/平方米的這個誤差。
散熱需求:

如果要求有隔音措施,那么其應當有一個隔音系數(shù)(NRC),根據(jù)美國材料試驗協(xié)會(ASTM)制定的C423標準,該系數(shù)應當不低于0.85。若業(yè)主要求,投標人應當將相關(guān)測試結(jié)果提交給業(yè)主,以證明其所用材料的隔音性能。
耐候性要求:
所有壁板和屋頂在完成后應當是防風、防雨、防塵的。
在設(shè)計隔熱壁板時,應當采取預防措施使這些都能夠排出表面,避免它們在各個組裝層之間沉積。
4.4.3.23.7 儲存
所有壁板材料、組件、扣件、以及其他零件應當離地儲存,將其遮蔽,置于干燥、適合其存放的環(huán)境中。
投標人應當將與業(yè)主一道安排未使用的材料的臨時存儲點,并且有責任適當?shù)拇娣、保管這些材料以防止其損壞、消耗等。材料的所有保管費用已經(jīng)包含在合同價格中。
4.4.3.23.8 材料與設(shè)計(細節(jié)?)
金屬板
金屬薄板應當是鋼板的,且能夠與裝修后的整體兼容。冷軋鋼板應當滿足美國材料試驗協(xié)會(ASTM)所制定的A446,B級 G90“鍍鋅薄鋼板”的標準。歐洲規(guī)范EN10142號標準:1990,EN10147號標準:1992電鍍鋅275克/平方米。根據(jù)EN10142:1990的兩面三點測試。
金屬的厚度應當符合以下要求:
a)金屬厚度應當根據(jù)負載要求決定,但是應當不少于根據(jù)下表的扁梁寬度得到的相應的厚度。珠緣可能被歸入平面以減少扁梁寬度。

b)無論負載和凈跨如何,只要鋼板是按照負載和凈跨要求焊接的,其厚度最小是0.72毫米額定TCT,最大為0.85毫米TCT。
金屬板飾面
壁板、屋頂、貼面、遮雨板、排水溝的中用到的飾面應當是下面所提到的幾種涂層中選擇,螺旋形是首選形狀,然后再根據(jù)“涂層測試”的相關(guān)要求進行改變。
飾面涂層由聚偏二氟乙烯加、雙面兩層的聚偏氟乙烯作為屋頂與壁板內(nèi)外雙面的底漆,無論該屋頂和壁板是否隔熱。
“聚偏二氟乙烯”作為頂漆材料,是將一種雙層的“Kynar認證的聚偏二氟乙烯”材料,其含有80%或者80/2比例的氟碳化合物(聚偏氟乙烯),應用于根據(jù)金屬壁板的規(guī)格要求所制造的特定的鋼板的面上,以及與前述所提到的鋼板的要求相同的屋頂材料上。
干膜的總厚度為48微米,包括防腐蝕的環(huán)氧樹脂的底漆和Kynar500認證的聚偏二氟乙烯頂漆。
背面的顏色應當是淺灰色,或者是標準的制造商提供的淺灰。鋼材最終的涂層顏色應當交由雇主或者業(yè)主進行確定。
隔音處理
對隔熱的壁板、屋頂需要進行隔音處理,在中間的芯板上鑿滿直徑3.00毫米,以五毫米三角形為間距排列的孔,以此來達到前述的不低于0.85的NRC值的標準。
隔熱
隔熱的壁板或者屋頂(外墻和電氣室)應當達到如下隔熱標準:
材料:最小密度為60千克/立方米的纖維玻璃、礦石或者熔渣。
頂部隔熱應當完全由150微米厚的聚乙烯保護層密封。
隔熱層的厚度:若無特別說明,則至少為3.75厘米。
4.4.3.23.6        DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS
The Bidder shall be fully responsible for the design of siding, roofs and interior walls to withstand the specified loads, without exceeding the maximum allowable unit stresses according to AISI, and without exceeding the allowable deflections as specified in paragraph below. Subgirts shall be used for all insulated siding. Panels may be designed as continuous over two or more spans, according to the girt or purlin spacings covered.
The Bidder shall have qualified engineers to perform or supervise the design work.
Fasteners for attaching siding, roof and interior wall component to each other and to grits and other structural supports shall be designed to withstand the specified loads without exceeding maximum allowable unit stresses for such fasteners.
The Maximum allowable deflection for insulated or uninsulated siding, roofs or interior walls subjected to the design loads shall not exceed 1/180 of the clear span between grits or purlins, in the direction normal to the plane of the siding, roof or interior wall.
Design wind loads shall conform to all applicable requirement of ANSI A58.1, with wind loads based on a basic wind speed of 120 km/hr, and the minimum design live load for the roof deck shall be 100 kg/m2.
The maximum fibre stress shall not exceed for the foregoing specified deflection 14 kg/m2 for steel panels.
THERMAL REQUIREMENTS
The overall coefficient of thermal transmission U for insulated siding, roofs and interior walls shall not exceed 0.75 watt/m2 °C in still air.
Test data shall be submitted to Owner if requested to substantiate Bidders claims as to the thermal properties of his materials used for construction.
ACOUSTIC REQUIREMENTS
If acoustically treated areas are required, they shall have a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC), in conformance with ASTM C423, of not

less than 0.85 and the Bidder shall submit a test report to the Owner if requested to support his claims for the NRC value of his materials used for construction.
WEATHERTIGHTNESS
All completed siding and roofs shall be weather watertight and dust tight.
Provision shall be made, in the design of insulated siding to drain to the exterior of siding of any condensation forming within the assemblies.
4.4.3.23.7 STORAGE
All siding materials, components, fasteners and other accessories shall be stored dry, off the ground and under protective cover, in a satisfactory manner.
The Bidder shall arrange with the Owner for temporary storage of materials not erected, and shall be responsible for storing these materials in such a manner as to preclude damage, deterioration, etc. All costs for such protection shall be included in the Contract Price.
4.4.3.23.8 MATERIALS AND DETAILS
METAL SHEETS
Metal sheets shall be of steel and be compatible with the coat finish system. Cold rolled steel sheets of structural quality shall confirm to the requirement of ASTM A446, Grade B, G 90 "Zinc Coated Steel Sheets". European Norm EN 10142 : 1990, EN. 10147: 1992 with galvanize Z 275 gr/m2. Two side at three point test accprding to EN 10142: 1990.
The metal thickness shall comply with one of the following requirements.
a) Metal   thickness   shall   be   determined   from   the   defined   loading
requirements, but shall be not less than that determined from the
width-of-flat surface in accordance with the following table. Beads
may be incorporated into flat surface to reduce the width-of-flat.

METAL SHEET FINISHES
Finish of siding, roofing, trim, flashing and gutter shall be one of the following specified coatings, coil coated on the sheets metal prior to forming, and modified as necessary to comply with the requirements defined in section "Coating Test".
Finish coating shall comprise of PVF2 Plus, a double-two layer polyvinylidene fluoride applied on primer for both exterior and interior surface on insulated or uninsulated roof and wall panels.
The "PVF2 Plus" acting as top coat, is a double coated "PVF2 Kynar 500", a 80 % or 80/20 fluorocarbon (polyvinylidene fluoride) applied to the special steel substrate in accordance with the requirements of the metal siding and roofing fabricator but conform with the metal sheet requirement as stipulated on previous section.
Total dry film thikness of min. 46 microns composed of both an epoxy corrosion inhibitive premier and the top coat PVF2 plus Kynar 500.
The color of reverse side shall be light gray or standard manufacturer's light gray. The final colour coat of steel cladding shall be submitted to the employer / owner for approval.
Acoustic Treatment
Where an acoustic treatment is required for insulated siding, or roofing, the interior sheet shall be fully perforated with 3.0 mm diameter holes and 5 mm triangle spacing that will provide NRC value of not less than 0.85 as specified in Clause mentioned before.
INSULATION
Where insulated siding & roof (external wall & electrical room) is indicated, the insulation shall conform to the following requirements:
Material: shall be fibrous glass, rock or slag with minimum density of 60 kg/m3.
The roof insulation shall be reinforced on down face with vinyl or aluminum foil. The thickness of vinyl shall not be less than 0.01 mm and the thickness of aluminum shall not be less than 0.0025 mm.
The wall insulation shall be completely enclosed with minimum 150-micron thick polyethylene protective cover.
Thickness of insulation: shall be a minimum of 3.75 cm if not otherwise stated.
